Great cozy experience with a small lottery

-Super kind and friendly employees, we felt like a part of a family and it was tough to say goodbye to them! btw Most of the employees can speak freely English and German, which is a HUGE plus. -Super cosy area with a beautiful and spacious swimming pool. The water temperature was always refreshing:D -If we take into consideration our 2 part of the stay cleanliness was on high level everywhere. -Breakfast and dinners were great. For breakfast, they offered different things, which was nice and I could always find fresh and not less important tasty fruits! Dinners were amazing, especially themed days, huge thanks to the chef! -We felt that there was enough space in the room to move and store things)) -The conditioner was working by us perfectly by the way -We wouldn't say that the beach is super far away, it's reachable and if you are super lazy, there is a transfer!

The main problems hotels have in this area is due to high humidity, therefore some things rust faster than normal or this hotel uses doors that are not suitable for bathrooms.... Our first 2 nights were not as great as we wanted and our room didn't meet our expectations mostly due the same fact. The bathroom was awful, super rusty, old toilet seat and terrible smell, worn out door and bedsheets had a dirty spot BUT they offered us another room which was perfect! So I would say there is a lottery. If we remember numbers right, then 134 was wonderful and 234 awful.

We really loved the Garden Village. It was so cozy and clean! The staff was amazing. And Paco!!!!!!! :)))) The half board was excellent! I wanna go back, it's such a good vibe there!!!!!

Disappointing

The reception staff were friendly.

Dear Manager, I am writing to complain about my stay on Monday 8th May until Tuesday 9th May. Firstly, when I arrived the door to the apartment was dirty and rusty. The wood was peeling off from where it has been damp and It clearly needed to be painted. It gave an “unlooked after” feel and this was not a good start. When I entered the room I noticed the doors in the room where also like this including the door to the balcony and the door of the bathroom. The hotel is not as described and the pictures are very misleading. The door of the bathroom was also dirty as was the floor in the bathroom. I have attached pictures. I paid for breakfast and I was disappointed with this too. The main thing was there were no English Breakfast tea bags. I asked a waitress and she said there was only what was out on display - Green tea, peppermint and one other type which I can’t remember. Given that you having English visitors I think it is basic absolutely BASIC to expect and English Breakfast tea bag to be available. There were no beans and I sat down at a dirty table as the tables were not being cleaned very quickly. The Biggest thing that I was shocked by is the fact that the room I was given was an interconnecting room to another apartment. Although the door was obviously locked this meant that it was like sharing a room with two other adults because I could hear their conversation, word for word. This is NOT specified any where and should be made clear to prospective guests. As a female staying on my own it made me feel unsafe. Overall I am thoroughly disappointed with my stay and hope some money can be refunded. I look forward to hearing

Disappointing, disgusting, unclean.

The entire room was infested with mold. On the walls, on the faucets, on the trash can, in the water cooker. The AC didn’t work, and the bed sheets were dirty, as well as damp. The smell of mold greeted us heavily as soon as we stepped into the room.

Nice hotel with good value for money

Cozy hotel with nice pool and surroundings. Calm and quiet during the day. Great terrace where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Friendly staff.

I would recommend to install an airco in the central food corner, better to preserve quality of the food.

Very disappointing

Where to start... First of all do not mistaken with the 4 stars in the property page it is a holiday village not a hotel. So not even close to a 4 stars comfort, probably the property management self-assigned those stars. The property is a group of low maintenance bungalows with super old and hardly working air conditioning and terrible Wi-Fi. We had to ask for a room change because the A/C was not working and there was a funky smell in the room. Wi-Fi was not accessible in either of the rooms. Restaurant has no A/C as well, they keep the doors open all the time so it is not possible to sit inside as it is super hot and you had to sit outside under the sun at 30 degrees. I am not even talking about super limited and average food... Property is next to a swamp so expect an invasion of mosquitos in the evenings and get ready to shower yourself with anti-mosquito sprays. They do not offer all the facilities they list on their property page which I find very misleading. They say they offer airport shuttle but actually they do not. You have to walk 15 mins to the main road to catch the public bus. Moreover the color edited pictures of the rooms and the property do not reflect the reality. I left the property with disappointment and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Passable

First impression was good, entrance looked nice and Reception area smeld good and looked fresh. Hotel yard opened from the inner door and showed nice garden and pool area. Beds in the premium room was wider than usually 100cm each, soft and comftable. Room had enough space and iven bathroom was roomy. Our room had it's own terrace with 2 sunbeds witch we liked a lot. Also the pool was accessible straiht from the own terrace. All the houses are around the pool, so access to it is mainly short. Some houses are clouser than others. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but good enough.

When we were waiting for the check inn at reception, the was allready one couple complaining about the air conditioning not working in premium room and second complaining about allmoust everything in normal room. It didn't promise anything good.. (We had booked Premium room that was on the ground level.) First and the Worst problem was that room(s) smeld like mould or something like that.. We changed room right away when we entered the first room, but the second one was ass smelly as the first. Second big broblem was that air conditioning didn't do much. It kind of "worked" (blowing slowly 23°C air, measured by technician), but there was only 1 (slow) speed on the motor, so it couldn't cool the room. All the other speeds didn't work (2 & 3). Room was "hot like hell" in August - Reception gave us Fan to cope with it. There was also a condensation water broblem (linked to air conditioning) in the bathroom roof, water was dripping to the floor from a hatch.

The hotel was so lovely would 100% go again , quiet area but short walk to local area with beach and restaurants! Staff were lovely and so attentive! The aircon broke while we were there but that was not their fault ! All round lovely hotel

Lovely pool but shame about everything else.

The pool and Bali-beds were nice and the food was good.

The location needed some tlc. Seemed dated and a unloved compared to other parts of Mallorca. Our room smelt damp and the air-con, fridge freezer and shower barely worked. It was fine for a short stay but I wouldn’t be happy for longer than that.

Zeer goed verblijf!

After the first night we concluded that the aircondition wasn't working well (above 30 celsius degrees in room). We noticed this to the reception and they directly arranged an engineer. But the engineer could not repair the airconditioning so we got an alternative room which was bigger. The aircondition was working better. For the rest everthing was ok like: breakfast, spa, kind personnel etc.

On the internet is staying that it is an airconditioning but it's more an climate system with 1 temperature. We couldn't change the temperature. Everybody likes an another temperature but if you like an very cold room, it isn't possible with this system.

Booked here because it says 4 🌟 And that it's an adults only resort! It's definitely not 4 🌟 More like a 3 🌟 . The rooms smell damp and musty! Beyond the nice reception area everything is tired and it dosnt feel like a resort. Glad it was just for 1 night. Expensive at €97 b&b

It was wonderful, I would definitely stay here again!

The location was a short walk from the beach and the surrounding restaurants and shops. The staff were so friendly and there was always an activity to do on the hotel grounds almost everyday. The hotel itself was very nice with a tennis court, swimming pool and bar. I especially liked how every room either gets a patio or a balcony so you can sit out and just relax and enjoy the sun.

The nightly shows sometimes would go very late and it would be very loud so if you were trying to sleep a little early, good luck.

Kindness at its best

The hotel staff were extremely kind and attentive. I booked at very short notice as my husband was admitted to hospital after an accident. The staff were extremely accommodating of both my needs and my husband's needs when he was discharged and joined me to stay in the hotel prior to repatriation. The meals were really good. The ambiance was peaceful and relaxed. The hotel was easy to navigate round for people with limited mobility. The gardens were relaxing. It was in a quiet part of town but it was still not far to walk to the beach. The rooms were a decent size and comfortable.

The air conditioning was a little inefficient but this was a very minor point.

Pleasant

The food was pretty good, quiet hotel in a remote and quiet location - might not suit everyone though. Friendly staff. No kids.

The room was very tiny and simple. I think there's not enough staff in the restaurant so everything is a bit slower. The snacks at pool bar were really poor. After staying in a 3* hotel for 7 weeks (Alcudia Garden) I was looking for something a bit better but this was not a big difference. To be fair, this was the beginning of the season so everything might get better during the main season.
