very spacious property in a great location

The street is not in sequential order so there was trouble getting to the property. The upper level ceiling is quite low so I had to crouch whenever I had to walk on that level where the bed is located. Cleanliness was questionable.

Good location, service and cleaning.

Wi-Fi did not work for the first 2-3 days of our stay and there is not much connection without Wi-Fi in the room. But we got good service and they fixed it finally for our last days.

Value for money and great location.

The location was great, next to a main thoroughfare but extremely quiet once inside. The room was huge with plenty of space for getting ready and a nice bathroom. Fantastic value for money.

No iron/ironing board, paying the city tax separately was a faff.

Will not recommend this place. Will look for a better neighborhood.

Roomy.

Location, air conditioning did not worked properly, building is not is not in a good condition, shower did not drain fast, have to keep balcony closed as the neighbors are close enough to see you and hear your conversations although they are in the other side of the street. Elevator is very, very old. The street is mostly walking so it is difficult for a car to get to the front door, have to walk. Too noisy in the neighborhood at day and at night.

Everything was amazing. I would like to mention the kindness of the cleaning ladies, they were amazing!

Noise is bad from the street but if you keep the windows closed, it is perfect.

If you like Naples in general, you'll love it!

Comfortable, clean big room, with a spacious bathroom. Had all the necessities (kettle, teas, convenience kit, etc). Centrally located, close to nice eateries, public transport, and landmarks. Nice hallway and library with some unique Neapolitan quirks!

Funky smell masked by a potpourri of some sort. We were looking for a hotel (which this was advertised as), but the place is more akin to a little AirBNB sans kitchenettes. For example, to enter the building we had to call the owner who opened the door remotely - the owner was responsive and messaged back quickly, but we were looking for a hotel specifically not to have to go through those sorts of issues!

Great location! Good monunication with the staff. Great shared area, cleaning every day.

No coffee in the room, we are in Italy after all🙃 A small espresso machine with some capsules is a must a think. No iron and no one at the reception at any time. So it's more like a rented apartment than a hotel

nice design, comfy bed, quite at night, near via Toledo and ferry terminan, check-in possible late in the evening

towels were not white but yellow and we found somebody's hairs on them

The staff was really friendly and helped when it was needed The room looked great.

Due to the fact that it is in such a central place, the noise was high. We could not sleep because of it. Also there was a strange smell in the room when the air conditioning was on.

A noisy apartment near the centre and the metro station which I wouldn’t recommend for a long stay.

The apartment is very central and close to the metro station.

The location is not quite at night and, because the apartment is in an old building, you can hear everything. The place didn’t seem very clean. The shower was really dirty and we couldn’t find a lot of room facilities.

great little room to get close to everything! perfect location, nice and clean

no staff there which is a little strange but we didn’t mind too much. lots of noise coming from outside, constant barking dog made it a little difficult to sleep as well as some construction
