Prettig verblijf in goed hotel op t op locatie.

Top locatie; "beste kamer van het hotel", wat redelijk klopte: uitzicht aan twee kanten over de stad met groot balkon; zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk personeel; goed bed; fietsen te huur van het hotel.

Wat verouderde badkamer; verwarming stond permanent aan (en men vroeg een 'sustainability"-bijdrage (?).

Fantastic hotel in a beautiful city, highly recommend.

Excellent location for everything you need in Copenhagen, close to restaurants/bars, Tivoli Gardens and transport links. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately the hotel was undergoing refurbishment during our stay and the restaurant was closed, there was also a great deal of noise due to the building work.

Ein sehr freundlicher Concierge, der uns herzlichst empfangen hat! Das Gym warm ausgezeichnet und dass das Hotel so versteckt war, hat es umso besser gemacht.

Der Eingang ist gut versteckt und das Badezimmer könnte eine Generalreinigung brauchen (trotzdem sauber).

Fine but won’t stay again.

Location is perfect. Very central and within easy walking distance of metro and rest of the city.

They had renovation works going on, didn’t make us aware and they were very loud.

Perfect location, clean linens, delicious breakfas.

Really perfect location. Very nice personel to cooperate. May be the best think was the breakfast which is a comprehensive continental breakfast consisting British components. Coffee was made of good coffee beens and orange juice was fresh.

The stay will be fantastic if the heater isnt spoiled.

The room is bigger than the other hotel. There is bath tub in the toilet.

The heater is spoiled for the days we stayed. The receptionist and maintenance told us there was an upgrading going on and the system is down. They also mentioned that the other rooms were down with heater too. Our room and toilet were pretty cold in the morning. Breakfast is the same every morning, not not choices available.

Delightful stay in Copenhagen

The beds were outstanding, soft and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, ginger shots, green juice, omelette station, fresh baked bread. The lobby and restaurant was beautiful. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The amenities were unique and delicious.

I'm not a fan of the coffee machine. The coffee was bitter.

Perfect spot

Lovely hotel, very close to the main shopping area. We loved the hotel. The bar and restaurant area were perfect for dining or just having a drink. The food was excellent. Lots of choice for breakfast. The rooms were very spacious and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Couldn’t really fault it.

A great value hotel in the center of Copenhagen

The location is perfect, very centric, and within walking distance to most major attractions. The room was a decent size, and very clean with an amazing view of an old cathedral.

I stayed there for 5 days, and the breakfast was nice and tasty, but it was the same the whole time. Many hotels do this, and it's not a complaint since the food was good, but I would appreciate a bit more variety.

Location of the hotel is absolutely centric and close to everything you need in addition, the decoration of the hotel it’s classic modern and the lobby is one of the best lobbies

Excellent staff who went out of their way to help us locate lost luggage during our 2 day stay. Nice location. Very comfortable room and bed.

Fairly expensive with breakfast and all the taxes. But typical in Copenhagen.

A wonderfully relaxing stay in a wonderful location.

The breakfast way exceeded expectations. We travel a lot and it was one of the best we've ever had. There was even a counter where you could have egg-based dishes freshly made. The pastries were light and fluffy and there was a choice of 6 different milks for our coffee. The staff were exceptionally friendly and smiley.

Probably will not return to the same hotel

The location is good, walking distance to Norreport Metro station. Right in the middle of city centre

Stayed there for two nights but room was not cleaned on second day.

The location is supreme, the service is excellent, the staff were delightful! My partner had her bags lost by the airport on arrival in Copenhagen and they couldn’t be more helpful in sourcing the basics for her and were sympathetic to our plight.

The value for money is… questionable… we paid for a balcony room. Nothing to do with the hotel but a balcony in central Copenhagen I wouldn’t say is worth it. There isn’t a ‘view’ really so to speak from the hotel and the weather is unpredictable so not worth it. Beyond that the room itself wasn’t special, it’s clean and comfortable but nothing special. If you plan on spending a prolonged period of time in the room you might be disappointed. We were also given two single duvets for a double bed when we first arrived and told this is standard. A double was quickly located on request (we were told this was lucky as they happened to have one to spare!) But again worth baring in mind if you plan on spending a lot of time in the hotel.

Cool place/location, really disappointed about the levels.

Great location (near main shopping area), gorgeous bar/restaurant in the main lobby, great menu and cocktails and lovely staff.

Very noisy! From the AC fan in the room (which sounded like it was on its last legs), to street noise, to being able to hear music from the bar downstairs and constant heavy footsteps overhead it was by far the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in which was really disappointing, regardless of the price we paid.

The location was great, staff friendly and accommodating - wonderful stay

I liked the vibe of the hotel. The lobby, restaurant and sitting area was comfortable and great to hang out in with coworkers. The room had everything I needed.
