Nice place!

Location was great. Room was good - Except that it was in what felt like for attic. At over 6 feet tall my partner was constantly ducking. Other than that it was Great!!!!

Historisches Hotel mit hervorragendem Restaurant und gute Weine

Historisches Haus an sehr guter Lage in der Altstadt. Kostenloser Parkplatz im Hof. Sehr gutes Restaurant. Das Zimmer im Hinterhof war klein, aber mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet und ruhig. Sehr gute Preis - Leistungverhältnis.

Absolut empfehlenswert, vom Empfang bis zum Frühstück

Die besonders freundliche Bedienung beim Frühstück. Obwohl sie allein so viele Personen bedienen musste, war sie freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend. Ich hoffe, dass sie die Anerkennung für die kompetente Arbeit bekommt.

Room fine for overnight stay

Close to the old town ,shops and eating places. Staff were helpful and polite . Breakfast was fine.

Very small room, no view and small high window. Seemed to be an attic room. Single bed.

You pay for what you get - I will return!

The staff were efficient in all they did and responded to all my queries in a positive way e.g. no duvet. Special thanks to the Staff Member who printed off my return Boarding Pass (I have been refused point blank in some lesser Hotels). The little touches make all the difference, e.g. bottles of water & chocolates in the room (replenished each day). Breakfast from 0630 each morning is great and there was a good selection, with some hot food (scrambled eggs on request). Really good breakfast rolls! Around 10 minutes to Chur Station through the main shopping area. Quiet location. If you stay in room 314, beware of the two doors! This is truly a case of you get what you pay for.

I had a SMALL economy room, and yes it was small. However I did know that beforehand. The main lighting in the room was a bit subdued (needs a brighter bulb). Absolutely no other problems!!

Good hotel, central located.

Good hotel. Friendly staff, clean room. Central located in Chur, 10 minute walk from the railway station and situated at the start of the old city (Altstadt). Wifi was good, beds were perfect.

Perfect location with a friendly atmosphere

We had an attic room on the top floor and it was so quaint. We loved hearing the church bells toll. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was yum! Thank you and we hope to stay again in the future.

such a charming old hotel and town! Loved it all and the restaurant exceeded our expectations!

The hotel staff was so lovely. The room was a bit warm but the fan they supplied solved that! The restaurant was just wonderful and a must! We hope to return someday!

very expensive for what it is, staff very friendly.

the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. the building is full of character and original features. beds were comfortable

although it seemed the rooms had been refurbished the bathrooms were very old and dated. we were in a room that was overlooking the courtyard and the same level as a dining area both were very noisy until very late and smoke travelled into our room. it was extremely expensive for the level of service and amenities provided.

Pillows were flat. We had to bend them over so it was like having two pillows each. No ventilation in room on top floor. No AC nor fan circulation. Not good when you have asthma.
