Die Lage direkt am Meer
Sehr geräuschempfindlich, die Gäste der Nebenzimmer sind deutlich zu hören, ab 5.30 Warenverkehr und Aktion auf dem Parkplatz

Breakfast was great. We would go back, but book direct with hotel. Then we could choose our room.
Partial sea view was a joke !

Bed was extremely uncomfortable… both my wife and I had awful lower back pain each morning.
The shower was also very poor, temperature level was hard to adjust from very hot. And water pressure to weak to have a proper shower.
Other minor point, trainee bar men, was incredibly slow. Appreciate was learning, but should have had someone assisting him at all times .

Brilliant location, wonderful heated outdoor pool. Inside pool out of action during our visit. Good gym facilities. Room was smallish but functioned perfectly well. Very good breakfast. Hotel is a little 'plain' and could do with a little touch here and there of something pretty, if that makes sense.
Not many people stay to the evening meal which reduces the atmosphere. You are offered three menus, a special, a lite bite one and and on a Sunday - a Sunday menu. So you could be eating a wrap at £12 say next to somebody ordering lobster at £78. Wine is reasonable at £26 but then jumps up - who would order expensive bottles whilst the table next to you is eating snacks I don't know. The sister hotel has a much better menu in my opinion. On the first evening the special menu was not appealing to me. On the second evening (Sunday) the Sunday lunch type meal was lovely. I just think they need to think about this - as it is a confused offering.

Great location, good parking, excellent breakfast, great views across the bay
Water pressure too low (shower)
Very expensive for the type of room which was VERY compact and had to pay £15 extra p/night for room with sea view -
Restaurant and bar prices too high so we opted to drive our to alternative and less expensive locations

The location was excellent.
The room was comfortable with great sea views.
The Balcony was tired and in need of refurbishment.
The toilet was smelly and very slow filling and probably needs replacing.
The breakfast was good, but the evening meal was adequate.

Excellent gym, pool, sauna, steam room. Both the indoor and outdoor pools where kept warm. The breakfast was a good select and views over the harbour where stunning.
Although breakfast was good the poor choice of evening menus meant that we had our evening meals away from the hotel. Everything is alacarte and there is nothing simple offered for people like us that do not like this type of meal.

Service with breakfast would of been good.

Room was good and comfortable and bar service and hotel staff very good but breakfast disappointing set out in cold room lacking interest. The hotel very tired and disappointing. Would only stay again for the location and view of the harbour at considerably reduced rate - not worth £300+night b+b - sorry

The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help me with a problem I had getting onto the beach.
Nothing I can think of except that the lift was out of order but was in the process of being mended and ofcourse this would have been unforeseen.

it was warm and had what you needed, dinning was exceptional could not fault it, staff were friendly and there was a lot of them, could do with more bar snacks, and flowers
no room service, a lot of money for a basic hotel room was expecting more, hydro pool was cold and showers were too, felt rushed at breakfast, then property shut on the Sunday so we couldn’t stay for the day and relax, toe nail on the floor next to bed

Location was a dream . The waitress through eveing meal was lovely . Smart appearance. Beautiful veiw , nice drinks area .
On arrival , receptionist was frosty , didn’t tell us about amenities. Had to question for info . The indoor swimming pool was freezing plus very very small . We were not advised of out door jacuzzi till ,we were dressed and told from another person . There was no room service ; we would like to have had a bottle of Prosecco in our room . We didn’t sleep at all due to the very hard bed ( we ached in the morning) and the heat in our room was overwhelming. Food was very disappointing. We ordered the steak only to be told they had ran out and gave us a substitute duck , this confused of some dicj on a plate with mang tout . We sent this back , the waitress agreed it was lame . The second dish I had was a fish dish which was way to salty and felt thrown together. My husbands fish and chips was good .

Good location and next to the sea. I like dining room and some room that we could see sea view.
Some time there was function party going on. Music was quite loud to the floor above. But that wasn’t every time we stay.
