Für einen kurzen Zwischenaufenthalt ein gutes Hotel, das alles bietet was man braucht.

Anbindung in die Innenstadt ist durch Bahn sehr gut. Die Lage direkt am Cricketstadion ist mal was anderes. Frühstück war auch insgesamt sehr gut. Bequeme Betten. Einfache und schnelle Check-In-Check-Out Abwicklung

Es scheint üblich in britischen Hotels zu sein, dass das Doppelbett nur eine große Bettdecke hat. Das kann problematisch bei einigen Leuten beim Schlafen sein. Da wir aber nur eine Nacht da waren, haben wir nicht wegen zwei Einzeldecken nachgefragt.

Location and parking was good

Location and parking. Room was very large which was good.

Bed was like sleeping on concrete. Food at the bar was rather poor...I had a baked potatoes with cheese and beans for lunch and it was so dry. It came in a plastic basket with paper underneath, so I ended up picking the paper out of the potatoe!

Would only stay again if it was far far cheaper to stay

The hotel itself was lovely and clean and up to date. The staff were really friendly. Its part of the old Trafford cricket ground, and 5 mins walk from old Trafford football stadium, we could see the stadium from our room Also the tram/metro stop was 2 mins walk, at the back of the hotel basically.

The staff were lovely but service was poor. You could only order exactly what was on the bar food menu, you couldn't add anything in or take anything out. Which is annoying. We asked for towels and toilet rolls to be put in our room.while we were out for the match and food and drink and they never did it..and there was hullabaloo over getting them then and I heard them say they were running out or had run out of toilet roll. It was way too expensive for what it was. The pillows were uncomfortable but the bed was comfortable. The tap leaked all over the sink counter top and onto the floor.. We were talking to another Irish family who had eaten in the restaurant and said the food was awful. And it is pricey too. They don't reset and clean the tables at breakfast time as people come and go, even though there was plenty of floor staff , so the manager was looking around to see if any areas where still set up and for another family that came in. They had to wait maybe 5 or 10 mins even though the breakfast area was both very large and mostly empty tables. So that's odd to me. And the buffet was not fully stocked up and was missing items, according to the chef that was on. Again lovely friendly staff, but some of the younger staff seem very very lazy.

First class and will be back again ( if I can get Man Utd tickets )

Loved the location. Breakfast was first class. Really liked the Cricket ground views and the proximity to Manchester United FC.

No complaints at all.

Väldigt trevlig resa, med fotbollsmatch och trevliga promenader till city.

Mycket bra läge, med gångavstånd till Old Trafford, rent och fint, väldigt trevlig personal över lag, kanonservice med andra ord.

Fanns inget att klaga på.

Overall happy with stay.

Balcony with pitch view, close to old Trafford. Nice clean rooms.

Pizza wasn’t nice I believe it was a store bought/frozen and expensive for what it was @ £13.50. Everything else was great.

Superb location, right beside tram station. Stayed here years ago, not into cricket but eating in the restaurant looking out onto the cricket pitch is very cool

Het beste verblijf voor de Manchester Marathon.

De locatie: ik liep de Manchester Marathon. Start/finish was letterlijk voor de deur, Een betere uitvalsbasis bestaat er niet.

De bedden waren harder dan verwacht. Ik had bij een Hilton hotel wel iets comfortabelere bedden verwacht. Ook de kamer was klein voor een 3-4 persoonskamer. Eigenlijk was het een tweepersoonskamer met een slaapbank. Daardoor vond ik de prijs aan de hoge kant.

A lovely family trip to Manchester to take part in the marathon! Ideal location, fabulous staff, upb

Staff were very friendly, welcoming + accommodating. Location was perfect for the start/finish of the Manchester Marathon! Balcony view overlooking cricket ground was amazing! Hotel was very new looking + clean

Lack of vegan options for breakfast + in the Grill bar no option. Vegan pizza would be good to have on menu as would vegan yogurt, croissants, sausages at breakfast. Oat/soya milk was provided though which was good.

Away for work.

Stayed in a lovely twin room which was immaculate and perfect for a nights stay. Free parking on site too which is always a bonus. Great location for where I needed to get to work for the next day. 😊

Great location for Manchester marathon.

The view out onto the Old Trafford cricket pitch was amazing.

The property is showing signs of wear, especially in the restaurant and bar areas.

Expectations exceeded - thank you all!

This was our second stay here. We chose it again for the marathon location as several of us were taking part. It was perfect. Bradley - in his first week - was friendly, professional and efficient as we checked in. The restaurant staff for all meals were all efficient too - it was clearly a really busy weekend for everyone but that didn’t show at all.

Room was nice and comfortable. Staff on Tuesday night were lovely and friendly.

It would have been nice to have bottled water in the room and biscuits to go with the coffee. We stayed for 2 nights and was really disappointing to return to the hotel room at the end of the day and the room wasn't made up. When you pay £100 a night it would have been nice to return to a bed made and clean towels.

Breakfast had a good selection and hard working staff restocking and clearing tables

Bed wasn’t the comfiest. Really thin mattress & pillows, bed creaked (loudly!) at every move - feels like perhaps it was quite old!

Had a great time and enjoyed my stay!

It was clean, well presented, great location, staff were super friendly. Loved the breakfast. My husband and I spent almost 3 hours at the cafe having breakfast! Well located too so would most definitely go again!

The toilet seat needed fixing but was still usable.
