Beautiful, large clean apartment in a great location.

We rented the two bedroom, two bathroom apartment which was very big, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The washing machine was a bonus. The breakfast was very good. The operators of the property are very friendly and they helped us secure drivers for two days of touring in the Sacred Valley area. Excellent location just one block from the main square. Close to lots of restaurants.

We stayed 5 nights and at least two were quite noisy with loud, live music nearby.

Exceptional

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They let us store our large bags whilst doing the 4 day Inca Trail. The location is awesome, right in the middle of everything.

Just a heads up that it is noisy at night due to its central location, but if you have earplugs,you will be fine.

Great choice for Cusco, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice location-very close to the center/plaza. Clean room, nice breakfast, free tea and coca leaf served, hot shower 24h, friendly staffs (can only communicate in English, but it’s totally fine with translation)

A bit noisy as some rooms are just next to the street (I don’t mind as it’s the downside for having the central location)

Exceptional

Excellent location. Its less than 2 minutes walk to the main square. Staff at the reception are very helpful and accommodating. They arranged my pick up and drop to/from the airport which was very convenient and cheaper than Uber. Clean and decent sized rooms, plenty of natural light and ventilation. Tea/coffee is available throughout the day including coca tea and other herbal teas. They have a storage room and kindly stored my luggage while I travelled to Machu Picchu.

Really cute little place in the heart of cusco. Staff is super friendly and they also stored our luggage while we went two days to Machu Picchu .

Amazing location, friendly staff, great views.

The staff are welcoming, friendly, informative, and always willing to help. I loved my king apartment and the views from the hotel (and my room) were great! Breakfast was nice...fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice, toast, cereal, and eggs cooked to order. Great location, within walking distance of Plaza de Armas and numerous shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Poor

- central location - even my single room had a view of the skyline

- breakfast was pretty meh - one of the receptionists did not speak any English - I booked a taxi to go to the airport, and the reception insisted I had to pay her first to secure the booking (S/30, I remember handing her a 20 and a 10). the Taxi was then 15 minutes late. I asked for the money back (this was a different receptionist the next day) so I could get my own taxi. Somehow the taxi fare had become S/20 only and she insisted they had only taken S/20 from me which was a little infuriating. When the taxi finally came it was unregistered. It was an unpleasant end to my stay.

Great value with a friendly staff and close to cusco attractions

Great location and really friendly staff. The rooms are very clean and warm. There was was hot water (great shower) and the beds were really comfortable. Even if it’s close to the main square and the the rooms were silent.

Great location & very comfortable bed!

I was feeling a little under the weather after my visit to Machu Picchu and the receptionist was very kind and extremely helpful all the time.

Wifi could be better, it would disconnect fairly often.

A gem in Cusco

The staff are amazing. You have to ring the bell to get in and they were always there super fast, despite the stairs. The breakfast was basic but filling. The location was brilliant as it was right by the main square. The 2 bed apartment was huge and very well stocked. The showers were fabulous and there's a terrace out the back to enjoy the sun. The washing machine and airer came in super handy for us as we were staying 3 weeks in total. The view from the window is spectacular.

There were cannons going off in the main square at random intervals while we were there, not a criticism of the hotel but something to note as it can be quite startling. The apartment was a little cold in the mornings with no heater in the living room but the beds and bedrooms were warm and comfortable.

Great location

Great location. Nice staff and rooms. The location is great. Taxis get to the door and it's only a block from the plaza de armas and so it feels like you're in the center of it all.

You can hear a local nightclub till about 3am. It's not super loud but if you're sensitive to noise it can be an issue. This is the downside of being in a prime location. Breakfast can be better... The juice tasted like a powdered drink and the fruit left out was going bad. But they had eggs, bread, cheese and ham. It was good.

Very central in town, very friendly and helpful staff.

The room was cold, the little heating was not enough to bring warm temperature to the room (night temp. currently about 0 degrees.
