Okay to stay but pricey

1. The staff are friendly coz they greet customers 2. Check in and check out process were good 3. The room is just okay for two with useful necessities inside 4. Toilet is clean 5. AC is cold enough 6. Deco in hotel is neat and attractive 7. The hotel is near to many eateries and shops 8. Parking lots are plenty but don't forget to put coupons if you don't want to get summons or else use online apps payment

1. The worst is the next door made noise loudly and banged the door at midnight 2. If possible the hotel management please put the reminder to customers about the courtesy to respect others to rest at night 3. The room rate was a bit higher 4. Plugs in the room especially for the kettle has a problem and the kettle cable is short to boil hot water 5. TV channels mostly Singapore's channels but no local one.

Smooth check-in & check out process. Good location & comfy bed

Very good location with lots of food options within walking distance. Bed was very comfy.

Could hear people talking while walking on the corridor outside. Room not quite sound proof.

Value for money for solo biz trip

Great location with many food options within walking distance. Clean room. WiFi was good enough for zoom meetings using laptop.

I needed to reconnect WiFi every time I off the phone screen & open again.

Location is very good, room is also good

Walls are very thin so expect to hear a lot of sound during night ... Also a lot of traffic around because the location had a lot of restaurant and shops

Nice stay

- Facilities good, lift provided. - Fast Check-in and check out. - The room was perfect for couple - Bathroom is clean, provided with toiletries - Easy park during day

- Night club around. This area is crowded at night. Still can hear a loud music if you stay at first floor because the room is not fully sound proof. Also you can hear other room plugging their plug. - Parking problem at night, In case you out for dinner. - The bathroom is smelly, because the fan problem.

just a place to sleep

location wise is good with many restaurants and pubs in the vicinity. easy parking but payable via app or coupons

unfortunately there’s a night club 2 shops away and thumping noise ( from the loud music)can be heard almost all day … yes into the weeeee hours and in the morning as well !!! if I had known , would have gone for the rooms without window . hair dryer in bathroom did not work but staff was able to deliver one rather promptly.

The cleanliness is up to standard. Other than couple rooms that's slightly smaller, any other thing is good.
