Esta céntrico y cómodo
El agua de la ducha estaba congelada, y el desagüe de la ducha estaba atascado y se inundaba el plato.

Great location. Agree with the comments of others. But the absolute standout for us when we caught covid was the kindness and consideration of our landlord, Ester and also the ongoing help from the lady at the reception desk
We had difficulty spotting the actual entrance to the building. A special technique is needed to open the washing machine door and it had to twice be demonstrated to us.

excellent location close to park, museums, plaza Santa Ana, bars and restaurants. property was large and very nice. the host was very responsive and let us drop our bags in the apartment while it was being cleaned.
The shower drain was very slow requiring fast showers to avoid overflow and the AC didn’t work well in the bedrooms. there were lots of stairs but also a small elevator for bags.

The location of the property was fantastic. Convenient to everything. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-decorated. Our flight from the US landed an hour early, and we were very grateful that the housekeeper's spouse met us at the door with the keys to let us in so early in the day to rest and shower. Exit was even easier. We just left the keys and pulled the door closed.
This may be an American expectation, but we would have greatly appreciated coffee pods for the coffee maker and/or tea for at least the first day. We had traveled a very long way and did not know what to buy or where to shop for supplies. The only other negative is that the apartment is on a middle floor with windows facing the interior courtyard. This made it dark and difficult to tell the time of day and weather outside - tough when fighting jetlag. I like to stay in places with daylight and a view and simply did not think about that when booking this apartment. We were out in the city most of the time though, so not a big deal.

Location was fantastic and the owner suggested few nice restaurants near her place.
The shower was either too hot or too cold, but this is a very very very small issue. I still highly recommend this place

We have rented dozens of apartments in different countries (including Spain), and this was the worst experience we’ve ever had. The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. There were dirty dishes and cutlery, a wad if hair at the bottom of the kitchen sink, hazardous chemicals in a pool of water under the sink, no tea, coffee, no coffee cups (large mugs only), no dish towels. The shower stall had a thick ring of black mold all around the bottom. There were several lights that were burnt out; the curtain in one of the bedrooms was missing and the curtain rod was dangling, held up by a single screw, so in order to have any privacy you would need to have the outside shutters closed all the time. While looking for a softer pillow, we found extra bedding stored in the compartment under the bed, tangled up together with two vacuum cleaners and their parts.
We spent all evening cleaning. The next morning, we contacted the owner. She said that she would come after lunch; she came at 5pm with a handyman who did his best to replace the ceiling spotlights. Not only she never apologized, but was very angry (raising her voice), disrespectful, verbally abusive towards my wife, and she suggested that we can leave the apartment if we don’t like it (even offered a refund which was not an option at such short notice), and left slamming the doors. Two days later we found a dead cockroach on the floor and discovered that the washing machine didn’t work. There were garbage bags in the hallway, right outside the door, blocking the access to the apartment, the elevator, and the stairwell, which is also your only fire escape route. I usually don’t write reviews, positive or negative, but I felt compelled to do so this time. Renting an apartment is a business transaction. One should have reasonable expectations of getting what has been promised: comfortable, clean. and safe environment. Certainly, not the case here.

The apartment is large, location is excellent, the decoration are very attractive, the bed is comfortable.
Access from the street door to the apartment was not particularly attractive and was difficult. To reach the building elevator one needed to go down a steep flight of stairs, cross a courtyard and up a few more steps.

The location is very convenient for Atocha, Retiro and the galleries. You can also easily reach any of the sights across the city by hopping on an electric scooter, which are always available nearby. There are good supermarkets within walking distance for food supplies and plenty of nearby restaurants offering delicious and affordable food.
The apartment is huge and very nicely presented. Beds and sofas are very comfortable and there is good air con and media selection. The wi-fi is good quality, and I was able to have an online meeting without any issue.
The kitchen has a good range of appliances and cookware/tableware.
The host was very helpful and arranged for us to check-in early without charge.
It would have been helpful to have some cooking basics, such as oil, in the kitchen rather than having to buy them for a few days' stay.
I found it difficult to control the shower temperature, with a fine line between very hot and cold, and the water pressure dropped considerably the further you turn the controls towards hot.
It is a little bit lacking in natural light.

It exceeded expectations. It was beautiful inside and very quiet. Great location and restaurants next door. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Definitely recommend!

The apartment was spacious and located near many restaurants.
It was unclear how checkin would work ahead of time. Since we were traveling and had limited access to internet and everything was apparently communicated through whatsapp, it made things difficult. For example, I didn't get messages because I had no data and didn't know what to do upon arrival since there were no instructions ahead of time. I had to go and find internet to access whatsapp to get entry instructions at the time of arrival which was stressful.
We also noted the arrival time upon booking and did not know there would be an additional fee to pay (in cash) if you arrive at night.

Comfortable and spacious apartment, great location for exploring Madrid
Slightly lacking in natural light, with external views of close by commercial offices/similar residential

Really large and well appointed apartment that is very well located
It wasnt an issue for me, but you must navigate one half flight of stairs to access the unit.

This is a very attractively decorated apartment about 10 min walk from metro stop. Beds are comfy, well equipped kitchen, great for lounging. Would happily stay here again.
As with many Madrid apartments, your neighbours windows are in close proximity. Entry involved a flight of stairs before getting to the lift - challenging if you’ve got a heavy case.

It was spacious and very comfortable for a family of four (parents and 2 adult children). The kitchen was well equipped and it was very helpful to have a washing machine. The WiFi worked well and we streamed several movies. It is located in such a perfect place because it is a short walk to bars, restaurants, groceries and museums.
It was very quiet and we didn’t hear any street noise. We really found it to be perfect for us. Also an easy walk to Atocha station.
It was a bit awkward getting to the apartment once inside the building. You need to enter the lobby, go down stairs to the lower level and across a courtyard to another elevator. The bright side of this issue was the peace and quiet of being away from the street.
