Estupendo

Muy amplio y muy comfortable. Hay tener cuidado porque hay varios alojamientos en el mismo anuncio. Cuando te aparecen las opciones de precios puedes entrar y ver las fotos y descripción de cada uno de los alojamientos.

Υπέροχη διαμονή.

Ότι υπήρχε στο διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχο. Η περιοχή εξαιρετική και ο ιδιοκτήτης απόλυτα κατανοητός και ευγενικός. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 300 μέτρα από το μέτρο και λεωφορειακές γραμμές. Την επόμενη φορά που θα πάω ξανά αυτό θα επιλέξω.

Para ir a dormir y estar cerca del centro

La ubicación

El difícil acceso, desde que entrabas al portal hasta que llegabas a la habitación era un poco aparatoso. Se accedía a un edificio a través de otro. El baño muy pequeño, había que encender la ducha 10 minutos antes para que saliera agua caliente. Estando alojados tuvimos una inspección, aunque nos avisaron, el último día tenían mucha prisa porque nos fuéramos, aunque podíamos estar hasta las 11. Sentimos un poco de “vigilancia” durante la estancia.

Opción perfecta para conocer Bucarest. Apartamento limpio y precioso!

Un estudio para 2 personas precioso y muy, muy limpio! Es verdad que la entrada del portal y el camino hasta el apartamento están algo descuidadas y no muy limpias, pero todo en el apartamento ha sido perfecto. Además, nos dejaron entrar antes el primer día y hemos podido dejar las maletas en su oficina el día de salida. Unos 15 min andando del centro histórico y a unos 10 minutos del autobús que va al aeropuerto.

Had a wonderful stay.

Great location and wonderful view, nice kitchen with cookware and even laundry machine, clean with clean linen and towels. Wonderful place.

Basic pantry items (salt, pepper, oil) would be nice to have, other than that - perfect for us.

We got more than we bargained for

Small but very well designed. Very comfortable beds, new furniture and accessories, excellent service. Good location in the center. A grocery in front, and enough room for cloths, and small staff that one carries for vactions.

Only two slight inconveniences. 1. We had an apartment on an even numbered floor (6). the elevator only stops on odd floors, so we had to carry two heavy suitcases and 2 carry-on trolleys and food bags. 2. The hot water is terribly slow. whenever we wanted to take a shower we had to open the tap and wait up to 5 minutes

We liked to be here although it was very hot outside.

Location is near to the center, which we very appreciate. A shop is nearby.

The electricity broke down one time. The host solved the problem soon.

Great for families

Location, spacious apartment, big beds, communication with the owner.

The photos don't reflect the actual apartment that we stayed at. It was a different one. Still, it was very spacious, clean, and well acquitted

Got upgraded to the two bedrooms apartment. Clean and specious. Good beds. Quite.

Superb

We had everything in the apartment - Netflix on all TVs, coffee machine, dishes, washing machine and stove, comfortable beds and lots of space. The location of the apartment is excellent compared to other neighborhoods in Bucharest that are scary to walk in at night, so I highly recommend the apartment to those who don't want to compromise on a good area and a good apartment. The owner of the apartment was very nice and after two days offered us to change towels and bring us toilet paper. In addition, I can confirm that the photos on the website match the real apartment.

The hot water flow was very weak but I understood that this was a municipal problem and not a problem with the water pressure of the building.

Disappointing

Good Position not too far by walk from the old town. The view is really nice.

We found little Coacroaches in the whole kitchen and into the fridge too.

Great location & nice place!

The location is the best, near the atheneum and some great restaurants and shops! there is paid parking available. The apartment is renovated and has everything you need! Also very clean! We were really happy with the place!

The staircase is pretty old and also the elevator is old.

Wonderful apartment in Romania

We were so pleasantly surprised by our apartment in Romania. It was different to the one we had booked but was much better. The location was fantastic. The furthest we walked to sights was around 20 minutes everything else was 5-10 minutes away which made it perfect for us. We had two bathrooms and the rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were so comfy. The kitchen was well equipped should you need it and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. George was so helpful up to the trip and Emil was fantastic at checking us in, even giving us a huge list of recommendations which we found so helpful. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Overall, eh. The staff were very good- the problem was the actual accommodation.

Close to center.

Room I booked was not the room I was given. Felt a little shady walking to the room in an old apartment. There was a bad odor in the darkened stairwell of urine. Not the safest feeling location.

Nice and modern apartment

A nice,clean, and modern apartment, good facilities. Also the apartment is central positioned, which saves time overall.

Not slept very well because we could hear the traffic outside,and the building was quite vintage.

One by One, enough for pleasant, couple of days stay

Emil, the host was great. Location excellent just between all city attractions and near Old Town, but in quiet area. From rooms there is an excellent view of the city and some of the city attractions. Facilities are fine.

There were bad smells from the bathroom so we had to close the bathroom window. Elevator is quite small it can barely fit couple of people with luggage, also very slow. In shower it takes a while before hot water starts.

Emil is a helpful host.The apartment was close to the OldTown and other attractions. Worth the money

Emil (our host) was a great host and made sure we were all set to enjoy the city. He gave good recommendations and very fast at responding to any queries we had. Both beds were comfortable and the sofa bed did its job (was a little scratchy). The place was generally tidy.

There was a few pieces of rubbish around the apartment (in the wardrobe and next to the bedside table in the bedroom closest to the bathrooms) Not really an issue because the place was clean. There was no hot water on the 28th morning (saturday) but this was semi expected as all of the apartments share the same boiler room. We received a message from George (another host) Asking that we be quiet at all times and if we failed to respect that rule the neighbours could call the police and we would be removed from the apartment. It seemed a little bit aggressive but may have not intended to be, at that moment we were making some noise and then respected that we had to be quiet. However, on Friday night we were awoken by a lot of shouting occurring from one of the apartments next to, or above us. And on Saturday night we were kept awake by someone playing their tv very loud past midnight (also an apartment above). It seems that the apartments have very thin walls/ceilings. I have since contacted George and he assured me that the message was not meant to come across aggressively and also let me know that if I had any problems with noise I should have contacted him, very helpful.

Exceptional

The apartment was very centrally located, only a ten minute walk to the university square. It was very nice and cosy with a very comfortable bed.

I had difficulty working the hobs in the kitchen and also there wasn't much toilet paper in the bathroom. Also things like oil, or salt and pepper are not provided in the kitchen so you will have to buy your own.
