Villa Custo Club was perfect for our stay in Eilat.

We had access to all common areas of the house. Natalia was very welcoming. Excellent location - close to a 24hr grocery store, bus stop, and the Ahla dive shop. Super comfortable bed and refreshing AC. Even has a pool!

No complaints.

Exceptional

The room was comfortable with large bathroom and balcony. Very nice view to the city and the sea. It is pleasant to have a cup of tea or coffee at the little table. There is a pool and a terrace with the table and beach chairs. This is a kitchen in the gest house and hall with sofas and bookshelves. The staff was polite and always ready to help.

It was a little far from the sea.

Nice hotel but needs to get an English speaking receptionist

The hotel is clean and nice and it feels new. The common kitchen is well equipped.

Communicating with the staff was quite challenging, as the girl who was there most of the time, didn´t speak English. That made communicating quite complicated. This girl couple of times found smoking in the garden. There were also often times when there was no staff at all to be found in the hotel, even at daytime. I took an arranged tour to Petra one morning, and really panicked, as the front door was locked and it couldn´t be opened from inside. So I couldn´t get our of the building. Finally I started shouting "please someone help" for many times, but no one answered. So obviously no one from the staff is in the hotel during nights and mornings (that was at 7.15). It felt really weird. I finally got out from the door that leads to the pool and got to the tour on time. This incident still freaked me out. What if there would be fire in the hotel and not only the front door but also the door to the pool would the locked?

Comfortable, relaxing, great place to stay! Would return

Very comfortable place to stay! Large spaces, cool and breezy, lovely to relax by the pool overlooking the mountains. Clean and well-equipped communal kitchen. Ample space, all other guests very respectable and easy to feel like you had your privacy in this guesthouse. I stayed overnight before a Jordan tour but would return someday to visit the diving sites, worth a visit!

I liked all the decorations and felt very communal, but still had the privacy of your own room. Great facilities with shared kitchen and a pool.

never again - we felt very uncomfortable

+ very clean + cheap price

- not a very warm welcome - staff is not able to speak one single word in english - no help/information for booking a tour to Jordan - we were not allowed to leave our luggage for one night - thin walls, very loud during the night because of the neighbours and staff having phone calls - felt very uncomfortable

They didn’t tell us they were renovating, which means we were woken up by the sound of construction at around 7:30 am. We were put in a room with such thin walls that we could hear everything that was going on in the property.

The room was clean, sheets and towels fresh. Shared bathroom but never felt uncomfortable or waiting in line, hot water. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could use spices. Further from the center but the bus stop is close by , the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The service is nice and helpful.

Amazing stay

Very nice and clean hotel. 20 minutes walking from the central bus station, with a very nice neighborhood. 2 blocks away of a big supermarket. Big shared kitchen. Nice room with air conditioner and a small fridge. There is a shared shower but very clean and big. Would come back.

The place is not maintained

I liked the building and the fast response

For first the entrance seems bad and the gate is not closed . The room was dirty and very small . It’s was like attic . The noises from the cars in the street all the night was bad! All the details from booking is wrong ! There’s don’t have a park free the swimming pool is very dirty The lights outside didn’t worked

needs some love

The house is cool and the kitchen is great. the staff were lovely (when we saw them, which wasn’t a lot)

we booked this place specific for the pool which was actually not that nice, it needed a good clean. Lots of broken chairs around the pool area and a little upkeep needed. it’s also in a weird part of town, not very convenient to anywhere. The room we stayed in didn’t have black out curtains and there was a very bright street light shining in all night so we couldn’t really sleep.
