Pet friendly in Cowra

Really liked this place. Room was clean, comfortable, well appointed, a good size, pet friendly and quiet. The room service meals were also a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be staying again on our next trip to and from Melbourne.

Amazing value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean, well-kept room with very efficient heating (absolutely crucial on a cold winter's night!).

Friendly reception, supremely comfortable and spacious room. Highly recommended.

Great communication with staff and friendly reception upon arrival. Room felt homely, clean and there honestly wasn't anything I felt was lacking in my stay. The room was super spacious as well. Easy checkout too.

very clean, warm (it’s the middle of winter), comfy bed and hot shower

Pet friendly, large renovated room all neat, tidy and clean.

It was great that all cars are under an awning. Pets are welcomed. With my room, there are two doors; one where you park your car and another sliding door at the other end of the room that goes out to a large balcony. Bathroom was renovated. Very clean. Lots of electrical outlets. Away from road noise.

I had to pay extra $30 for two dogs, which I was not aware about. Apparently it is written in the booking information, but all I could see later when I looked was in the "Property Policies" that "Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable". Plus in a question on the booking.com site someone asked if there was an extra charge for pets and they answered that there was not a charge for pets. Happy to pay, but was not aware.

A very comfortable, clean, large room.

We had our own breakfast so didn't sample food from motel and we ordered a pizza for dinner that was delivered.

It would be helpful for some plates, bowls and cutlery to be on site.

A lovely motel to spend a few nights in beautiful Cowra

We had an enjoyable couple of nights at the Ecino Lodge Alabaster. The room was cosy & comfortable and the bathroom had been updated so it was great too. The provision of arm chairs was such a bonus too. Often we find motel rooms have nowhere comfortable to sit and relax.

Nice place to stay

Position of the lodge. Extremely clean and cosy. Bathroom super and electric blanket on bed.

Pillows and bed not to my liking. Husband loved bed. Not pillows

We were made really welcomed, and we stayed in a disabled room that was set out well and catered to our needs perfectly.

The main room could have been just a little bit bigger.

Ian was lovely & very helpful. The room was very clean & walking distance to the shops/pubs/cafe which was fantastic. We will stay again & highly recommend.

Excellent customer service, beautiful breakfast

Breakfast was beautiful on our first night there. We didn’t have the chance to try room service but the food it looks delicious. Ian was our host for our stay, and I must say he definitely met our expectations. We need more people like Ian in the world I feel. Undercover parking was a bonus. Ian had put our aircon on before our arrival so our room was nice and cool we appreciate the small things like this. The pressure in the shower was amazing! We had came with a party of three families and we are all very pleased with the service and standard of the rooms and staff.
