Un hotel muy bueno, merece comentarios positivos

Un HOTEL muy bonito. Tenía muchas ganas de dejar este comentario, porque leyendo las recomendaciones de la gente que se ha quedado leímos muy malos comentarios, aún así ya habíamos reservado y no pudimos cancelar. Peeeero fue mejor así. Un hotel hermoso, limpio, con personal amable, las camas bastante cómodas, tenía agua caliente. El desayuno estaba delicioso y la vista desde la terraza era más hermosa aún. Ubicada en muy buena zona, de fácil acceso. No dejarse llevar por los comentarios negativos. Fuimos en grupo y nos asustaba muchísimo por tantos malos comentarios, pero en realidad nos gustó muchísimo y definitivamente volveríamos. Un hotel excelente.

Mal servicio, difícil acceso.

Me cambiaron de hotel el mismo día de viaje Las camas muy incomodas, en especial las auxiliares. Sabanas no estaban limpias Me ubicaron en piso 4 en hotel sin ascensor, viajar con 3 niños no tenia parqueadero. no había desayuno, lo trajeron de otro sitio.

Sencillo, limpio y con muy buena ubicación.

La ubicación excelente ya que está cerca de restaurantes de todo tipo de comida, bares y tiendas, aunque no sentimos ruido en la habitación. El desayuno muy rico. Buen precio en relación a otros hoteles de la zona.

El horario del desayuno, empieza a las 7:30 am, parte de mi familia debió salir antes (7 am) y no pudo tomarlo.

La ubicación ,es una zona segura, el personal muy amable , si vas de paseo y tomas tours con agencias de recogen en la puerta del hotel ,cerca de centro comercial . Y el precio es muy cómodo .

Que no puedes recibir a un amigo por más de 15 min por que le toman como recargo . Podrían ser accesibles , si salgo de compras y subimos a dejar las cosas ,charlar o algo así ,15 min es poco tiempo .!

The bed was big and the room was spacious. There is free breakfast which is good at this price. The shower has hot water also, it's quiet decent for its price

Along the walls of the room there were a lot of ants. The bed was rather hard. Stained pillowcases. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. Also at 7 in the morning everyone is very loud in the halls, you hear everything as it echoes, so its impossible to sleep through it

Fabulous location

The location is fabulous. Great neighborhood with good restaurants and bars and food stores and parks. Rooms are small without windows.

My room had a small window into the hallway that had the glass louvred panels removed so I did not feel I could leave my gear safely

Ok for the price.

The room was very clean, and it’s a very good location.

Keep in mind, they do not provide soap or towels. We bought a bar of soap and used the pillowcases to dry off.

It was okay.

The breakfast was okay considering the price

We got the front room which had a lot of noise especially at night and early mornings. On our last day the place next door played music till exactly 7 in the morning. Its a very busy area. Great for partygoers.

Terrible experience in terms of comfort and amenities. Hotels in the zone with same price are way better.

the location is the only perk of the property. r

the bed was awfully uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. my thighs were in pain both nights. the shower does not have a soap holder. the soap provided was the size of a hard candy. the bed didn’t have appropriate bedding. a total disaster. the staff was attentive and nice.

Worst experience I've had so far. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The information on booking.com about rooms is false! According to the information on booking.com our "deluxe" double room was supposed to be 25 square meters, but it was only 4. Also, we were supposed to have a "view" but didn't even have a window. Furthermore, the room was supposed to be soundproofed, but it wasn't! We requested a room change a few hours after check-in. We were told that the next day after breakfast, they would change our room. When that time came, we were told that there was nothing available yet and they would change our room in the evening. In the evening we were told that now it is too difficult to change our room. This hotel is a big SCAM! Don't ruin your holiday with this hotel!
