Very clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. All the necessary amenities needed for stay. Walking distance to Strip. Would definately stay again. Property manager very nice and stayed in contact with us our entire stay.

This is my fourth stay at this cottage. Very nice. Really enjoy the patio with grill. It is close to the strip. Would recommend. Also a better deal than the motels on the strip.

It was such a wonderful weekend. Great location between park and nightlife. Everything was within walking distance

The beds were horrible! Had a backache for two days. There were no nightstands and all the furniture was very old. The kitchen was nice and so was the bathroom. They were there no table and chairs to sit and eat at.

Everything was clean, Bryan was very helpful and kept in communication with our needs. The only thing was there were no lights working on the patio. They were there but did not work. Perfect for the four of us, plenty of room and had everything we needed. Loved the patio and close to strip and the park. Would definitely return for another visit. Couldn't beat the price/location. Thank you for having us!!

Great stay
The cabin is clean and roomy for my family. It is located close to the boardwalk and shops. We enjoyed it so much last year that we booked again this year. The outside patio is nice to sit at in the evening to just relax.

Everything was great just as it was last year BUT I do have one negative I'm super sorry to say.. there was a kitchen sink drain pipe leaking issue that did cuz a bad smell!! Otherwise great and amazing place close but not to close to stay on the strip!! Will definitely book again!!!

Nicely remodeled cottage with livingroom/futon. two bedrooms and a kitchen and bath. Very clean and had a great outside patio where we grilled some chicken and had some great times with our family. Bryan was a great person to deal with and will definately stay here if we can next time we come back. You will happy staying here it was great!!!!

Great place
Had a wonderful time. Good location to the strip. Would have given it 5 stars but we could connect to the WiFi but there was no internet service. Didn't call about it cause we just used our Data. So no big deal. Had a great weekend. Would definitely stay again.

Girls weekend
The pictures online, made the cottage look a lot bigger, however it was plenty big for us. The shower was terrible. Location was perfect for us, as we could walk the strip, didn't have to worry about drinking and driving. Could definately use updating, but over all, besides the shower it was good for the price.

We stayed on a weekday and it was very quiet and peaceful. Everything was within walking distance which was very nice.
