Pousada muito bem localizada, ambiente acolhedor e confortável. Funcionários solícitos e sempre dispostos a ajudar.
Café da manhã podia ser um pouco melhor, com mais variedades e opções.

All great, we stayed for one night, cooled off in the little pool on the roof, had a nice breakfast.

at one time it was a beautiful property . actually the lobby / common areas were lovely .
the room was covered in mold & damp . the ceiling fan hasn’t been cleaned in ages . the pool was not a pool , it was a large hot tub . it hadn’t been cleaned in ages . the water looked dirty & wasn’t even cool . the chairs were in horrible shape & it was actually dangerous getting to the pool . also some of our towels were dirty . I am truly disappointed & somewhat disgusted .

Great central location, comfortable bed, good water pressure, hot water, working AC, pretty lobby. The room suited me, a solo traveler, well, although with a second person I could see the room feeling a little crowded.
I don’t like the lack of natural light in the room, but it is understandable given the colonial style architecture in the historic center.

The location was just perfect! (safe, easy to access, aesthetic, and close to great dining options) I had little expectations of the ambiance prior to arrival but it exceeded my expectations. It was unpretentious yet authentic! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The smiling people at the hotel also was a great touch to our first impressions of Cartagena
It would be nice to have hot water in the shower but it's a minor detail especially that Cartagena could get really humid

I LOVED THE CENTRAL LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WHICH MADE IT EASY TO GET AROUND THE CITY. ALSO THE STAFF WAS MORE THAN FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING.
THE HOTEL DEFINITELY NEEDS UPGRADES ! NEW PAINT, TOILETS, DOORS AND MUCH MORE.

Great location, nice quiet street and close to walking to everything. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. The room was the same as pictured nothing fancy but worked for us (ask for 202 has the best balcony). Room was clean and nice seating areas in the first floor.
Needs some attention to replacing the carpeting on the stairs and repairing some items like torn screens on the patio doors. The patio lounge chairs by the tiny pool need to be replaced. Towels are looking tired.

We liked everything but specially breakfast and staff that are very friendly

We like everything! The architecture, breakfast, Staff, Room. We were very happy with our choice. Close to everything. You can walk anywhere since there is NO parking ANYWHERE if you rent a car. Taxis are super cheap (SUPER CHEAP). About $2 to most places. Taxi from Airport shouldn't be more than 20,000 cop (equivalent to $5.59). Make sure you find out every day how much is the exchange for that day, as it changes everyday and deal with money exchangers for better exchange. You have to deal for everything. They try to go highest but will come lower. Food was AMAZING AND CHEAP! Incredible!
All the people that are CONSTANTLY coming up to you selling you stuff or singing, rapping, with guitars, etc. It was just a lot!

PROS:
Location - great and in very walkable area, central to other attractions and restaurants
Safe: felt safe here, very important as a solo traveler
Transportation: front desk staff can help with securing a taxi if needed, very quick
CONS:
NOISE: from nearby places! The place next door played bass thumping music for over 16 hours straight right by my room, so I couldn't sleep. Another place across the street you could see and hear people yelling and talking with loud music late at night on the rooftop. Noise at Hotel 3 Banderas was very minimal, but surrounding areas were terrible.
Wifi: awful, it was spotty, and caused problems while trying to communicate for booking tours, etc.
Cleanliness: hair on bed, floor, and nightstand when I arrived. No excuse for this.
Staff: cordial at best with the exception of Edwin, he was very nice.
Bugs: all over floor in room
Breakfast: bugs crawling all over the wall and table where food was set up
Bathroom: foul sewage moldy smell coming from bathroom
Water: no hot or warm water for entire stay (6 days, 5 nights)

location
The room had windows to the corridor, so they have to remain blocked
Ugly decoration

Cracking location right within the old quarter of the walled city with great staff who couldn't do enough to help.

First thing it's super cute, nice art and the greenery everywhere gave me life! Next was how sweet the staff was, and they made sure I was comfortable even while waiting. Went for a dip while waiting for my check in time. The rooftop was fun to take pics and relax. Then I saw my room and was very pleased. The bed was so comfy I passed out and slept through the night. I then awoke to have a yummy breakfast, and it was filling. I won't say I hope to be back, I will say, when I am back!... Oh and the location is perfect!!! Right in the middle of it all.

it was a super cosy place , good location and easy communication with the staff
the window in the room did not shut entirely, which was a passage for small ants right into the bed.

Great Location, very friendly and helpful personal, good breakfast
The communication with the hotel before arrival was complicated (in Spanish and English). The full amount for the room was deducted from my credit card 3 days before arrival (this was explained by the hotel with “high season”). The rooms in the ground floor are quite dark and stuffy, try to get a room in the 2. or 3. floor. Pool is not for swimming, but great to cool down

Perfectly located on a beautiful street but not so loud. Comfortable room, with a/c and nice hot showers, very pretty common areas. Kind and helpful staff.

Liked the security (gates locked all the time), 2 inner terraces that were quite nice, good breakfast and staff was amazing. Tiffany and the doorman/customer service were very helpful and nice. This is not a 5 star hotel, but the location, security, staff and history of the hotel make up for it
Our room was rather small, extremely low water pressure from the sink, the shower leaked all over the floor. We didn't have a safe box when we arrived, but it was remedied promptly. The hotel had a glitch in the system and the premium balcony room we reserved was not available so we ended staying in a basic room. Also, expect an extra charge when. You check out if you're a foreigner (I think is about 5%)

Excellent location, with beautiful, quiet, and well air-conditioned rooms. We had a room with a balcony, so your milage may vary, but we felt it was a great room especially for the price we paid. Less than a 10 minute walk to anywhere in the walled city and 15 minutes to Getsemani. Also 2 blocks from La Mulata, an excellent Caribbean restaurant!
Breakfast is fine, not outstanding as the pictures might make you believe. We were informed the pool was closed when we were there but we didn't stay there to visit the pool.
