Apartament ładny i komfortowy a obsługa miła i bardzo pomocna. Lokalizacja apartamentu na terenie ośrodka z basenami, barami i restauracjami oraz sklepami. Tuż przy ośrodku dwie plaże z barami. Duży teren zielony wraz z dostępem do terenów sportowych.
Wszystko mi się podobało. Polecam obiekt i jego lokalizację. Małym utrudnieniem jest dojazd do starego miasta - własny środek transportu, autobus lub taksówka. Z uwagi na odległość dojście pieszo do starego miasta to około 1,5 godziny.

Ivana on reception was amaxing and went out of her want to help me with Parking and making us at Home. She made herself available on Whats app during our stay.
The Pool from the Valamar hotel was fantastic - very clean and no issues with finding a sunbed!
The area immediately outside our patio was a little rough and un finished - there was a disused and ruined building behind which my kids were attracted to - with broken glass etc but luckily there was no issues.

Kylpyhuoneen lattia lainehti kun muutama henkilö kävi suihkussa eikä ollut lastaa jolla kuivata. Lattia märkänä vaarallisen liukas ja kaadot lattiassa puuttui täysin.
Maaparvekkeella kasviroskaa runsaasti ja sitä kantautui jaloissa sisällekin. olisipa ollut harja, olisin voinut lakaista.
Vessapaperi, talouspaperi ja konetiskitabletit loppui kesken, ja lähtöpäivänä olisi vasta saanut lisää. Jouduttiin itse ostamaan. Uima-allas naapuritalossa oi aikuisilta maksullinen eikä kuvien mukaista kuntosalia ollut käytettävissä ollenkaan. Hotpot poreallas lakkasitoimimasta, ei huollettu pyynnöstä huolimatta.

Our little 3 year old son loved this place because of the several pools available at the surrounding Valamar hotels and two lovely pebbly beaches only a few steps away )) The apartment was tidy and nicely decorated with a lovely patio surrounded with lots of green vegetation...
Buffet breakfast was at a surcharge for adults, at least for kids was free of charge...

The best aspect of this place is the fact you can access the pools of the Valamar hotels in the complex, as well as their bars and live events.
This apartment is sold on a pack of lies. The photos on Booking are totally misleading. They make out you are on a resort complex, overlooking the sea, in a high end accommodation, with active and present staff. This is absolutely not the case.
The apartments are in a dingy block at the end of a seemingly abandoned strip mall. The promised access to the pool is down an abandoned side alley by some bins and felt like we were breaking into someone's hotel.
The apartment itself is falling apart. Curtains were sellotaped to the walls, all the lightbulbs were out on the kitchen, which was absolutely filthy when we arrived. We found a previous guest's shirt hanging in the wardrobe. The sideboard of the master bedroom was hanging off. There was a massive scratch across the TV. The sofas were stained.
This first hour of our stay, after travelling all day, was to spot and report all of these things, do we couldn't be blamed for them. It was insane.
In fairness, Nikolina was very apologetic. She even came to the apartment to apologise personally, saying she'd arranged for the cleaner to come again the next morning to do it again.
The"sea view" was 90% a view of the roof of the apartment below, again, totally different from the images they advertise against.
We have to self cater. The kitchen was in no way stocked as listed and could in no way accommodate the six people or claims to. There weren't more than three mugs! I also spent over an hour cleaning it before we could consider cooking in it.
The lack of staff onsite meant that a party of drunk people immediately below us went on until 1am, with nobody official able to get it stopped. Eventually another guest demanded they stop, when they were screaming in the hallways.
On our last evening, the kitchen sink pipe just split apart, flooding the floor. When we reported it, we were just told it'd be fixed for the next guests. We washed up in the toilet sink. Not good enough.

They asked a small surcharge for the pool canopy sun beds, but at least you get plenty of beach towels...

Most of all the staff was super friendly and helpful! Thanks Nikolina and Ana :) We loved the location in a green tourist resort area offering pools and beaches just a few steps from our apartment which was so convenient. The apartment was spacious, clean, cold and airconditioned, surrounded with quiet vegetation...breakfast was buffet style and at a surcharge :/ but worth the cost
Different hotels share same pools in this resort so the pools are a bit busy in this period of the year, the pool canopy/sunbeds were available at a small surcharge, but apart from that the pools are really nice with lovely sea view and friendly pool staff that gave us lots of towels

was in a weird location in a strip mall & not a resort at all. no aircon in bedroom, was really hot in there, room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 7pm.

The only good experience was with hosts - they were helpful, available and tried to keep the place clean

- location and view - all we could see was a concrete jungle with an Asian restaurant, with evening noice from this restaurant
- place is located between a series of closed and dirty shops
- the road to the location is lined with garbage
- we were afraid at night - I would not recommend this location to the women with kids
- used and abandoned carpets and furniture, walls became wet when it was raining, etc
- totally no value for money!!

Most of all we loved the location with several beaches and pools at your disposal, buffet breakfast delicious and was free of charge for our little kid :) Nikolina the manager was super friendly :)) The apartment was spacious, clean and quiet

We enjoyed our stay cause all the staff was so friendly, the whole accomodation was nicely decorated, the maid brought us everything we needed, convenient location in the middle of a green area with beaches, Coral beach club is a must see. We loved the sunset from the nearby pool :)) buffet breakfast worth the cost
The parking lot is located in another part of the resort so you need to take your luggage by foot to the hotel

location great but building is off the beaten trail and very hard to find. 50 m to fab Copacabana beach. minimart and cafes are 50 m. bus stop 150m - 15 minute ride to Stari Grad. our apartment #5 really needs updating; very basic accommodation - terrace was unkempt. unit #6 was gorgeous if you can get it. The 7 Euro parking promised was 17E per hour at Valamar Hotel. housekeeper Ana was very helpful & kind. Our hostess left a key for pick up so that worked out.
We couldn’t find the property based on hostess directions, no direct street access. parking was not 7 Euro per day. apt 5 was very basic.

you had to pay cash, no credit card accepted, the apartment was in the basement, it was damp, mildewed smell , black stains of mold all over the apartment, the sink had a black ring of mold, the shower soap holder had a black ring of mold, black mold stains all over the walls, the bedroom vinyl floor was lifted with huge bubbles that went all the way to the wall and caused the detached molding to move up and down the wall. the window was actually a door that you could not use because it was as high as the back of the couch. no view, the bathroom got totally wet when taking a shower and caused me to have a severe fall, injuring my head and my hand. when notifying the staff, all we were given was extra towels. we had to go to the nearest restaurant and asked for ice ,they advertised parking as 7 euros but it actually costs around 18 euros a day

This place has everything you need and more! We had two amazing beaches just a 2-minute walk away, two swimming pools next to it with a nice restaurant serving buffet breakfast free of charge for kids :)) We enjoyed staying in a large comfortable apartment instead of a small hotel room and still having the advantage of using hotel facilities. A unique place, highly recommend!

The two bedroom appartment was spacious and had everything needed for our stay. Access to the beach and close to the bus, it's a 15 min ride to the old town. Free parking nearby was a plus considering the cost of parking in the area. Staff was friendly and flexible, very easy to check in and out.

The room is spacious but lack of maintenance. No parking on site (the closest one is paid parking near the other hotel). No other payment method excepted cash.

The location was amazing in the middle of a resort and close to beaches. The reception staff was helpful, the apartment was comfortable and nicely decorated. The Old Town was easy to reach by bus, we liked most that it's a safe and quiet place with lots of greenery :)

We liked the location of this hotel in a resort with pools and beaches available just a few steps from our apartment. The best beach was Cava beach... The apartment was large with modern kitchen, good WiFi and air-conditioning, maid cleaned it well, varied and tasty buffet breakfast available in the resort restaurant.
The shower door was not closing properly and the bathroom was wet after showering

Ana was extremely helpful and left the keys out for us to collect despite our late check in. She was also available in the morning to show us around.
The pictures via Booking.com make you think you are getting a lot more than you actually are. The accommodation is located beside a lovely hotel and complex but are not part of the hotel and you have to pay extra to access the pool and the lovely extras. The Copacobana and Coral Beach Club were boarded up and are not really part of the accommodation but beaches nearby. I am sure these are lovely in the summer but in October, they were a bit depressing, all boarded up and the sand had been piled up to stop people using the beach. The accommodation was fine - clean, basic but comfortable beds. No view to the beach though - pretty much the opposite. One vandalised window which we kept the curtains drawn over and the other one look into an unfinished and rather delapidated piece of land / building site.

Ana, the manager, she's the best, very helpful! She's probably the best thing this apartment could offer. We enjoyed the jacuzzi. The coral and copacabanna beaches were only 5 minutes walk, which is awesome.
The word "resort" and the photos are misleading. It's an apartment not resort. The pools and other facilities are owned by the hotel nearby. We were disappointed. The outside area need a bit more cleaning.

Excellent and professional service, delicious buffet breakfast, a beautiful pool and two beautiful beaches just a two-minute walk away - clean and nicely decorated apartment.
Although we had a car, we didn't need it - bus line 6 is nearby and runs every 15 minutes.
Simply everything you need to rest with your family. :)

Wonderful location in the middle of a green resort. Our kids liked the swimming pools the most, two of them available, one for adults and one for kids, and they liked the water slide at the Copa Cabana beach, while me and my wife enjoyed the nearby Coral beach bar at the Cava beach, both beaches were a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Delicious and varied buffet breakfast available in a large restaurant! The maid cleaning was very handy since we booked a very large three bedroom apartment which we sincerely recommend since it is very comfortable and luxurious with a nice hot tub!
Breakfast served only till 10.30 am, it was only a problem for the sleepy kids
