Nice villa in very bad location with no signal and internet connection

Owner is very friendly woman. Even if she dont speak any english she were very friendly and welcoming.

Villa have two floors. upstairs is fine but downstaris have no windows. Inside is very strong smell of mustiness, wettness and there is darkness. Sleep and be there was very uncomfortable. In whole villa is so singnal for phones!!! no connection, no wifi. In villa and about 200 metres around is no connection, you cant call anywhrere. In year 2023 is this really scary. Location is not good. You need drive to get in small village where is mini market. We would dont visit this location again.

Feels like host don't care about the quests, feels not welcoming! Inconvenient location.

We had booked large apartments and there was enough place for 3 adults and 1 child. The view from residence was quite nice. Interesting interior.

1. Bad communication on check-in (Italian speaking only). Apartments have no Wi-Fi, and there is NO mobile signal at the area at all, so if you need to have communication with the world you have to drive to beach area. 2. Lots of images in the description are very confusing. On the pictures it seems like apartments are near the beach, but actually there are rocks and you have to go around 1km to the nearest beach. 3. Very weak electrical network that turns off when you turn on the air conditioner and one dishwasher at the same time. There is no instructions/info about how to fix it. So you need to solve this problem yourself. 4. There is no first aid kit in the house, no paper napkins, kitchen towels, no cooking oil. Therefore, the first thing after check in you need to do is drive 15 minutes to the nearest store. 5. The price you see on the booking is not the final, because the host will also charge you for bedclothes (25 eur/person) 6. During one little bit windy evening the cornice with a curtain on the terrace fell next to our four year old child due to an unsafe fastening. 7. There is no sun-beds at all so you have to use regular chairs or sofa, but first you have to cover them with the towels to avoid any damages otherwise you will be charged for cleaning.

Upon our arrival in the area of the house, it turned out that it was almost impossible to contact a landlord's representative, as there was a lack of mobile and internet connectivity. Thanks to the help of a local tourist / Italian / we were able to connect. When we arrived at the house, we realized that the owner's representative did not understand a word of English. I booked an apartment for four adults on the site of the house, and on the spot it turned out to be a one-bedroom apartment (without any window or other source of light in the fresh or fresh air) with a transitional door to the living room with a sofa. accommodating the other two adults, and we were two family friends. In my objection to Ivan / the owner's representative / I didn't get any explanation or an opportunity to communicate with the owner. She just started locking the apartment and in some signposted way explained to us to turn to Booking and ask for our rights and money from them. It takes place at 7.00 pm in a completely unknown place, from which the distance to the nearest town is 25 km. Even more, I paid 780 euros on July 29, 2019. and this happened on September 29, 2019. I also enclose the confirmation of my reservation, which is in no way visible and understandable what awaits us. Casa De S'Arca Località Pistis - Costa Verde, Torre Dei Corsari, 09031, Italy - Getting into the property: Someone will meet you on location. Your reservation 4 nights, 1 house Your group 4 adults Check-in Sunday 29 September 2019 (15:00 - 22:00) Check-out Thursday 3 October 2019 (08:00 - 10:00) Holiday Home (4 Adults) € 600 € 180 Cleaning fee per stay is included. € 180 Total price € 780 Please note: extra supplements (eg extra bed) are not added to this total. 780 EURO PAID ON 29.07.2019. We tried to contact the above Booking telephones, but we came across an answering machine that used an Italian language that neither of us understood.

The house is on seaside road. Google has wrong point for the address, just look for #18 on the road.

Lovely view from the terrace, nice beach in a walking distance.

The apartment is rather small, however you don't expect spending much time there - when you have a great terrace with a nice view. The issue is some of the cats which are living in the area are always visiting the terrace. Might be no problem if you like cats, however some of these cats do not look healthy and may be a source of disease. Look carefully for the conditions on booking.com - it's not obvious during booking process and not appearing in the first line - the house don't have linen and towels - you have to rent them for additional price of EUR 25 per person. Mobile network coverage is almost missing.
