Great location, great view , walking distance to beach front, cafes etc. Brown coffee shop below excellent and open 7 am weekdays.
Carpark - steep and tight entry but not many cars parked below so easy once in and still better to have carparking space than not.

Our collection of the keys was a little challenging given that our incoming flights were significantly delayed AND our Booking ID / Code to collect keys had a transposition of the numbers making it invalid... Having said that we made an uncomfortable "emergency call" to a number provided (at 3.00am!!!) and were assisted beautifully by a very sleepy someone who was able to disclose the correct code to us over the phone... And thankfully our entry keys were able to be redeemed. Many thanks to our very sleepy someone who saved us!
We loved every single thing about this apartment and will most definitely be return customers! As former residents of Geelong we get to return regularly for family visits and events! The Sailors Rest Bar & Nightclub nearby was pumping out some pretty loud music but with the doors closed you hardly heard anything!

The apartment was great the view was awesome
The only thing that wasn’t excellent was the uncomfortable couches

Apartment was spacious, with all necessary facilities and in a great location. We enjoyed having a balcony with a view over the beachfront. Comfortable beds and our request to have one of the double beds split into two for our 2 daughters was able to be done. Management staff were very helpful and responsive when we needed some tea towels and dish cloths.
No major negatives at all but would say the car park access ramp and location of allocated parking space were a bit difficult to use.
Kitchen would have been perfect if it had a teapot and a small selection of condiments eg. salt & pepper and cooking oil!
From an environmental and practical point of view, we would have preferred to have dish washing liquid in a refillable bottle rather than having small disposable packets. Same goes for bathroom products.

The key collection was several kilometers away from the accomodation but not really a hassle.

There was no breakfast
I had to wait over 30 minutes to get the key from a site about 25 minutes drive away, and they gave me no instructions regarding where to park, or what level the apartment was on. It took so long that we missed our bus to go to the Sting concert, it was just a disaster.

Great location! 2 minute walk to Deakin Waterfront Uni. Spacious apartment
The car park!! It is very steep & you have to be extremely careful otherwise you will end u with damage to your car as happened to us. Not made for big cars.

it was fantastic & our son got married on Cunningham Pier so the location was brilliant
nothing!
7.0
- location
- kitchen/ laundry equipment available
- beds were comfortable
- carpark (i scratched my car because of the low barrier as you enter on the left despite having sensors - there should be warnings as it was evident i wasn’t the only one who had scratched their car in the same location). can i claim damage caused to my car ?
- ripped dinning chairs
- wear and tear on air conditioners (some settings were not working)
- a second key would have been ideal for access for the second person
- fly screen on sliding door is needed, ideally windows too
- glass sliding door had children handprints all over it from previous guests
- ripped dining chairs really were disappointing
- i was unable to use the rubbish chute during my stay as it was blocked
for the amount I paid per day, property should have been better maintained/ presented … if attention to detail was high, i would have considered returning without a doubt next year

Perfect location, close to the water and central Geelong - it was easy to get around and great access to nightlife!
The apartment was spacious and well equipped - definitely will look to rebook here when I'm next back in Geelong!

location and access great
cleaning was not up to an acceptable standard. all furniture is old and worn. no facility for music other than an old docking station which you can no longer use with todays tech. no dish cloth , old cutlery , mould in bathroom. one air con not working and corroded batteries in remote. dust and dirt on most surfaces. dirty balcony

The bed's were comfortable
No wi fi, big hassle to bring the keys back at five o'clock 5 kilometres away in the morning when its poring rain it would make sense to put the keys inside the mailbox, the out door setting very dated it would help to clean the balcony glass of spider webs, the air conditioning controller had no display so I couldn't make sense of how it worked in the queen size bedroom. If had known all this I would have stayed at the Novtoel Hotel

We were on the waterfront. Verandah had a great view down the beach and out to sea. A bit windy at times , but being able to have doors open to get the sea breeze was very enjoyable. Once we figured out how to get into the building everything was good. Car park was down a very steep ramp but turned out to be OK.
Nothing to complain about.

Location
Rooms were not clean . could write your name in the thick dust on the Tv and cabinet. splash back not clean . cornflakes and crumbs on mat .Cobwebs and dead spiders behind bedroom door .Sliding door didn’t lock . outdoor setting filthy and chairs shredded, could not use and cobwebs everywhere.Car park horrible and we damaged our car . Didn’t take car out as not game ,so didn’t do what we wanted. Picking up keys streets away in dodgy dirty area and no street sign .Didn’t receive email for pickup and no explanations on how to find car park or work lift . whole checkin took nearly 2hours , 6 phone calls to office .

Location and view was the only good thing about this place
Room wasn’t ready on arrival, “cleaners” still there, although don’t know what they cleaned, as room was filthy and smelly, hadn’t even been vacuumed. Live Spiders in webs in bedroom, very disappointing. Kitchen dirty, no teabags or spare toilet paper, hairdryer blew up on first use

The location is very central and the views beautiful. We took some lovely pics from the balcony.
The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms was handy. Heating was good.
We were very excited about staying in this apartment because of the location (which by the way is excellent). Unfortunately I don't believe it represented value for money. Here's why:
- apartment was a bit grotty- windows, decking ...this said, bed linen was clean.
- 3 seater couch springs were broken so couldn't sit in it without falling in middle and being very uncomfortable
- no WiFi at all, we relied on our phones and for some reason both optus and telstra were patchy on 5th floor
- no smart TV which is annoying. Antenna was patchy.
- location to pick up the key was very remote. Also the drop box didn't work so I waited by myself in the dark in this remote location for help - i have to say i felt unsafe.
- then after all this would you believe on the sixth floor directly above us they were jackhammering all week because of what we learned was water damage to penthouse above. The noise from 8.30am to 4pm was excruciating. The first few days were ok because we were out all day and didn't even know. But then with the covid lockdown we were in the apartment during the day and couldn't believe it! Tradies obviously worked through lockdown. When I complained we were met with we could move out and a refund which was very inconvenient during lockdown especially given we'd rented the apartment for 9 nights while our own house was having renovations which meant we couldn't be at home. I asked why did they rent it out knowing this and the answer i felt was unsatisfactory and unsympathetic.
So, sorry I wouldn't recommend this apartment until the owners fix up the above.
