Hidden gem in the ocean of hotels that is Eilat.
We absolutely LOVED the Friday night dinner!!
Breakfast had an omelette station that was adorable:)
Pools/water slide a kids dream.
Lady at the front desk super helpful and understanding.
Beautiful towel arrangements on the bed as we entered the room.
Located pretty close to the boardwalk/center (although it’s a bit of a walk if going by foot)
Open bar/free drinks - hot/cold/slush/ice pops!
Loved the resort vibes:)
Would definitely recommend staying at this lovely hotel.
Shower in our room was a bit outdated/not as clean as we would have liked.
Salads at meals not always the freshest.

Most everything was very good.
I was pleased with the room. Clean and roomy enough
The meals (half board) were very good -- great selection and plentiful. Breakfast kept us going until dinner. And the dinners saved us the bother of leaving in search of kosher restaurants. Very pleased.
The staff were very nice, most especially the reception staff (Dina and Lital)
The covered, heated pool was very nice.
The free parking was a major plus.
(We chose the hotel for the half board, heated pool, and free parking., all at a very good price. And we were quite satisfied.)
It was a great stay and very good value for the money.
1) We had been led to believe that the hotel had a gym or fitness room. It does not. (Perhaps it had in the past.).
The (lack of) fitness room was a problem for us -- I suppose that if I knew in advance, I might have brought some weights. I think the hotel would do well to put in a small fitness room. If we stay again, I will bring my exercise stuffl
2)The pool hours were a bit too limiting --- not being open in the evenings. It would have been nice to go into a heated pool late in the evening after having been out all day.
3) The "open bar" was, on the one hand, nice because I wasn't expecting it, On the other hand it had a very limited selection. And the provided "cake" were actually cookies. Still, very nice, and the person manning the bar was very nice.
4) The following is not a complaint -- there was clearly no view from the window -- but we knew that in advance and didn't expect one or care. We chose the hotel for the reasons stated in the preceding box and knew we were giving up a view (which for us was not a priority).

Dinner was very good, tasty and varied. Clean room. Location is close to central bus station and 15 min walking to beatch
The stuff in dinning room was awful, terrible ! The omelett cooker gave first to persons how spoke his language (and it is not Hebrew speakers) and ignored all who stood in line. A part of stuff didn't speak Hebrew or English good enouth to understand what "coffein free" means. When cooking oil ended, the cooker took a dirty oily rag to oil the plate, everything got burned- it was just digusting.
The baby pool was very dirty.
One of sofa bads was bended.
High and wide gap between room and balcony- not safe for children and seniors.
