Staff were happily attentive and helpful.

Our room was at the end of the row with its own little balcony overlooking the river. The manager/owner was very helpful. It’s location very close to the centre of town is another plus
The kitchenette was awkward, but it was great to have a microwave. The fridge was a bit too small for travellers who may be carrying food.

We didn’t have breakfast. We liked how quiet it was
We didn’t like how uncomfortable the beds were and we didn’t really like the cockroaches.

this motel was well off the road overlooking the river. it was therefore very quiet. it’s older solid brick walls contributed to the quiet within the unit. our unit was fresh and refurbished. this is not a luxury resort but a good clean quiet and reasonably priced option

The gentleman running the hotel was more than accommodating. My sister forgot her key and he was able to let her in and they were even able to let us check in earlier while my sister got ready for her wedding. We appreciated everything they did for us.
The cleaning smell was very strong when coming in had to air out the rook for 10mins before we could cope with the cleaning spray smell.

fantastic property, clean and comfortable
sadly didn’t accept NSW stay vouchers so will be staying at a different motel on our return trip home

The motel was not set up to allow payment with NSW Stay Voucher worth $50.00. Owner claims lack of response by NSW Government in setting up the payment system is to blame. Answer is not plausible, as vouchers have been play for at least
6 weeks .

Great location overlooking the Macleay River. Rooms are really clean and well maintained. I really liked my room which had a nice little patio area overlooking the river.
If you plan to walk into town it's a bit of a walk.

It was quite and suitable for an overnight stay driving back from Queensland. There was a path along the river but because of flooding was not accessible. We did not experience this property in ideal conditions due to floods. The room was clean and we could make a cuppa.
Unfortunately due to floods the room had strong deoderiser smell probably to cover smell of mud.
