The food was truly fantastic. The snug and bar area are also lovely.
Dinner servers were quite slow and we had to chase on drinks multiple times. The shower also flooded the bathroom too easily whilst the bath plug didn’t work.

Super chilled yet luxurious, fabulous helpful staff and amazing food.
It would be even more relaxing if check time was 12pm not 11am.

We loved the room if a little small, We loved the warm welcome, along with the cute addtions throughout the day, wine tasting, tea and biscuits and calming teas in the evening.
Breakfast was especially delicious!
Our bed was a little soft, but that came down to personal preference.

Everything! Really lovely informal vibe to the place. Staff and food were amazing.
Room was a little on the small size, but it didn’t detract from the fab time
we had.

The lounge looked comfortable and inviting. Camber Sands are very close.
The shower was large and powerful.
Although inviting to look at, the lounge area and restaurant were cold, so lingering wasn’t really comfortable.
The accommodation bedroom was warm and cosy but although booked for two, only had one chair so it was difficult to sit and relax together in the room. A second chair was brought in when my disappointment on arrival was evident.
We booked bed and breakfast so were surprised to be told on arrival that we were booked ‘bed and light breakfast’ meaning the photos of delicious breakfasts online were all at extra cost. The light breakfast however was good and was more than enough for us. I was rather shocked however to be asked ‘would you like tea or coffee’ at breakfast, only to find this separately charged when presented with the bill.
I have my own charities so don’t like the £10 daily charge for filtered tap water (for charity). I don’t like being made to feel miserly having to ask for this to be removed.
Sadly we had to leave in the middle of our second booked night because my husband was taken dangerously ill. I drove him straight to hospital for treatment. He is still an inpatient. I found a security man on duty and explained the situation and that we had given my credit card details in advance. He kindly helped us with our luggage. I was still in A&E waiting for the diagnosis when I received a message telling me I still owed for extras. The tone of the message made me feel as if I’d been caught ‘doing a runner’. Not exactly sympathetic.

The staff were incredible - treated us like friends, and cared that we had a good time.
The New Year meal was pricey for what it was. Food was delicious but a couple of things were missed off the set menu.

Modern and cozy interior decor, my wife liked it so much she bought some items for our home.
Staff were fantastic, very helpful and attentive. Also booked a treatment for my wife and she spoke very highly of this too.
Nothing.

It looks nice but the hotel itself and the room I was in were quite small.
They don’t offer any facilities such as fridge, kettle or phone in the room. There was also no mini-bar drinks or snacks and no room service available.

The beds were very comfortable and nice coffee in the morning. A bit quirky. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Food was disappointing. Limited choice but plently of vegitarian options. Burnt kale and under cooked fish is not tasty.

Turkish eggs from the a la carte menu was nicely cooked. Didn’t have dinner. Yoga class enjoyable. Nice bar space. Parking spaces.
Room decor and cleanliness were great. Bed was comfortable. Towels fluffy. Wi-Fi good.
My small single occupant double room was nearly £300 for one night room only off season, and surprisingly there weren’t any tea/coffee facilities in the room. I ordered one at the bar and paid £4. Filtered water cost a strange forced donation of £5 pp to blood cancer charity. Breakfast service was slow despite having to book a time in advance. I was left alone for 15 min before order taken then another 20 min till food arrived. Servers were rushing around avoiding eye contact- clearly short staffed.

I was delighted to find out they have a visiting yoga instructor!
It was twilight when I arrived and I missed the entrance - it’s not very well signposted by day either.

the ambiance is lovely and such great staffs. very attentive.
i am a huge tea/coffee drinker and not having any kettle to boil hotwater made it harder to feel comfortable.
As the eco friendly tumbler was rather good with refillable water, rather than having tea service on checkout time, increasing the times would be better? like 4 times a day.
also check in at 16:00 is a little late .. from 14:00 should have been perfect.

everyone was very friendly and was ideal location for the beach.
The room was alot smaller than I thought it would be and there were quite a lot of cobwebs. The shower head was in need of a good clean.

Beautiful place next to the sea, quiet and lovely room overlooking a beautiful garden. Nice and relaxing place.
We indulged in the Deluxe room, but although it was a very nice room, we thought it was overpriced in comparaison with other places we've been during our stay in England (and what does it have more compared to the other rooms on the garden?). The breakfast was delicious but felt overpriced too. This ruined a bit our overall experience of the place.
