won’t be recommending or returning to this house

beds and linen lovely

unbearably cold, stark, in parts dirty, mould in a bedroom, broken fixtures and fittings.

Geelong all you need within a short walk

The bed was so comfortable had a great sleep. The apartment was funished in a lovely minimal style. It had everything you woukd need for a short stay. Awesome location literally down the road from the beach and shopping facilities. Located at the end of a very quiet street.

That the door to the balcony was so complicated and we couldn't open it. The stairs up to the second level were steep. Slight leak in the upstairs bathroom sink.

Light filled. upstairs has high ceiling which makes it feel even more spacious. 2x toilets which is great. balcony is secluded and private which is awesome. location superb close to all amenities in Geelong

Worst part was the piping and noise! Both bedrooms were impacted by the plumbing noise of toilet and basin downstairs. we had a baby sleeping and this was not ideal! literally loud in the bedrooms with each use! Couch max 3 seater but apartment sleeps 4 people needs another couch or armchair at the least. Lots of spiderwebs etc on the external windows and spiders in the house (a little fussy)

Easy to pick up the key. Lovely quiet accommodation and yet central to town and beach. Good spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen with plenty of bench space and good lighting. Loved the terrace, nice and sunny in the afternoon. The heating worked very efficiently too.

The toilet cistern has a slow leak. This made an annoying dripping noise for the bedroom that backs on to this. The bifold, retractable doors to the terrace was a nice feature however they didn’t lock properly and the wind blew them open when we experienced some strong gusty winds.

Enjoyable relaxing stay with the family

Location was perfect. Kitchen was amazing and high ceilings with a lot of light.

Lack of Sound insulation - everything you did on one level echoed on the other. Some basic requirements that are often available at rentals such as salt,paper towels were missing

The apartment was well presented and very homely. Location was in walking distance to Waterfront, City Centre. It had everything you needed. A home away from your own home. We loved it and we will be back.

Property is ideally due for regular deep cleans outside of general clean after guest stay as there are many reminders of previous ppl staying, oiley remotes, fingerprints all over cabinets and doors etc

It was nice, but not kid friendly.

I liked that it wasnt far from the beach front. I liked the size of the place. We enjoyed the balcony and airconditioners.

The reason why we opted to go with this venue is that the reviews were saying how clean the place was. We went with our twin girls who are crawling. Unfortuntely, our girls picked up so much dirt off the floor with their clothes, it was actually quite disgusting. The kitchen was not clean to my standards, some spills were visible. The entire place has hard flooring, so not safe for small kids. The staircase is also not safe for kids. They were not able to provide cot beds for our babies which is unfortunate providing that they have so much storage to keep a couple of porta cots for those who need it. Not a kid friendly place, but if you were to go with adults, this place would be fantastic. The TV is old, please upgrade to a smart TV and make Wifi password easily accesable to guests. We just ended up using our mobile data.

All in all, quite good with some shortcomings.

Great location.

Polished concrete floors are cold! Great in summer but when it’s 10 degrees outside…More seating required in living area.
