Great family friendly stay

The property is centrally located with lots of restaurants in the same street. There’s a supermarket in the same building as the apartment. I loved that the apartment had a washer / drier machine. It was great for washing & drying the kids clothes quickly & easily.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Good location, close to the old town and beach.

The process of providing documentation was more rigorous than other places. Picking up the keys was easy.

There were two notifications of the payment, one from Booking.com and the company. That was confusing.

Superb

Amazing flat in a fantastic location. Really clean and the little extras really were helpful (washing up liquid, bin bags, tea towels, anti bac soap). Chilled bottle of wine was brilliant after a long drive.

Hot water wasn't very hot and took a long time but it really was the only thing and so insignificant it didn't affect our enjoyment at all.

Superb

Size of the apartment was very generous and equipped with everything that we could have needed, tea, milk, coffee biscuits, towels and more. The little touches such as the crisps, nuts and a bottle of wine on arrival was a lovely surprise.

Nice apartment, pity about the noise

Clean and comfortable apartment

Lovely weather outside but couldn't open the windows as it invited unwanted noise. There were hysterics, broken glass, arguments, the lot. Such a pity

Great apartment, perfect location

This is the third time we have stopped in this apartment. It is very comfortable,quiet,clean, everything you need. We will definitely stay there again. It is also a great base for travelling the area.

convenient quiet and everything you need.

roomy, light and convenient.

I know we’re not there to watch tv but it would be nice to have a better choice of channels on the colder evenings. So a more up to date tv like an internet one would be better with Netflix or Prime.

Good location for business purposes.

The water pressure was low, which effected the shower operation, reported to the managing agent who advised a repair was imminent.

A lovely week spent on the quay in Poole

Apartment was everything we needed, fully equipped including beach towels, centrally located, above a Sainsburys with free parking

Just a few minor irritations:- The sofa in the lounge was not comfy to sit on as the cushions kept sliding off The fan for the bathroom has a switch that is very hard to reach The fridge was very noisy

Great family holiday in Poole

The apartment was modern and very comfortable in a great location. The car parking was a bonus. Would highly recommend and love to return one day.

We liked everything about the property and holiday.

We'd definitely stay there again!

We travelled as a family of four including a 16yr old girl and a 14yr old boy. This was a great location, situated right in the middle of the town centre of Poole. Parking was right behind the apartment in a multi storey car park, which was a two minute walk away. A parking pass was provided, although we didn't use the car at all all week. It was very easy to collect the keys as the office was next door to the main entrance. The apartment was situated within a modern accommodation block of flats, above a Sainsbury's local shop in the town centre. It was exceptionally clean and modern with all the utilities you would want, such as TV, WiFi, Dishwasher, Power Shower, Fridge/Freezer etc and even a complimentary bottle of wine. The beds were really, really comfortable and clean and there was no noise from inside the property at all. The harbour front and bars are literally on the doorstep of the apartment and the bus station is a 5-10 minute walk away.

It is worth noting that the apartment is situated right in the middle of the town centre and you will experience noise that you would expect from the local bars and restaurants and general town centre noise from early in the morning, although it didn't spoil our stay one bit, it may put some people off.

A real gem!

Admin/cleaning staff are very kind, efficient and helpful. Easy check in with free parking. Good security in building. Location, ~ near all shops, bars etc. Bus stops near by and boat tours. Spacious and very clean, including the public areas, with good quality linens and comfy beds. Very well equipped with a really nice welcome basket. Dishwasher and washer dryer in apartment, they supplied soap tablets for both. Plenty of cleaning materials. Plenty of cutlery and crockery. Generally couldn't fault it, it was lovely.
