Super séjour 👍

Dans un quartier calme très proche de la mer et des artères commerçantes de la ville ! Supermercado a proximité, places de parking devant l’appartement.. petit plus avec le gel douche à l’aloe vera et la bouteille d’eau au frigo 🙏 Merci beaucoup pour le séjour, c’était parfait !

Great stay and value

+ good location in residential area + living room and sofa is very comfortable for various activities, large screen TV capable of playing mkv/avi files from USB + cold bedroom, bed + price + self-checking, possibility of parking + kitchen & dining area is very neat + will come again

- sound insulation isn't best in living room/casa (like everywhere else), once neighbors did argue with each other between 3-5 am but considering 2 weeks of vacation, it was moreover nothing

The property is well located, approximately ten minutes walk to the beach. It’s in a very quiet area and there are two shops nearby for basic necessities. There are also many shops, restaurants and bars along the beach front. We would be very happy to visit again. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact when necessary.

Very nice property everything available WiFi good -I brought and used my firestick with no issues-plenty of towels left for us also beach towels as requested and with a washing machine makes travelling lighter

Not a complaint but would have preferred a full size ironing board

Really lovely apartment, so close to shops and the beach. Owners are lovely!

The property was lovely, we had two sets of keys so each of us could leave and come back as we pleased. The location was lovely, so close to the beach with the near shop only a few metres away for any essentials. Loads of channels on the tv, fan in the room which was very much needed. Overall a really great apartment.

The wifi wasn’t very strong so it didn’t reach the bedroom which was a little disappointing but that’s my only little feedback. Property was absolutely amazing and exactly like the photos.

Everything… super clean apartment, walking distance to the main strip and beach plus shops, bars and restaurants… lovely owner with great communication… I will certainly be returning here upon my next visit to the island.

Perfect house (even for remote working)

This house was perfect in a lovely quiet residential location away from the hustle and bustle of the main Street in Puerto del Carmen, but close enough too! Only 8 mins walk to the beach. Lots of supermarkets nearby. Wifi was excellent and strong enough to work remotely with two people using videoconferencing. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Typical Spanish Bungalow!

Brilliant location. 10 minutes walk to the strip and beach, but a very quiet area. Friendly neighborhood with nearby shops. Lovely apartment with south facing sunny terrace.

Good location and very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location was good for us, close enough to main restaurants and sea but also tucked away in a residential area which felt very safe. The apartment very comfortable with a large sofa and good internet connection. The owners were very welcoming, even leaving some water and snacks.

Lovely apartment, well-situated in a great resort. I'd definitely stay there again.

10 minutes from beach. Quiet. Plenty of on-street parking. Lovely apartment with all facilities you could possibly want, including a south-facing patio and a garden in front with sun loungers. The owner Vivi was very communicative and came to see us at the apartment to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely go back to Apartmento Filla.

The shower was a occasionally a bit odd with fluctuating pressure and temperature but a minor concern really.

Nice apartment, comfortable, located in a residential area. Nice terrace to sunbathe if you want to rest at home. Beach within walking distance (about 5-10 min). Supermarket nearby (under 5min walking distance). Restaurants mostly directed towards international (English) tourists (English pubs, hindu, Chinese, international).

Lots of tourists on the beach nearby. If you walk or drive a little further, less.
