Service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing.

Really like the location as it is very quiet place . Wifi speed is good , Room was clean , nice and comfortable . Overall , it was a good stay.

Not a good choice of accommodation, would not go there again!

We did not like this property.

We were not given the accommodation we requested. The room was small and cramped and not very clean. The bathroom was terrible, very inadequate. The smoke alarm was broken and the power cable on one electric blankets had exposed wires.

it was adequate

additional charge for disabled access room. the room booked via booking.com was not accessible, but I’m sure I mentioned in the initial booking via you. would have preferred them to advise about room charge earlier so I had option to cancel. also, some facilities un the accessibility room were too high. ( basin in bathroom and tea/coffee / jug set up. I’ve stayed in much better set up accessible accommodation

It was clean and made up ok.

The size of the room, no space to move really put out stuff down other than the bed and certainly nowhere to hang my dress up for a wedding other than the curtain rod.

Lack of kitchen utilities and plates etc. Out side furniture thats chairs and tables etc old and needs replacing.

Unable to get through floods with at least 9 road closures sending me around Western nsw..when informed receptionist I was told harshly no rebooking or refund available and hung up in my distressed state

We had to travel to visit our sick mother and this was the only accommodation we could get at short

Location was good. Room was clean just very outdated.

Only one garbage bin in in the bathroom and not emptied daily. No soap in bathroom Pool was disgusting and outside of hotel room was old with mice / rat traps near doorway to room

extremely disappointed by very misleading advertising of standard of room and amenities it claimed to supply.

misleading advertising. deluxe queen room was extremely basic and poorly maintained. certainly not deluxe advertised wifi, but didn’t supply wifi smelled mouldy old poor fittings tiny bathroom extremely limited cutlery, one spoon and two cups no parking outside room door to room opened on to partially empty dirty swimming pool
