Ужасный отель. Единственный плюс - расположение.

Отвратительный опыт. После заселения нам потребовался еще один дополнительный номер. Я привыкла к хорошим отелям и хорошему отношению со стороны сотрудников отеля, но в этом отеле все было наоборот. Я никогда с таким не встречалась. Я нашла на букинге, что есть одиночный номер за 32$, я решила (и это ошибка!) спуститься на ресепшн и там забронировать этот номер. Когда я объяснила на Английском языке что мне требуется дополнительный номер, сотрудник сказал что не говорит на Английском языке, хотя при заселении говорил. 🫠 Он мне предложил номер за 80$ за наличные. Я удивилась и показала предложение на букинге за 32$ за эту ночь, он с милой улыбкой попросил минутку и… номер исчез из предложения букинга! После все попытки забронировать через букинг за 30, 50, 60, 70$ исчезали одни за другим. Сотрудник стоял и улыбался. Это было отвратительно со стороны персонала. 🤬 Но самое главное было следующей ночью - когда мы только вошли в номер, стоял отвратительный запах 🤢. Мы долго проветривали. Вроде бы все чисто, но ужасный запах. Мы были после перелета, было поздно и мы просто спали с открытым окном. Во всем здании стоял отвратительный запах. На следующую ночь мы вернулись поздно и легли спать и ночью я проснулась с ужасным приступом аллергии, это было опасно для жизни! Мы звонили врачу и пытались понять отчего так произошло! Это была ужасная ночь. Ответ был на следующее утро - при выходе из номера рядом с нашим номером сотрудник обрабатывал коридор и нашу дверь и все вокруг бытовым средством для травли тараканов. Естественно, аллергия была на это. Это было опасно для здоровья. Такое неприемлемо в отелях. Мы как никогда быстро уезжали из отеля. Отвратительный отель. Не совершайте ошибку, проходите мимо.

Great location and would recommend.

Location is great for anyone visiting. Easy access to transport too. Our room had a bath/ shower so gd options.

The staff speak very little English and getting transport (taxi) is a challenge. Make sure you ask reception 1 day before if you need one. Did not have the breakfast but there are so many nice places around did not see the need. Lack of hanging space for clothes and place to leave/ access an open case for 2 people in a twin room. I ended up with mine on the floor and my friend on a stool. The desk was not wide enough to store a case.

A hotel in a good and quiet location.

Location is near the bus stops, train stations and airport limousine bus stop ( bus 6002 and bus 6011). Many restaurants and convenience stores nearby Walking distance to Bukchon hanok village and Gyeongbukgong palace Cleaning of room and change of towel is everyday

-Anyone can go up the floors of the room since the lobby is at the 2nd floor

Would totally recommend if you’re a tourist and want to get around easily.

The location is 10/10. The fact that there’s 15 minutes walk to most of touristic attractions!! And if you need to use subway, there are 3 lines around the hotel + bus stations , so getting around city is super convenient! The view from the room was impressive, the room was small but clean and cozy. Also staff was helpful, they let us check in earlier, what we didn’t expect😍

There weren’t any place to store clothes in the room, so it was messy🤪 But it was manageable !

Excellent value for money in a superb location close to public transport and tourist locations.

Very convenient to all the tourist spots in insadong. Superb cafe next door serving excellent coffee.

Nothing really. I found it a little difficult to work out the aircon settings but that’s on me cause I don’t speak Korean!

Nice hotel in Seoul

We chose the hotel because of the location, it was very convenient for us, close to metro stations, we could walk to Gyeongbokgung Palace and Bukchon Village. The room is clean, the staff is polite, they tried to help with any question, the breakfast is standard. The hotel is suitable if you walk around the city all day and come only to sleep.

Location was convenient to tourist sights

The beds and pillows were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. And the rooms were awfully hot - so much so that we were forced to open the window - but then the street noise kept us up. It was a pretty miserable stay!😠

Perfecte locatie als je snel naar andere wijken wil reizen!

De locatie van het hotel was echt perfect! Er waren zoveel winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden in de buurt binnen loopafstand en ook meerdere metro stations in de buurt. Binnen no time waren we in een andere wijk van Seoul. Het personeel was ook erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

De kamer voor 3 personen is nogal klein als ieder twee koffers bij zich heeft, veel loopruimte heb je dan niet meer. De bedden waren niet zo zacht, dus dat viel erg tegen.

Impossible de recevoir une facture pour mon séjour !! Et ce malgré mes multiples relances. Du coup, pas possible de justifier ma dépense auprès de mon employeur pour être remboursé. C’est un comble !!!

很棒、很舒適。

離鐘路三街站很近，可以從4或5號出口，4號出口有手扶梯，原本以為要下午4點後才能Chenk in，我們原想先寄放行李，但櫃檯人員就幫我們Chenk in，讓我們可以直接入住。因為房間的冰箱太小，櫃檯人員很樂意幫我們冰我們的東西。下次還有機會，會再選擇這間。

冰箱很小，空間也滿小的。房卡也只有一張，有點不方便。

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Um die Ecke sind viele Restaurants, foodmarket, Supermärkte.

Bin nachts angekommen, da war der Eingang etwas schwer zu finden.

Overall, my experience at Kuretakeso hotel in Seoul was pleasant. While there wasn't anything specific that I didn't like about the hotel, I did find the price to be a bit on the higher side. Considering the amenities and services offered, I felt it could have been a bit more budget-friendly.

Still the same as it opened when first visited

Breakfast staffs are friendly and regular manage the arrangements of food. Front desk staffs are comparatively good in English and really helpful. It’s ok to refill the water at breakfast areas which is good for the environment.

The happy hours may be extended or started earlier.

Superb

A very nice economy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room had windows with terrific soundproofing – no noise from the street, so the room was quiet and peaceful. The location is very convenient – several metro stations and airport limousine bus stops within walking distance.

The breakfast is a bit too simple for the price, better options can be found in the city.

Great hotel and walking distance to the subway station and tourist spots.

Staff were helpful, and the room was clean and clean towels supplied every day, generous amenities, 2 mins walk from subway. Great location. Thank you.

Good but replace the pillows please

Great location and friendly staff.

The pillow had a plastic cover which was very uncomfortable and made loud noises with even the slightest movements. My partner and I woke up multiple times each night. Please replace the pillows.

Disappointing

I like this hotel because of good location. Nearby this hotel, there are a lot of shops and restaurants. It was almost center of the city. Close to the station. I think it’s very convenient if you will visit city sightseeing spot.

Washbasin’s stopper is broken. So I need to keep up and stable if I use water. It was so inconvenient. And also, the room’s smell was strange when I into the room firstly. I needed to open the window and exchange the air. Slipper was not clean. It seems not change for a long time.

Location , near the historic sights and in a quaint historic maze of shops , restaurants and mazes. Room good size and view, but did upgrade from our 1st choice which was tiny and the bath was smaller than a shrub.

Jazz and great food in the centre of Seoul

The location, a quaint , old fashioned, charming oasis in the busy metropolis of Seoul. Good view over Seoul. It was near the palaces and near many excellent restaurants,. and a suprising number of great jazz bars The high tech toilet was excellent once one learnt how to drive it. we would return there again.

We did initially have a tiny room , and the so called bath was too small for my tall partner to do other than sit up in and wet 6 cm of his body. We did upgrade to a much larger room with a normal bath . I would recommend that one does not take the cheaper option.

Hotel Kuretakeso had great costumer service, room was cleaned every day while staying in the hotel. I would definitely booked with them once I visit Korea next year.
