Chambre 207 très agréable mais un peu bruyante le matin car elle donne sur un boulevard. L’hôtel est situé à 15mn de taxi de l’aéroport (25€) et 25 minutes de marche du centre ville. La chambre 207 est spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est très bon.

The bed wasn't super comfortable, the pillow was too soft.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro storico a piedi e a pochi passi dal policlinico. Personale davvero cordiale e disponibile. Molto pulito. Camera spaziosa.
Bagno molto piccolo, non c’è spazio per appoggiare le proprie cose. Anche l’armadio è poco capiente, nonostante la stanza sia ampia. Non è messa a disposizione una bottiglietta d’acqua di cortesia.

First of all I want to say thank you to Claudio. He helped us a log during our stay. Breakfast was enough for 2. The hotel was really clean because they do cleaning every day. They offer you hot drinks during your stay and the location of the hotel was perfect because you can reach everywhere by walking.

The breakfast was great! We loved it! The location is good too, we were given a quiet room overlooking the inside court. It was lovely.

Friendly staff. Location is good if getting there with bus from train station (bus stop is near the hotel). Good traditional italian breakfast.
Thin walls, room entry doors are not sound and light proof from the corridor. No normal linen for duvet. Room would be rather small for longer stay.

Nice decor, comfortable hotel.
The place itself was nice. Unfortunately they had trouble processing my credit card ahead of time through their third-party payment system and kept telling me it was invalid even though they took the data directly from Booking. com, where I had used it for other booking payments before and after on the same day, and my bank confirmed there was no issue with my card or account. it just made the booking process very stressful when they could have just accepted the reservation since I was arriving the same day.
