Super Service zu fairen Preisen

Das Hotel ist in einer sehr zentralen Lage und das Personal ist sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das leckere, variationsreiche Frühstücksangebot, die schön gestalteten Essensbereiche (außen und innen) sowie die Sauberkeit meines Hotelzimmers haben meine Erwartungen weit übertroffen! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Die Zimmer im Hotel sind sehr klein und die Flure ziemlich schmal. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind zum Teil sehr eng.

Top für Städtetripp

Sehr gute Lage. Parkplatz direkt dabei für normal große Autos für 9,50 Euro möglich. Frühstück für 7 Euro wirklich gut. Personal sehr freundlich und alles sehr nett. Ordentlich große Zimmer. Aufzug. Sauber. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Weil es voll war musste man sich für eine von mehreren festen Frühstückszeiten festlegen. Und da räumlich nicht so riesig viel Platz für ein riesiges Buffet ist, kamen die sehr freundlichen Damen nicht immer so mit dem Nachschub hinterher. Trotzdem gut.

Excellent location when visiting Bonn

Very fast good and healthy breakfast offered which sets you up well for the day. Clean and friendly rooms. Location near City Centre which is easy to reach Car parking available and neccessary as public spaces are are extremely limited in Bonn Helpful and friendly staff. Good value for money

Sehr gute Lage, sehr ansprechende Einrichtung, entgegenkommendes und außerordentlich freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ließ keinen Wunsch offen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Great place to visit Bonn

Great location very close to old town, but really quiet. Great breakfast buffet

Complicated to recharge your e-bike but staff went out of their way to make it happen.

Cleaniness, facilties in room are modern.

TV only in German. Suggest to replace TVs with streaming app compatible TVs, to stream from mobile phone.

lovely stay in a quiet but central part of town

lovely location in a quiet but central part of the city, lots of restaurants around as well (we just missed the cherry blossoms but they're right down the street). definitely recommend renting one of their bikes for the day, super cheap and a great way to get around. the breakfast was also great with lots of options

the parking garage was full, but we found street parking in the neighborhood

The sheets were clean and the room is always clean to perfection

The fact that the towels were not changed every day. And would have loved to have a dustbin in the room instead of the toilet.

Basic, but in a good location and with helpful staff

Good location, helpful staff and useful kitchenette in the room.

Bed was very firm - which some people might like, but personally, I found it a bit uncomfortable. Room was clean, in that the bathroom was hygienic, etc., but the window sill was really dusty - as I discovered, when I placed a jumper on it!

Some stains on the sheets, pillow filling was almost non-existent and quite noisy building (but too be expected in this location).

Centrally located, but not a nice breakfast

Perfect location for shopping and Christmas markets. Room was nicely laid out with fridge and kettle.

I could hear my neighbor snoring through the walls. I was disappointed with the breakfast compared to other similar priced locations I’ve stayed in in Germany.

Neat and very well-arranged room, everything necessary there; very friendly personnel; convenient location in the older part of town, close to many attractions.

Breakfast room was a little crowded, but then I was there on a Saturday morning just before Christmas. Food is nice in any case.

Staff were excellent and accommodated our booking with rooms close together and a cot. Great value for the price, clean, friendly, close walk to attractions and shops and good breakfast

Excellent position, really close to the centre, the tram station and only 10 min walking distance from the central train station. The staff were really nice and the breakfast was good.

The carpet in the room and some of the furniture was a little old, but the bathroom was new and the bed was comfortable, so nothing to complain about really.

Decent hotel for the money, I'd stay again.

The room was fair size. plenty of hot water. TV had CNN & BBC. Lift worked well. Breakfast was plentiful. Reception was helpful & had early check in.

No AC so used fan. Not much in the neighborhood.

I definitely recommend staying here

Very good location, the Altstadt, Beethovenhaus are near. The room was comfortable, had a refrigerator and electric kettle as well. Clean and nice bathroom.

People were a bit noisy in the morning on the streets
