I enjoyed it and will stay again at the same hotel next visit to JB

Location. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful

In the middle of the night, the aircons seemed to stop working and the room became warm. Had highlighted and was told it was a systems setting issue for which I had requested that it be resolved but was not done so.

room polluted with cigarette smell exchanged room also musty atmosphere, shower handle filmsy, aircon flipping noise. too tired to change room anymore hence just bear with it and sleep through the night and check out the next day morning.

breakfast was awesome. warm, lovely, friendly staffs/chef and ambience.

no room slippers, no hairdryer, no cottonbuds provided in the room/bathroom. had to pay a deposit of rm150 during checkin (refundable during checkout).

An absolutely amazing hotel stay!

Love the top notch service! Surprised my son for his bday with a cake towel, handwritten bday card, balloons, petals and a slice of cake. Best part is I didn’t request for that extra service and we booked on short notice like an hour beforehand. The welcome choc chip cookie is amazing and delicious! Breakfast was amazing. Extensive spread with waffles, pancakes, egg station, pastries, ice cream, prata, cheese section, teh tarik and many many more. There’s a pillow menu. And lastly, my mom fainted and fell face down and fractured her cheekbone on the way back to the hotel ( not the hotel itself) and I asked for ice via room service. They delivered a bucket of ice and also napkins in a jiffy. The room service even called me that night itself and the next morning to check on my mom. Great job all around! We will be back!

Not hotel’s fault at all. If walking to the shopping malls, need to be extra careful, especially for elderly or young kids. Better yet, just drive or book a grab.

The friendly staff and the Crabtree and Evelyn shower gel, shampoo and conditioner…

It’s a fairly crowded hotel and during breakfast it could be a long wait at certain meal counters but overall the food was good

We will definitely come back to stay the next time we go to JB!

The service provided by the hotel staff was one of the best service I have ever experienced. They graciously changed my twin bed room to a king room because I had requested for the twin beds to be joined but couldn’t due to a desk in between. As my husband and I were travelling with a two-month old, we had many things that we were carrying with us in addition to our luggage, so a hotel staff stepped in immediately to help bring our luggage all the way up to our room with us. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and welcoming too. These were a couple of good services that we experienced and as new parents, we really appreciate it. Kudos to the staff at Double Tree by Hilton!

As always, excellent performance from Doubletree Hilton JB.

Room - cleanliness, bedsheets, toilet, and carpet were perfectly cleaned. Room - in room complimentary drinks were replaced with glass bottles hence Doubletree Hilton has improved on recycle, green earth and sustainability promotion. Breakfast - A variety of food selections, including Continental, Chinese, Indian, and Malay breakfasts are available. Awesome and tasty.

parking bays are not easily available. So, if you go out exploring JB town and come back later at night, you may struggle to find an available bay.

Would definitely consider going back for a short getaway in JB

We were surprised with a piece of Choco chip cookie during check-in for each of my family member. It was next to a Catholic Church for our Sunday Mass obligation. The gym was well equipped. My boys managed to pumped some muscles before going to bed.

Nothing! Perhaps not the hotel. But the area is quiet without eateries in sight in the early morning.

Another wonderful stay for my husband's birthday treat. I never go wrong in choosing Hilton always .. ❤️ This time I requested for the room decoration and it was perfectly done. . Thank you team for everything especially the personalised card which I least expected. .

Love my staycation ❤️ ! Definitely coming back

Convenient location, it’s peaceful even though it’s not too far from the city centre. Room and toilet is clean, really nothing to complain about the room. Complimentary water comes in a reusable bottle, the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion are really good product. Breakfast food has good variety; got local, indian, Chinese and western.

It would have been nice if they did a thorough cleaning on the pool. There was alot of black spot thingy in the underwater not sure if it’s algae or just dust. TV in the room only offers in-house channel, no Netflix supported.

The hospitality service and sustainability.

There are some areas for improvement, particularly in the restroom facilities. The loosened doors make it difficult to close properly, and the silver tray has started to show signs of rust.

Absolutely love the hotel, amenities and just gives such getaway vibes

We went for the Ramadhan iftar for dinner/ break fast and food ran out rather quickly without top ups so was not able to try a lot of food

Very good stay with well trained staff. Enjoyed the breakfast!

The staff was excellent, very polite and well trained. Love the Hilton cookies! The breakfast spread was good with different varieties. Room is spacious, clean and air con is cold.

There was nothing around the hotel... Had abit of time after breakfast before check out. But walking to City Square or Komtar is too far... Wish there were nice cafe.

We will be back.

I like the rooms and the pool. The service was the best part of our stay. I liked that the pool had shade and comfortable places to sit. Our room was clean and bred was comfortable. I enjoyed the amenities.

There a nothing at the pool... No bar or food. It would have been nice to enjoy snacks and drinks at the pool but this does not seem to be a priority or maybe what the other guests even want.

Breakfast included was good. Check in process was fast and I was presented 2 Hilton's warm cookies and a box of popcorns as welcome gift. Staff are polite and room are spacious and clean.

Love the welcome warm cookies and in general the service is friendly. They gave balloons in the room with towel.decorations for my kids birthday.

Second night, thee was a call at 5am and no sound when I picked up, followed by ringing of the doorbell. Upon feedback the next day, they were very apologetic and gave me a chocolate sculpture.

Customer service par excellence!

Amazing customer service! I would like to specially call out chef Fariz, duty manager Ayisha and the team at the reception! We visited the executive lounge and unfortunately there was no veg food options.. to our surprise, chef Fariz prepared a complete veg meal and sent it by to our room.. this gesture made us feel very special! Another example is when we checked-in…we realised that there was a mix-up in the room allocation. The reception team quickly offered us the option to check out two different rooms, pick which one we wanted and as well sent us a box of cookies apologising for the mix-up. I was nothing but pleased with how they care to make every aspect of the stay special, and went above and beyond caring for their guests! Will def come back and even recommend friends to consider Double tree Hilton JB.

Amazing stay.

Breakfast was superb. Location near to lots of eateries within walking distance. The room was big enough for the three of us. Staff was friendly. Loved the welcoming warm choc cookies.

The hospitality and attention to customer service is exceptional. My kids enjoyed the pool.

They have a good brealfast spread. Its a safe choice of spread, not too extensive but done well.

Room service food could be improved. The pizza is based off a tortilla so it was not the best. This seems to be the common standard among the hotels. Can be improved further with a proper dough base.
