Nestled in Pensacola Beach, this charming house for £1,181 per night is a great option for your next break. A long and stately driveway leads up to this luxury Gulf front home done in a beautiful modern, coastal craftsman style. Attention to detail sets this house apart from the others, and is apparent immediately from the rustic entryway bench to the cool glass doorknobs throughout the house. Wainscoted stairs lead up to the main level living area. This space is large and open and has a wonderful sectional couch for plenty of seating in front of the flat screen TV. Kitchen and dining table are also in this open concept great room. The kitchen features plenty of prep space with granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances, including two dishwashers and two full-sized refrigerators. The T-shaped dining table seats up to 14 and is perfect for large family meals. Doors from this central living area lead to the awesome main level deck that has a built-in deck pool! Beachside living doesn’t get much better than being able to come up from the sand on the private dune walkover and climb the stairs to a sparkling pool with high, unobstructed views of the Gulf. There is a shaded dining area, as well of plenty of poolside open area for soaking up the sun. However, sleep is a necessity, and when the sun goes down, there are seven bedrooms inside to accommodate everyone. A hallway off the living area leads to bedroom one with a king bed, private bath, and private street side balcony. This hallway also has a half bath servicing the living area and a laundry room. Bedroom 2 opens right to the pool and offers two queen beds, a large private bath with walk-in closet, double vanity and separate toilet with walk-in shower. Up the stairs is another small living area with sofa, flat screen TV, and refrigerator, and is a perfect respite for the kids who perhaps want their own space for TV and “vegging.” Here, there is also a door leading out to an additional deck. This upper level deck is open and with clear glass railings has an incredible view. A hallway to the right of the stairs has a convenient upper level washer/dryer combo and leads to several more bedrooms. Bedroom 3 offers two queen beds and private bath with walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 has a king bed, private bath, and private street side balcony. Bedroom 5 has two queen beds and features a beautiful Gulf front bay window. The private bath has a double vanity and separate toilet with walk-in shower. To the left of the stairs is bedroom 6 with a king bed. Bedroom 7 also has a king bed and opens to the upper level deck. These two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom with double vanity, and separate toilet and shower. The open area below the house is great for more entertaining space and/or covered parking. Nice large home shared with our adult children and grandchildren. Nice location with great accessibility to ocean being gulf front with private boardwalk to beach. Also walking distance to main area of pier, restaurants, mini golf etc. We never felt cramped in the home. So nice having two refrigerators in kitchen; one for food and one for beverages. Pool was small but handy for those that wished to use it. TV in LVR was a real pain until all disconnected and reconnected. I know this is a rental and gets abused. However, there are some real issues that need to be addressed so that the house can continue to be used. Door handles and locks not easily used. Separation of trim around a bedroom door allowing mold to grow. Dripping water in DR from a leak that has been there long enough that crown molding and window trim have been affected.Joist under nice decking are rotting and making for a spongy walk. Outside window trim at bottom of a window was missing. We did love so much about this house but the investment by the owner needs some structural attention.

Great home, great location! This home was spacious, very clean had every amenity you could need including 2 fridges. It is well outfitted for a large family. The pool, although small, is a huge bonus to have in a beachfront home and we enjoyed it all week along with the beautiful beach. This area is a hidden gem compared to some other parts of the state. We were there during spring break and although lively, it was still very nice and not too crowded. The only minor comment was that certain supplies such as hand soap and TP were either not provided or sparsely so. Check-in was fast and easy and the host even provided a beautiful beach blanket. Overall, this was a 9.5 out of 10 experience!

This house was amazing. It had everything we wanted for a perfect getaway. There were 12 high school women reuniting to eat, drink, and be merry for a week away from hubbies and other responsibilities. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was great. Kitchen and dining area were excellent for cooking and searing 12 comfortably. Coming back in 2024.

The house and location were absolutely perfect! Our plans were for a small family wedding at the site and the only problem was a thunderstorm that took place right at wedding time. We ended up having to move from the beach to the deck which had a deck overhead and that ended up being a perfect roof. We could still look out at the beach in the background. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was clean and well ordered. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting a beach vacation.

206 Ariola is a great house for large parties. We had 5 families staying in the 7 bedroom/7 bath house. The multiple fridges, dishwashers, washer dryer, coffee pots, cooking pots, dishes, flatware, etc. allows for many people to function in the house, without having to wait or be on top of each other. One more large frying pan would be helpful. The pool is small, but only 1 of 2 located on the beach. It provided the kids the opportunity to go back and forth various times during the day. Some of the items need fixing, but since the house is for sale, not sure how much more money the owner wants to put into it. Some of the in frame door blinds don't work, but they are in the down position and the microwave/vent over the stove is broken, but a new microwave was already in the house. Garbage pick up is on Friday AM, so if you arrive on a Saturday, the 3 large cans will be or after a few days of your arrival be full. if you call the rental company on Monday, to let them know, they should send someone out remove the garbage for you, as they did for us. Great location, service, amenities, and overall good time.

My family and I have stayed in this house for 3 years in a row now and have already booked our 4th year. This house is great for accommodating large families and having individual bathrooms for all but two of the bedrooms is a mega-plus! Direct access to the beautiful beach and far enough away from the hotels that you feel like you have your own private oasis. Having the small swimming pool is great for small children. The house is always maintained and beautiful everytime we stay.

We had a fabulous experience in this rental home. We used it for our family reunion and are already planning on returning next year. We had seven families that stayed comfortably in the house, each had their own room. There is not a lot of extra space besides in the bedrooms for extra guests. Living room/dining room/kitchen was area that we spent the most time in, inside. Patio and small pool would great for those that didn't want to go down to the beach.
