Perfect'o

Friendly staff, good and tasty breakfast menu. We loved the location of the hotel. There is a little supermarket in the same building.

There was really small ammount of vegetables in the breakfast area. Tomatoes only. We couldnt find onions, olives, pickles or something. Or maybe it just wasnt served the days we stayed.

Superbe séjpur en famille

L'appartement était superbe, le buffet très copieux et bien garni. Le personnel était très aimable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Rapport qualité/prix vraiment très haut.

L'incivilité de certains clients qui parce qu'ils ont pris une formule "tout compris se permettent de commander des boissons qu'ils ne boivent pas (au repas et à la piscine) et abandonnent des verres un peu partout!!! Mais ce n'est, bien entendu, pas la faute de l'hôtel.

Good value hotel In the sun ☀️

Lots of pools, walking distance to beach and shops, or to hop on a bus to Alcudia old town. Staff friendly. Clean and tidy, good selection of food at the buffet.

Nothing really! It’s a good value hotel. We didn’t expect 5 star, it is what it is - enjoy the beach, enjoy the pool and hop on the bus to see some new places too.

Clean, friendly staff, nice swimming pool and bar with cheap drinks Great location 15 minute walk to the bus stop to alcudia/ can pinafort, perfect holiday The area is great for families with children too lost of things to do.

Overall I am satisfied with the price quality of the hotel.

went for the mallorca365 race and this hotel was perfect. you can bring the bikes to the room and the rooms were very clean.

The food was not the best, you have plenty options but the quality of at least the Spanish dishes should be improved !

Very friendly crew, lot of tasty dishes during the breakfast and dinner, thanks!

It was almost imoossible to connect to Wifi, very weak signal on the 4th floor. And your ladies and guys on the reception could offer to uograde the stay for the dinner included or even All In, I think we would choose the uprade if somebody offer to us this option…

Great location for cyclists and excellent breakfast & dinner buffer

2nd stay w/cycling group. Although it doesn’t have bike specific facilities, the hotel allows bikes to be kept in the rooms. Muro gives east access to the Tramuntana & for those who wishes to attempt any of the courses of the 312, the start point is nearby. Food choice and volume at breakfast & dinner ample and very good. Didn’t see much in gluten free options but none of us went hungry. Self service laundry, hanging rail on the balcony. Only negatives are the mosquitoes being closed to a nature park, and the unreliable Wi-Fi which, TBH, the hotel can do something about. That aside, will still return

Clean friendly. Helpful staff. Allowed to keep bikes in rooms. Great breakfast massive choice. Fair bar. Good clean pools.

Family room was good

Apartment not suitable for more than three really. No indication of food ingredients, ie nuts, vegan etc Long time to check in Too many mosquitoes, no plug ins around hotel. Extra to use facilities such as squash, tennis even if all inclusive. Pool not open till after 9am and closed at 6pm.

Very good

The rooms were fresh and clean The kids reps/entertainers were incredible - you made our little boys holiday . So kind , attentive and fun to be around .

The main pool was murky and abit dirty , loud music all day. But we moved to the salt water pool which was quiet and immaculate .

Hotel has a nice pool area (especially the one across the street), rooms were very clean, good parking available, good value for money

Breakfast area gets very busy and noisy, no fresh fruit juices, facilities are a bit dated, room was noisy since located close to the entertainment area

Good hotel option to spoil your holiday!

Good parking space

The wash basin was clogged up. Requested the reception to get this fixed 4 times after which plumber came by to have a look. The entertainment events happening in the evening near the pool play very loud music and go beyond midnight, so you are looking for a sound sleep, you are not going get it. I payed for an air-conditioned but they didn't had turned on the air-conditioning for the whole hotel - ridiculous and unacceptable. The people working at the receptions only have a good smile but they are helpless with attitude problem and do not add much value. Terrible lighting in the rooms, toilet lights were brighter than the lounge. Overall, great recipe for disaster.

We really loved the chefs amazing food delicious,it was one of our favorite food ever

We really didnt like that the staff didn't speak any English It was horrible misunderstanding all the time with the orders in the restaurant and specially the snack bar the apartment wasn't clean at all only the beds was sorted , definitely can be a lot better and clean

I had a brilliant time at this beautiful place. Everything I needed was at an arms length

Everything. The venue, staff, rooms were all amazing. There were lovely events on for kids at night and less than a fifteen minute walk to the beach with restaurants and shops along the way. I miss this hotel!

My door handle had to get completely replaced because it stopped working. It was a slight inconvenience rectified immediately.
