ATTENTION: 3 nights minimum due to Anaheim city regulations New beautiful 2500 square foot home in a safe neighborhood. Only 5 minutes drive from Disneyland, Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, Angel Stadium, Knott's Berry Farm, Soak City and Disney Downtown. Sitting in heart of city of Anaheim and close to everything. Walking distance to parks, churchs, restaurants. 15 mins drive from Huntington Beach, New Port Beach, Corona Del Mar beach. Only 45 mins from LAX, 1hr drive to Hollywood, Universal studio. 90mins from Sea World, San Diego zoo,and Lego Land. The house has an open floor plan with spacious living room, family room, formal dinning room. One bedroom and full bathroom downstairs, suitable for the elderly and is wheelchair assessable. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms. One large room with two queen beds . One mid sized room with twin/full bunk bed and a bonus pull-out trundle bed. One master suite with full bath and a cozy nursery room with baby crib. Large living room and family room with well equipped kitchen and entertainment system. 3 Full baths. LCD flat screen TVs with Direct TV & Netflix, video games, unlimited high-speed internet access. 2 cars garage and good 5-6 parking spaces. Frontload washer and dryer provided for easy laundry. Strollers, high chair also available. Enjoy our private back yard BBQ, sitting areas with beautiful heated pool and spa. Amenities: community park, jacuzzi, central air conditioning, fire place, internet access, Direct TV service, flat screen TVs, DVDs, backyard, Video Games and Laundry room. ATTENTION: There is a pool heating fee of 50$-100$ if you use the pool heater. Please ask owner for more details. If you decide to use the pool, please let us know at least 1 day prior. We had an excellent time playing at Disneyland and being so close to the park! It was a great location in a safe neighborhood, and the house was clean and had everything we needed in a home. The check in process was seamless.

Property was good. Home is in good condition smelled very nice when you walk in. Very clean downstairs in the living room and kitchen. Kitchen looks newly updated. Lots of space for a big family, we were a group of 10. Downstairs bathroom needs the ceiling cleaned. It has mold above the shower. There was plenty on linen and towels in the home. Our biggest complaint was one of the bedroom upstairs with two beds. These beds are on plywood being used as a bed frame. Also they separated the mattress from the box spring and put a mattress topper on top of the box spring to count as a second bed. That is not acceptable to use or list as a bed. They really need to update the beds and frames in this room so no one gets hurt walking around the plywood. We went to Disneyland and my husband was not thrilled how hard the bed (faux bed) was to sleep on after spending 15hrs at Disneyland. Also the floor was no swept or vacuumed in this room and it is hardwood, so all the dust and dirt sticks to your feet.
The home is nice but the beds need to be updated. If it wasn't for the bedroom with this awful beds and the bathroom ceiling mold, I would have given the home a 5 star review.

We had 8 of us stay at this location (4 adults, 4 teens). Really clean, really great communication, and close to the Disney parks! We would definitely stay here again. The pool in the backyard was the best part of every night for all of us, made the trip extra special for the kids!

Overall, our stay was pretty good. Plenty of room in the house for the 4 of us, and very comfortable. Neighborhood felt safe and no issues with neighbors or noise. Very close to all amenities. A few negative things about our stay: the house was mostly clean, but some of the floors and walls were visibly dirty. The outdoor pool area was also not very clean. Central air did not seem to work in a few of the bedrooms upstairs, however they did provide many fans so we were able to make it work. Last, the pictures of the home and pool are manipulated to make the home and pool appear bigger than they actually are. We were a bit disappointed that the photos were misleading.

The place worked out very well for our family gathering. The accommodations for our wheel chair bound family member was important when finding a place and it didn’t disappoint. Everyone was comfortable.
The property manager was very responsive to calls and inquiry about how to heat pool. The bottom of pool does need resurfacing.

Thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and the pool. We all swam everyday and enjoyed cooling off after hrs at Disneyland. The house had everything we wanted except no propane for BBQ so we didn’t use the BBQ. I guess the clients before us didn’t fill the tank. Would highly recommend this house. Thanks

Check in was a breeze, property was fantastic it has everything you need to make you feel at home. I recommend getting the pool heated, it is very pricey though and they don't tell you there's a 3 day minimum at $75 a day. That should be included in the description. There isnt a Foosball table anymore but thats ok. The showers come with hygiene products which is nice in case you forget yours. Loaded with towels and linens, plenty of washers and dryers (5)Overall great stay. Will use them again if needed

Real enjoyed the stay, was big enough for all 11 of us. Plenty of bathrooms too. Place was clean and great for what were in town for. Easy to contact property management. We blew a breaker from using 2 microwaves at same time. And they showed up within 10-15 minutes to resolve. Answered questions quickly thru email and text. So appreciative of the ease our stay was. Would book this property again Pool amd spa were great. Thank you.

Overall great place. Lots of room. Be aware though, there is an extra charge to use the spa and to heat the pool. The Ice maker in the fridge is broken as well, buy your own. Oh - and the pictured foosball table isn't there either.

Overall this was a nice home to stay at. The kitchen was fantastic and fully equipped with everything. The house was clean, however could use a more detailed deep cleaning sooner than later. I would recommend this home as a place to stay.

PROS
1. Located in a quiet neighborhood
2. Ten minutes to Disneyland
3. Has 4 bedrooms with one on the main floor and 3 baths with one on the main floor
4. Dining room seats 8 people comfortable
5. Has a pool and patio area
6. Off street parking
CONS
1. Lack of communication from owner with our electrical problem in the kitchen. We contacted them to get the code for the pool heater and didn't get a response until after we didn't need it.
2. There is a garage to park in but the code was not given to us even after we asked.
3. There are two washers and dryers in the garage which was fine but both dryers were full of towels and sheets. There was no place to put them except on top of the dryers. The floor around the machines was very dirty.
4. Safety issues that need to be addressed
a.) No handrail to the front door
b) No handrail to get in or out of the pool
c) Bunk bed needs to be repaired or replaced
d) Bed on main floor needs to be replaced. The frame is
very hard for some adults to get out of and it takes up a
lot of room
5. We reserved this house for 14 days. There was no vacuum, broom, bath cleaning supplies or mop of any king. We had to purchase items for cleaning and took them home.
6. Entrance is nice and large however there is a drop off the dining area and the family room that was not told in the VRBO description.
7. Air conditioner needs to be updated or replaced. The home has a solar system so it should be cool in every room even upstairs. But this didn't happen. We didn't have windows or doors open and it was very warm in the home. There were fans in various rooms, but each fan needs a serious cleaning done or to be replaced.
8. The stairs are open which could be a problem for small children. The eighth step is cracked and could cause someone to fall.
9. There is a lot of storage in the kitchen and dining room area. However, there is so much stuff crammed into each area, we had no place to store food supplies in the kitchen. There are 2 linen closets, but each is crammed with so much stuff we could not put our luggage in them.
10. Towels and linens need to be accessed. Many are very worn and need to be replaced. Setting out a raggy towel in the bathroom for incoming guests was not good.
We have more issues but no more space to expain.

Family Disney stay
We recently stayed at the property for a Disney trip. We had a rather large group, me and my family of 5, my sister and her family of 4, and both of my parents. There was plenty of room for all of us. Everything was up to date, and clean! The kitchen was fully stocked. Check in was so easy. The owner truly made it a seamless stay and was easy to communicate with. We loved the outside pool area and we packed floaties for our kids but didn't even need them as she has so many pool accessories available! Overall 10/10 experience at this house!
