たまにはこういうのも悪くない。

新しいエリアを開拓できた。料理ができた。意外に静か。スタッフがとても親切。

とにかく鍵（スマホのアプリ）の使い方が最初まったくわからず何度もフロントに確認に行くことになった。キッチンのスイッチがわからず初日は調理ができなかった。塩、胡椒、油などは常備されていてもいいのでは？と思った。（もしくは貸し出し？）コストパフォーマンスは微妙

apart from the key system it was good. if we came back late we never knew if we could get in.

the fact that we arrived at 1,oclock in the morning and we could not get into the hotel for 30 mins. rang for help, no answer. by a fluke lock clicked and we got into the hotel. our next trial was getting into the rooms. another 30mins in the corridor. very bad.

convenient to subway so we could reach our meetings easily.

Lots of space. Good storage. comfy bed. good lighting lots of hot water

Trying to get in - the app didn't work - I arrived late in the pouring rain and had to phone to get a service person to come and let me in. I never saw staff the whole time I was there. Once I had a key card, all was fine but it was a bad introduction to the facility.

Helppo löytää.

Kulkujärjestelmä vaikutti erikoiselta kaikkine koodeineen, mutta hotelliin oli mahdollista saada tavanomaisempi ovikulkukortti.

Close to the train station and a Nice walk to the city center

I liked how the Keys were electronic! It was also close to a gym where i could pay for a day pass with a discount if i started at the hotel.

The fridge were very loud which made it hard to sleep because it was within two meters of the bed…

Prima hotel.

Ruime, schone kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. Met de metro in 10 minuten naar het centrum.

Ontbijt elke morgen hetzelfde in een zak geleverd. Waarschijnlijk ivm corona. Geen variatie.

Buena ubicación, muy buen departamento y gran atención

La habitación, cocina y baño estaban super bien. Tenia todo lo necesario para poder pasar varios dias en Estocolmo. Sí regreso a Estocolmo no cabe duda de que nuevamente me quedaría aquí. Tiene una buena ubicación, lavandería y las personas que trabajan en el hotel siempre nos ayudaron con nuestras preguntas.

La verdad es que me gusto todo del alojamiento.

Boa relação/preço, mas deveria existir maior proximidade com o cliente

Os quartos são amplos e limpos, e cumprem efectivamente aquilo que anunciam. Na base da relação/preço, para uma cidade como Estocolmo, é uma óptima opção.

O tratamento impessoal e um momento que deixou bastante a desejar. Num dos dias, eram para aí sete da tarde, vou ao meu e-mail, e tenho um e-mail enviado pelo hotel a indicar que estavam com um problema com a app (a mesma que é imprescindível para entrar no hotel e nos quartos) e que teria de ir à recepção até as nove da noite para levantar uma chave/cartão físico. Tendo em conta a situação, deveriam ter ligado, principalmente porque o e-mail foi enviado no próprio dia, e não muito antes de o ter visto. Respondi ao e-mail a indicar que não saberia se conseguiria chegar a tempo para levantar a chave, mas felizmente consegui chegar a tempo. Na recepção entregaram-me a chave e ainda me disseram que era o senhor que tinha enviado o e-mail (ao qual só me responderam já depois de levantar a chave). Foi uma situação desagradável.

The process of checking in - too many requirements - long e-mails with strange info, mess with payment ( from booking.com confirmed payment - but hotel states it was not paid), being forced to download an app in order to check in. It just takes too much time…

Clean, comfortable & 10 min bike ride from the central train station. Small kitchen in the room with all the dishes required. Allowed me to store my bike in the room.

Ni måste renovera och städa bättre.

Det var fullt av gamla hårstrån i duschen och överallt i badrummet. Det var mögel/påväxt i hela duschzonen. Sänggaveln var full av skvätt och smuts. Tv:n var alldeles för liten för rummet. Parketten var sunkig och väldigt sliten. Det satt rester utav tejp runt om i rummet. Låset/dörrhandtaget sjöng på sista versen. Möblerna var gamla och sunkiga. Toaletten spolade väldigt dåligt. Har tidigare bott på courtyard och betalat en lägre peng för ett rum som var lika stort och fräscht och fint. Ej värt och kändes väldigt sunkigt rummet.

I still feel ok at the hotel, but disappointed because I got used to it being better.

The staff is still great! Always helpful, always ready. There's an entertainment room with a pool table and some games, and 2 treadmills. Love that.

The overall quality of the hotel has gone down since my last stay. WiFi has been barely there for three weeks now! Poor signal mostly, so sometimes you can't work properly. The laundry and drying machines were broken most of the time, and now they replaced them with new ones, which shrank all my clothes on "medium" temperature. Now you HAVE to download a horrible, horrible app on your phone in order to book a time, AND you have to pay 60 kr for each wash! They went from 0 to 60 in one day, and I feel a hotel should offer laundry. But not as a separate paid service, they're not a laundromat! Another horrible thing, they introduced an app that serves as a door key, which sounds great, BUT it's now the ONLY option for unlocking your door! That's just dystopic. If your phone dies while you're outside, you get locked out of your room! The app works like 7 out of 8 attempts, and even when it works, you have to wait between 5 and sometimes 15 seconds for it to start working. So you're standing in front of your door like a fool... The old key cards unlocked them in less than one second! Such a horrible decline in experience. Just sad. And the cherry on top, yesterday the app stopped working completely! Their whole system went down and everyone was locked out of their rooms, so they had to give us the old key cards (which has been a blessing!!). Phone apps should be an additional option, not a replacement for key cards. Finally, the renovated rooms have lots of improvements (really, great stuff), but: they're smaller, there's no proper table where you can do work, there's no floor heating in the bathroom, and most amazingly, there is no MICROWAVE! Come on, people. I don't need an oven, it's a hotel, I need a microwave.

Séjour très agréable. Rapport qualité prix imbattable!

Le personnel est très gentil et disponible. Les services proposés sont très agréables (vins chaud et biscuits à la réception). Proximité avec le centre ville. Quartier calme et sécurisé.

Super location

Appart-Hotel très pratique, situé à 5 min à pied de deux lignes de métro (ligne verte ou bleu). Facile de rejoindre le centre-ville en métro, ou même de revenir à pied le long des berges (1h de balade). Le supermarché situé à côté est très pratique. Nous avons apprécié l'autonomie de l'application, de laisser nos valises en bagagerie à l'arrivée et au départ ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. La chambre est propre et spacieuse, situé au calme d'un quartier semi affaire/semi résidentiel.

Happy with the help we got from the staff

Close to the metro stop for getting into the city and a very pretty walk along the river right into town

The laundry only had one dryer and two washing machines you had to make a booking to get a time slot the hotel is quite large so a few more would be needed

De turismo por Estocolmo

Hotel tranquilo y relativamente cerca del centro, el estudio tenía lo necesario. Cerca de estaciones de metro y algunos restaurantes, pero sobre todo cerca de un supermercado bastante grande para cualquier necesidad.

El sistema de apertura mediante móvil era un poco molesto. Poco ambiente por la zona por la noche, se nota que es una zona de empresa y por la noche se queda vacío.

Excellent Stay Overall!

Everything in the hotel was extremely good! A wonderful room with all the facilities like kitchenware, iron box, refrigerator, oven,...

Non-availability of a security or staff post evening. But, it is manageable sometimes. The only risk is when strangers tail-gate when the app is used to open doors at the hotel while using the secondary corridor in the absence of the staff, when the main corridors are closed. Also, for the price charged at the hotel, Breakfast could have been included.

It is a nice quiet location out of the city but fairly close to public transport . The studio apartment was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking was available next to the apartment .

It's a great place for a whole family, with a very small but well equipped kitchen, perfectly clean and designed room. Good location and good price. It was a very good choice!:-)
