It was a hotel to sleep in. It wasn’t awful but definitely not the best experience. The only reason I would go back is d

•The location of the hotel was great. •Despite having a few issues during our stay the staff were friendly and happy to help. •The room itself was nice with a big TV and comfortable bed.

•upon arrival we were given the wrong room •our keycards stopped working multiple times throughout our stay so we had to get them reset • The hallways were smelly and there were plates left outside rooms in the morning that were still sat there when we got back late at night. •The window cover to our room was loose and falling off making it hard to open and didn’t block out any road noise • There was only one half used toilet paper roll in our room when we got there so had to ask for more •Many stains on the carpets •There were stains on a few of our towels upon arrival and one of them had something wet thick and orange on it • The cleaning staff were super noisy and at 10 had loud music playing and were shouting to each other down the halls whilst stood right outside our room that had a please keep it down sign on.

Comfortable stay in competitively priced hotel close to the city centre.

Good and comprehensive choice of food.

Bedroom doors could be noisy when left to slam shut. Doors should be designed to close quietly.

We had a fantastic stay, & would definitely recommend coming back

Easy to find, perfect location, room was good size, very comfortable stay

It didn’t have a car park, so we parked across the road for 2 nights in a multi story car park The bar area didn’t have a live screen TV for football or any sport

Great stay! Great staff, perfect location. Stayed before and will stay again

Location. Near to the centre, shopping, bars and dining out.

If anything the price at the bar because the pub 50 yards away was half the price.

It was ok but not great

The property was nice and fairly central

To begin with there was no bathroom door which although we were a couple it was a bit uncomfortable, both nights we stayed we were woken up by shouting and doors slamming, I’m almost positive someone was banging on our door. Also when we arrived I really needed something out of the vending machine but it wasn’t working

Clean, comfortable, kind/helpful staff and great location!

As soon as we walked into the hotel we were greeted by the kind staff eager to help us check in. We were early but they had rooms available and let us check in. The room was clean and the beds extremely comfortable (standard twin room). It had everything we needed, hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Coffee and a variety of tea. A large TV and a hair dryer. The hotel kept our bags after check out as we went out exploring. Overall we had a fantastic stay and I would 100% recommend. Great location just a 10 minute walk from bars and restaurants at Quayside.

Hotel lovely and clean in a super location central to everything required, staff were outstanding

The property was in a great location and the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly

I was there for four nights and my room wasn’t cleaned, I had to ask reception for clean towels and more toilet roll

Dreadful nights sleep

It was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately during my one night stay there were drunken guests roaming the corridor and banging on doors. I was then awoken at 5am by a drunken man trying to enter my room with a key card and banging on the door. Really frightening experience as a young woman travelling by herself.

Xmas night out stay

Really convenient location, for where we planned to go out that night. Comfortable beds. Clean. Fantastic value for money, especially compared to the cost of a taxi home for one of us.

Ok but cleaning needs to be better

Lovely food In the restaurant and breakfast was lovely too

Bathroom was not very clean, floor tiles were grimy and a bit sticky. You could tell the main room had not been vacuumed and some rubbish left in windowsill. Kettle was covered in dust and only 1 teabag in room.

Die Zimmer Tür war nur mit eine Trick zu öffnen und das Wasser der Dusche wird nur warm wenn man voll aufdreht ( das muss man erst mal wissen ) Aber sonst sehr sauber und freundliches Personal . Preis Leitung ist echt ok .

Great location, friendly staff, would definitely return

Great location, close to the train station. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Complimentary bottled water and biscuits were provided on check in. Also free drink voucher and discount on food. Would definitely return and recommend.

Couldn't complain about anything.

Good location close to the city centre Reception and bar staff very friendly.

Cold water for the shower 3 evenings in a row. Cleaning staff shouting to each other in the hall at the top of their voice and banging doors before 9am. Very large hard pillows very uncomfortable

Won’t be back

It was close to the train station and walking distance to he shops

Our room was very unclean, stains on the coffee tray. The food was horrendous. 15 pound for a burger and chips and it came out so cold, I had to send it back. So had to wait about 15 minutes or so on fresh food. The milk in the room for the tea had curdled.

My stay was was very enjoyable.

breakfast was very good staff were happy to help and the location was excellent. The room was okay but sorry to say housekeeping was not good. my room was cleaned only once during my whole stay.

The housekeeping should have been better.

Hotel very good. Excellent breakfast.

Rooms were often not cleaned each day. Noise from revellers just outside hotel. Price of white wine and only Chilean!!!
