Teleurstellend

Ruim Appartement met uitstekende ligging

Er is behoorlijk achterstallig onderhoud . Muren waar het behang van los hangt en die dringend een likje verf nodig hebben . De keuken en badkamers zijn in goede staat . Het meubilair en verlichting is gedateerd . Het uitzicht vanaf ons appartement was of een rommelige binnenplaats waar afval gestapeld was of tegen gebouwen aan de overkant van de zeer lawaaierige straat . We hebben veel geluidsoverlast ervaren vanaf straat omdat het appartement zich boven een bar / restaurant bevind maar zeker ook van andere bewoners . Het is behoorlijk gehorig , we hebben amper kunnen slapen

La ubicación.

Las escaleras. El acceso del portal hasta el ascensor tiene un tramo de escaleras, así como el acceso del ascensor hasta el apartamento abuhardillado que nos dieron, y dentro del mismo una segunda habitación con baño en segunda planta, y no contábamos con todas esas escaleras. Además, había que tener cuidado en la zona del salón y en la parte de arriba para no darte con el techo abuhardillado. En el menaje de la cocina las tazas están escachadas y el tostador mejor no usarlo. Las paredes despintadas, los zócalos estropeados y el suelo rayado y sucio. En definitiva, este apartamento no guarda parecido alguno con el mostrado en la foto.

Muy buena la ubicación, la anfitriona muy preocupada de que todo funcionara bien!!

En general todo bien.. el control de la calefacción no funcionó del todo bien!!

Wonderful experience!

Casa Malasana was in a perfect location- walking distance to everything plus the metro if you wanted to head out further. It was clean and comfortable with several added amenities such as water, pop, wine, and coffee. Raquel met us at the apartment- she was in constant contact with us and I felt very at ease. We travel often to Europe and this experience was easy and wonderful! She gave us great suggestions as well! We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Madrid! I read all reviews when booking an apartment away from home and have high standards- let me reassure you this was an absolute perfect place for a perfect vacation to Madrid!

Un appartement agréable

L'appartement est joliment décoré, bien situé, proche du métro et dans un quartier agréable. Les personnes qui gèrent l'appartement sont attentionnées et disponibles. Les lits sont très confortables. C'est agréable d'avoir deux salles de bains.

L'accès à l'appartement n'est pas très adapté aux personnes avec des problèmes de mobilité. Le fenêtre de la grande salle de bain n'a aucune protection et lorsque la lumière est allumée on voit tout de l'extérieur. La petite chambre est vraiment très petite.

bra boende i trevligt område och nära till allt!

Mycket centralt, nära till Metro, restauranger, stadens puls. Fin lägenhet med ett större och ett ganska litet sovrum. Trevligt sällskapsrum. Mycket rent och snyggt!

För två par så är det ena sovrummet jättefint men det andra ganska litet och trångt.

A solid 9/10.

Location - really nice and central. The subway is not too far. There are restaurants all around you. However since it does get a bit busy it can get noisy. Facilities- the apartment is fully equipped which is great. It's also really spacious and comfortable. The design and decor is quite modern. Having a washer and dryer was a massive benefit too. Xfactor- none.. the property was great but standard.. everything you want, need and come to expect.

I thought the apartment was soundproof and unfortunately it's not as you can hear what goes on in the street, especially the drunks that come strolling down from the club down the road. Also, quite disturbing is that you can hear footsteps from the apartment above the room. Don't know if anything could be done about that.

Cozy apartment in great location, very helpful host

Great location, very close to Noviciado metro, supermarket, restaurants and coffee, quiet neighborhood. Raquel is VERY helpful, communication before and during the stay was very quick.

The bathrooms are small, but I guess that is the "price" for 2 bathrooms in the apartment

We loved staying here and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Malasana area.

We really enjoyed staying here! It’s such a cute & cozy apartment. Had everything we needed & host was always very helpful & responsive.

The small & heated elevator which wasn’t that big of a deal. The washer took a lot longer but also wasn’t a big deal.

AC in amazing apartment near subway

Modern and beautiful. Air Con is amazing!! Fridge had drinks and some breakfast things. Great beds and showers

The slant over the single bed is dangerous. Sadly hit my head a few times

Disappointing

host met us on the property

This place is advertise as a penthouse but it is actually an attic . The entrance door is about 5foot 8 inches high . There are many areas in the apartment with extremely low ceiling height an it is really dangerous in terms of heating your head. that the issue that made us feel very uncomfortable since you have to watch your head all the time. so we could not realy comfortably stay there. when we asked for the refund we were denied.

Great location. Apartment has some character and it has separate sleeping areas and bathrooms

The location is excellent within walking distance to downtown and is a really funky, active neighborhood with great food and bar options. Close to the metro as well. The sleeping areas are separate so everyone has some privacy. It had a good washer which worked well as a dryer too and the A/C worked well. Two nice bathrooms and one had double sinks. The elevator worked well but there are a few steps to climb before and after it. The hostess was very responsive and booked our cab for us when the site wouldn't allow it. She also left some pop and beer in the fridge and had shower gel for us too. It was quiet for sleeping in the two bedrooms (the front small bed is more exposed to the street and a bit louder but not a big issue.

There was no sponge or bread knife. We bought sponges. The ceiling is low and my son had to duck to get in and out of the door. He is 6'2". Also the "living room" area is under the low ceiling so a bit hard to get in and out of but not bad. The beds are very soft and comfy but we got pretty warm with the thick cushion top even with the A/C on.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciate the personal touch and responsiveness of Raquel & Alvaro. Highly recommended.

Ms Raquel and Mr Alvaro reached out to me even before I flew off and kept in touch with me constantly via WhatsApp right through to my departure. The property was well equipped (kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob) and came with complimentary beverages like bottles water, beers, cokes, coffee (including Nespresso capsules), tea with full complement of plates and cutleries. Its what one would expect and need in your home. Instructions on how to operate equipment, where to go shopping for groceries, places of interest, restaurants and etc were in a folder but one only need to Google, really. The nearest metro station was Noviciado. There lots of cafes and eateries - Spanish, Italian, fusion, Chinese, Indian and fast food too. Just explore in all directions!

Nothing really though the 4th floor apartment which we took was essentially an attic that we had to be careful not to knock our heads into, including when coming into the apartment through the door.

Perfect, comfortable and modern apartment in the heart of the city.

We loved the place! As soon as I booked it, the host contacted me with all the most important information about the location, transport etc. We staid in touch all our stay. The location is just dreamy - city center, just next to Plaza de España and Gran Via, but it is very quiet. Apartment is modern and looks brand new. Two separate bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms - extremely nice! Beds were large and comfortable, place was very large, all facilities in the kitchen and bathroom were available and also extra things like shower gels, tea, coffee, jam etc. were added. It was very clean and nice apartment. I highly recommend to everyone.

This was a beautiful building in a nice little area overlooking a very lively square! It was also perfectly located for

beautiful space with lots of room and areas for relaxing

the dryer on the washer dryer didn’t function well, it took hours for anything to barely be dry
