Read all reviews before booking as details don't match!!!!!!!

The apartment is located right in the heart of old town very lovely for food and shopping. Old Town is the place to be it's very French and unique and a wonderful experience. The beds are comfy and the pillows great! Shower was always hot! Everything is within walking distance of the apartment and anything else you can walk to the tram to go further out. Can be noisy at night but they do have a 11.30pm quiet policy so people will get arrested, when we were there it took an hour for them to arrive to move on rowdy lot at 2am!!

Don't get delayed later than 8pm as they don't like late check ins!!!! We got delayed and then a bit lost didn't arrive til 10.30pm and was quick check in and very moody! . No welcome book and descriptions of how to use everything or tell us where to put rubbish, so left it outside front door. The stairs to the flat, no lifts in old buildings but description does not tell you this. 8 flights of stairs!! No dishwasher but says in description there is. Television does not have cable channels all French if you can get it to work. Toilet is a pokey little toilet with no window and if your on the large size it's tight.

Convenience and comfort in the old town

Exceptional location in the old town. Beautiful old building in the middle of it all. Friendly hostess helped us carry our heavy bags (no elevator). Air conditioning was a relief in the summer heat.

Best location in Nice Old Town, near everything😃 Nice and clean appartment with all you need☺️

There is stairs up to 3rd floor, and parking is approximately 200-300 meters away, so consider your luggage… Otherwise The place is great…😉

Pleasant

Great location but extremely noisy right through until morning. 8 flights of stairs an ordeal with luggage, especially for people with mobility issues. Close to the water and the evenings were spectacular while sipping our Aperol!!

The apartment is small, but we found the kitchenette suitable for preparing coffee and breakfast and most of our other meals out. The sitting area was a little crowded for the 4 of us, but we were happy to make do because the location was fantastic: very close to the tram, the old town, as well as Promenade des Anglais and the beach area. Host was very quick to respond and accommodating. Quite a few flights of stairs to get up to the apartment, a decent workout :-)

Well placed !

The location is in the old city ! Can’t be placed better to enjoy the city!

The noise .. as it’s well placed the streets are noisy .. good atmosphere but you have to be aware!

Very central location, fully equipped, sunny and good window isolation from the street noticed. Really enjoyed the complimentary things offered when arrived. Excellent communication with the owner.

Excellent location.

The apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift. But this is common in Nice I guess as we’ve experienced this before - but it’ll be an issue for people having problems with their legs or if they have loads of luggage.

We arrived past the allowed check in time due to heavy traffic in Paris, but Xavier and Annie were gracious to wait for us. Good location and big size apartment
