La amabilidad y profesionalidad del personal es algo sobresaliente. La relación calidad precio de este Riad es extraordinaria. Su ubicación es muy céntrica pero está en una calle muy tranquila.

retreat in the busy Medina area of Marrakesh

nice retreat in a very lively, busy center of town. Nicely decorated and comfortable property, bathroom has a hamam feeling. Staff were very caring and friendly

was charged 60€ at booking but paid 77€ at the property. They claimed it was a last minute reservation and so they couldnt charge my credit card, I didnt get any explanation as to why this raised the price. The room was on the courtyard / terrace area and didnt feel very private

- very convenient location, close to the main square and to parking places - very friendly, helpful and flexible staff - refreshing pool - comfortable bedroom and big bathroom

Perfect stay

It’s such a peaceful place, very comfortable, beautiful and close to everything you need. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Special thanks to Andre that helped me with tips on what to do and all I needed for my stay.

Traditional riad that offers comport and luxury and convenience in the heart of the Medina.

We loved everything about this beautiful riad - from the quiet location just minutes away from Jemaa El Fna, to the large spacious room with a luxurious bathroom (including double walk-in shower) to the lovely cool plunge pool (a blessing on hot days) and the generous breakfast served daily on the upstairs terrace. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

The mattresses are firm but I slept very well. The airport transfer was expensive but worth it when our flight was delayed and only arrived at 3am. The driver called the riad so someone could come collect us from the taxi drop off point - we would have struggled as first time visitors to find our way through the narrow laneways in the dark.

Amazing Riad and Staff!

we absolutely loved staying at this riad! so well located, beautiful and comfortable. Above all, friendly and attentive staff. can’t complain! great breakfast and comfortable room.

loved it all! only comment is maybe to offer a new bottle of water when the room is cleaned, but that’s all!

A great riad!

The riad is very beautiful and comfortable. We stayed at a suite, which was very spacious and well equipped with a big bathroom with two sinks, two showers, separate toilet. We also did hammam and massages which was great and in our opinion at a reasonable price. Probably the best part of our stay was the night manager Hamza who was so kind, always willing to help and have a nice chat with us. Overall totally recommend this riad!

fabulous location and friendly staff

We stayed to celebrate my 50th birthday and the first 3 nights were spent in the suite (double sinks/double showers. This room was wonderful (though the tv didn’t work) and we were very comfortable. The final night we had to change rooms (EasyJet changed our flight) so we were put into room 7. The room was perfectly nice, though not a lot of natural light and wifi was terrible. However, the noise from the food lift was unbearable and meant a late night and early morning. Such a shame as the Riad is in an exceptional position and Hamza (the night manager) is a truly special guy who could not do enough for everyone there. He made our stay special and is worth his weight in gold.

Babymoon Stay

I am so glad we chose this Riad among the others we had shortlisted. We went for our babymoon and couldnt have been looked after better. Hamza was always there with a warm welcome and smile. Serving breakfast each morning and going above and beyond for me at 6 months pregnant. - Nothing was too much of an ask. The rooms were cleaned and beds made daily. Lovely use of bathrobes and clean towels each day in room. We didn't think we would use the pool however after a hard day exploring we made the most of dipping our feet and cooling down. The Riad felt safe and secure and was tucked away nicely from the hussle and bustle of Marrakech but in walking distance of all major attractions and points of interest. We cant wait to come back. Thank you got a beautiful stay and amazing hospitality.

I loved every second of our stay.

Exceptional

Highly recommend this hotel! From moment we have arrived to our departure we felt welcomed and well looked after. Located perfectly in a great area with walking distance to the market and lovely restaurants. All staff were excellent, especially Hamza was super kind, attentive, warm and made us feel like home. Guys helped us with all the reservations from taxi to the nice restaurants. Also have organised the trip on the quad bikes at a very short notice. Just arrived back to England and already missing this lovely place! Thank you.

Superb

Riad was good overall. Housekeeping was exceptional. Breakfast was nice, mint tea was great. Receptionist Hamza was a great guy :)

Single beds and the pillows were not that comfortable. Internet access was mostly problematic.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Room was very spacious and cleaned everyday. The location was close to square and exit out of medina. Always get asked if we wanted tea.

Excellent stay- will definitely be back!!

Staff was really nice helpful and always available. Hammam super nice too and private. Rooms were clean and well decorated. André is an amazing owner. Helped us quite a bit during our trip. We will absolutely be back in the future.

Everything was nice but be aware you can't arrive by car.

the wifi was obviously not the most efficient, as everywhere in Morocco, but that’s not the point while visiting such a place, right? :)

Without this Riad, visiting Marrakesh wouldn’t have been the same! Everything was perfect: hospitality, food, services, room… but specially the staff! The guys who work there are so lovely and nice. Priceless! We are going to miss u!

No door for the toilet (just a separator, which is not enough), prices for the activities (excursions, hammam) and services (taxi) were a bit high

Fantastic riad with spacious, well designed rooms and comfy beds. Located on a small quiet street.
