Amazing place in a calm and developed neighborhood. Great food and amazing staff.

The people, the location, the services as well as the food.

For next time- There was no water on the last day of our stay due to shortage in the whole neighborhood. But the hotel being 4 star, it would be their responsibility to know it before hand and store up so the guests have what they paid for.

Lovely comfy place

The best part is staff! Amazing, attentive helpful and friendly!!! Thanks Alex for greeting me every night after I was coming back late from parties :) Hot water always available and running, nice breakfast and they change few items every day so it doesn’t feel same. Bed was big and comfortable.

I know you can use taxi and Uber but the metro is excellent in Medellin and very cheap. The hotel is far from any station, so I had to uber many times a day. But maybe it is not an issue for others.

Great value and welcoming

We were welcomed warmly by reception. The young Colombian man who was learning English ( I’m sorry I can’t remember your name) was very helpful and went above and beyond with service and was always smiling and cheerful. A pleasant surprise was our room was available early and we were offered coffee when we arrived. The hotel has a fabulous buffet breakfast with the friendliest staff and the outdoor patio setting was like being in Europe. Our room was clean with a comfortable bed and a sitting area. The shower had plenty of hot water. We liked that the room had a safety box. The area was safe a night , we walked to local food places. You need to Uber to get to the main sightseeing.

We were comfortable and in a great location.

It’s within walking distance of many restaurants and mini markets. The daily breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Our bathroom was super tight and weirdly designed. I know not all rooms are the same so this might not be the case for everyone. I couldn’t get a picture where you’d see the angle of the bathroom.

Perfect home base, easy work-from-hotel location

This hotel is located in a quiet part of Laurales, away from noise but close enough to walk to all the great bars and restaurants.Big rooms and a great value.

Superb

Very nice hotel in a tranquil part of Laureles with an excellent buffet breakfast.

Nothing really, but be aware that Medellin's tranport network requires a bit of a walk.

fantastic place

We liked everything about this place. Room was super comfortable. The hot water shower was the best we had in Colombia so far. The included breakfast was above average. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel includes secured parking and the neighborhood in Laureles was very nice and walkable with many restaurants around. Would highly recommend .

Exceptional

This hotel was excellent value. Very clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows and lots of hot water and a fridge in the room. I had expected a continental breakfast but got a hot buffet, with a selection of cut fruit. Coffee is available day and night at the front desk. The location is very quiet and safe but is quite far from the center. The staff don’t speak English, a bonus for me as I like to practise my Spanish, but may bother some people. I have booked a room again for the end of my trip.

Perfect place to relax and do some work close to everything in Laureles

Got upgraded to suite. The suite was absolutely wonderful! The staff was great, and the breakfast with 4 different fruits was great. Will absolutely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

I wish I knew how nice this place was, so I could have stayed longer. My Airbnb that costs more was half as nice.

Great location Very Clean Big room Over all a great hotel for comfort and location. In spite of some negatives we would stay here again

Nice room for a one night stay

We had a beautiful big room with a king side bed. I think we got upgraded for our one night stay.

It's a beautiful room but has a couple of small maintenance things to improve. Light switches do not make sense.

Happy and fine choice for budget hotel.

Beautiful entrance, lobby and meal area. Wonderful staff. Good choice budget hotel. 2nd best of 4 hotel stays.

I had a great stay. Friendly staff, great location, reasonably quiet room, easy to find and the breakfast was sufficient. Coffee was great hahah.

There was some hair on the bathroom floor.. I cant really fault anything else, My rooms was massive and had a nice good sized bathroom. There was just some hair on the floor and some hair on the wall from the cleaner missing it.. but that just something you might expect at times otherwise.

I miss the staff. I stayed for 13 days. I also miss the breakfast.

All staff are exceptional. This is my second time and I would surely stay there given the opportunity.

The bed was too firm.
