Located in Garden Grove, this lovely house for £325 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. PLEASE NOTE: This home is in a residential neighborhood. Parties of any type are not allowed in this home. If you are looking for a home to have any type of gathering that could exceed the maximum occupancy, or the maximum number of vehicles, this is not the home for you. If you are looking to play music outside at anytime or do anything that could disturb a neighbor, this is not the right home for you. The Wonderland House is a luxury home in Anaheim where watching the Disneyland fireworks every night from the front yard is possible! At just 2 miles from Disneyland, this quiet neighborhood is well-situated near shopping, restaurants, and of course, Disneyland! Inquire to gain access to discounted Disneyland tickets and other popular Southern California attractions! FEATURE AMENITIES @ THE WONDERLAND HOUSE + Free WiFi + Smart Devices Available (Bring your own log-ins) + Baby Gear - high chairs, pack n play, etc. + Beach Gear - (upon request and subject to availability) OPTIONAL AMENITIES: + Premium Single Strollers, Double Strollers, and Double Strollers with Triple Attachment – Available for Rent. Outdoor Security Camera(s): Security cameras are present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. One faces the backyard and the other faces the driveway. Cameras are not actively monitored but do send electronic notifications to Funtierland personnel for potential follow up with Guest if the cameras detect activity between approximately 10pm – 9am in alignment with Anaheim's city mandated Quiet Time Hours / Ordinance. Cameras may also monitor parking compliance including but not limited to confirming that no vehicles encroach upon or park over the sidewalk in any way, or illegally park on the street without a Funtierland provided parking permit. Please note the use of the property and all amenities are at your own risk whether or not security cameras are present. Wow!! If you are going to Disneyland for a family vacation THIS HOUSE is a MUST! Absolutely wonderful experience! There were 11 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out!! The kids LOVED the decorations and the castle room was their favorite! We will DEFINITELY stay here again :)

Our family of 11 truly enjoyed our time at this house. It was only a few blocks away from where my husband’s family grew up, so the neighborhood felt like home to them. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We were very close to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. The house was adorable and well taken care of. It exceeded our expectations. We hope to stay there again someday. Thank you!

I was actually very disappointed in the property. It was very very old and run down. I took pictures of the bottom of the hot tub where the drain was not attached, pictures of the back yard near the pool that was a mess.The regulatory permit was expired and because we parked in the wrong spot, i had someone call me at 10:30 PM which was 1:30 AM my time because i came form NJ. telling me to wake up whoever drives the vehicle to move it. Very Rude!!! I would never rent one of your properties again

we had 3 nights stay while visiting Disneyland. place is excellent and cean. communication with host excellent. highly recommend.

This house was in a perfect location for nearby access to groceries, shopping, highway’s and of course Disneyland.
The house did have some deficiencies that included;
1. Dishwasher was in need of repair.
2. Patio umbrella was broken, and a patio lounge was torn/ not useable.
3. Bbq had no cleaning brush.
4. A more thorough cleaning.....soiled diaper found in a bedroom.
5. Fridge door seal had to be re-installed.
6 Castle bedroom should have a portable air conditioner in it. The room was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in.

This home exceeded my family's expectations. We rented the home to enjoy Knott's Berry Farm and have a enjoy the pool for the 4th of July holiday. The customer service was fast and very friendly. Will be the home we rent for our Disneyland/Knott's trips!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. There were some minor repairs that I think needs to be done but overall our stay was great. There are some tiles missing on the first step of the pool that hurt a couple of our guests and the hall toilet needed repair. We grilled steaks one night and wished that there were steak knives to use:) The kids loved all the themed rooms. It was really close to Disney which was great. Only took about 8-10 min to drive there. We would stay there again.

The property was as described and easily accommodated our family of 9 adults and 2 children. Home and property were clean, except for carpets that had some stains. Funtierland operations manager Shari let us know they were already in the process of replacing them. Home is stocked very well with bathroom and kitchen necessities. We were able to cook basics with provided pots and pans. Bonus points for Corelle dishes as the worry for breakage was minimalized.
The bedrooms were good although the windows could use curtains to block out unwanted light. Neighbor's outdoor light shone brightly into the Mickey room at night. Having 3 full bathrooms was great when everyone's getting ready at the same time. Water pressure was great and we didn't run out of hot water. Three of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom had doors directly to back yard, which was convenient. There were fans available for use that came in handy for fan sleepers and to circulate the air especially in the castle room. Beds were comfortable but only 2 bedrooms with king size.
Pool was clean and fenced. Above ground jacuzzi is a bit worn out, but soothed our aching muscles from long days of walking.
Location and neighborhood was great. Ubers to Disneyland were approx $10.
Overall our family had a great time at this property. The 2 children especially enjoyed the pool. Communication with Shari was quick. Concerns were addressed efficiently. Would definitely rent Funtierland properties again.

This is the perfect house for a trip to Disneyland park! The house was clean and spacious with plenty for room for kids and adults. It’s only a short 7 min drive to the parks, and the house is on a quiet neighborhood next to all the amenities you may need (groceries, coffee, etc). The property manager was super responsive and the info provided ahead of time was very helpful. We will be back!

Great house. Air conditioner never really kicked in, we were grateful it was a cooler week. when we arrived it was very warm and muggy. When we asked about it, we were told it should cool off after a bit now that we had it set to 70. We gave it until the evening. It was cooler outside. We set up every fan we could find and it still never cooled completely. We ended up opening windows that night to sleep. Again, super grateful the temperatures in Cali were on the low side. This company was great to work with, super easy communication! The house has comfortable beds and lots of them. There were 10 of us, mostly adults, and there were still 4 empty beds. Super clean. Great area! So quiet at night. Close to grocery store. It’s a little older, so plugs in the house are mostly 2 prong. Great pool and bbq. Every kind of appliance available. Overall a great experience.

Overall the house was a great place to stay and the same price as getting a couple of hotel rooms. Having the house kept us all together instead of spread out through a hotel. There are things in the area such as stores and restaurants, but they are accessed more conveniently with a vehicle of some sort! We had a good stay and would stay again if back in the area!

We really enjoyed this house. The kids were excited about every room, especially the Castle Bed room. So fun! And cute! We were concerned about how many entrances to the pool there was, since we have a special needs child that adores swimming, but the pool is blocked by a locked fence and we were able to manage most of the exits. The management was easy to get a hold of and very helpful when we first arrived and couldn't enter the home. We loved the big kitchen, however the stove is a little tricky when trying to ignite the range. We very much enjoyed our stay. The house does not have a direct entrance to the garage, so wouldn't recommend locking the door in the back.

This house is perfect for big families! There were 10 of us and we all had plenty of space. The kids loved the castle beds! It was very clean and the description matched the house. It was very close to Disneyland (not walkable, but still close!). We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

The rooms were huge with tons of space for everyone. The house is old and not in perfect shape, but we did appreciate the large kitchen and strollers available for use. We did have several issues with the pool and hot tub, however. We rented this property specifically for the pool and it's proximity to Disneyland. Despite multiple times I reached out ahead of time to verify the pool would be heated, it was in fact not heated. We paid the extra fee to have the pool heated but it was a brisk 72° when we checked in. We were unable to swim until the 3rd day of our stay. And even then, the maintenance crews didn't fix the pool. It was us who flipped the tripped breakers, increased the water level, and turned up the heater. The hot tub was completely out of order and unusable the whole week. The front desk staff was kind and easy to reach, but not very effective in solving pool problems. So if a pool is what you are looking for in a house, I definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

Great location for a Disney trip. Plenty of room for 4 grandparents, 3 young adults, and young family of 3. Property was comfortable and clean. One issue was the castle room. The AC didn’t work in there and if you used the washer and dryer that room really heats up. It eventually cooled down with 3 fans going and the sliding door open.

Overall I was thoroughly impressed with this property. There was more than enough space to comfortably sleep 15 and the kids loved the different room themes. The pool was the highlight of our experience. I think it might be about time for a deep carpet clean or carpet removal, but overall I was very satisfied with our family's experience.

We were a family of 12, ranging in ages from 5 to 72. This house was in a nice neighborhood, with easy access to Disneyland, playgrounds, restaurants, and grocery stores. The house is certainly kid-friendly, with many bunkbeds, a pool, several TVs including Netflix, and a Disney theme throughout. The hosts were great to work with. The house was clean and spacious. We would certainly work with this host again!

Wonderland was overall a great location to attractions and activities. We had a problem with the sewer system in the home. When we checked in we notified the property management that the back bedroom smelled horribly. After several attempts to rectify the problem, it was finally determined the the sewer line was broken beneath the home and it was going to take a long time to fix and the residence would need to be unoccupied. We lost the use of the back bedroom and additional bathroom for our entire stay. In addition, we paid for a heated pool and the pump was broken so we did not have heat for the first 5 of our 7 days that we were at the property. I can say that the property management was very responsive to all of our concerns, but the issues we faced made our vacation less than enjoyable. If those major issues are rectified, we would be amendable to staying at the property in the future, but not with the current issues that are plaguing the property.
