They have thought of everything. Perfect room and the location was great! wonderful roof top views.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, very clean and quiet. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the middle of town and a few minutes away from the train station.

Excellent hotel, modern a brand new, centrally located, in a quiet environment just 3 minutes walk to restaurants, shopping center, train station, the lake and all its amenities. Super nice staff, we were given a free transport card for train and buses in the region during the whole stay. The room was spacious, the kitchen well equipped, full stove, oven, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, etc. Overall, a very comfortable room. Will definitely come back.

I got room 504 which has an amazing view. The bed was comfortable, kitchen is fully-equipped even to little details such as salt, pepper, oil. Clothing iron is also there. Room is well-cleaned, the staff are helpful and friendly. Location top notch. Just the perfect place to stay to explore Montreux Riviera

They dont serve breakfast but there are hundreds of places within walking distance where you can have very good food. Option to cook at room is a plus. Wonderful staff. Cleanliness, bed comfort, I would stay again and longer

It was nice having a kitchenette with all supplies. The rooms were VERY clean and new looking - very modern and user friendly.

The breakfast option we didn't take - but it was a bag at the door.

Gabriella (I am sure I have spelt it wrong - my apologies if I have) was just amazing. Kind, thoughtful, proactive and energetic. I typically don’t write reviews but this place was awesome and I wanted to drop this note. Simple, clean, efficient and brilliant customer service. Highly recommend it.

Roomy appartment, modern and with all the ammentities that you need and more. The friendliest staff you will see in the switzerland work here !

The apartment was sparkling clean and relatively new, with daily servicing. It was located very close to bus and train transport which was very comfortable and regular. The supermarket was close as were places to eat. The gorgeous lake was a short stroll. The staff were a delight. In our case they spoke English very well. They were extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

The room was very clean. They also had an AC for the summer in Switzerland.

There were a lot of sketchy crowds near the hotel which made us a little uncomfortable. They didn't have parking so we had look for parking in the city which is not very convenient.

Everything! The staff were exceptional, the location was perfect..close to every amenity and beautiful Lake Geneva, all within short walking distances. The room was eqipped with everything in kitchen for cooking, the bed very comfortable.

Room - look and feel fresh. Clean - good but could be better. Kitchen - need a mIcrowave to heat up foods.

From the moment we checked in til we checked out, the service was impeccable. All requests/queries were attended promptly. Shout out 3 staffs at t front desk, esp Mehdi.. he helped us wth everything thru out our stay there. Please keep up the good work!

The hotel staff are exceptional they let you feel like you are at home, I would like to thank Mehdi for taking the extra mile in Customer Service from the moment I entered the hotel until the check out. The location of Base Vevey hotel is good 6 minutes walk to the lack and it is near the train station, supermarket, mall and city center, the one bedroom is great for 2 adults and 2 children, there is limited parking in the hotel however public paid parking by mobile application is available outside the hotel. Do not forget to get the free public transportation card from the hotel and it has major discounts on the attractions also.
