Déception

Le prix est attractif pour un quatre étoiles annoncé. Cependant l'établissement ne correspond pas à un quatre étoiles.

Sur Booking, les photos ont été déterminantes dans mon choix . Cependant, à l'arrivée la réalité était autre. Côté confort, les draps avaient une odeur particulière , la climatisation bruyante et l' insonorisation de la chambre insuffisante...

Great location and good value for money

Location, the bed was sumptuous, great it had a swimming pool & gym too. Really handy that they offer a Tuk Tuk free of charge to the main road.

Fantastic hotel with terrific staff.

Excellent room - it was very spacious. The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating especially Mr Justin and Ms Ling. There was also an exceptional breakfast.

Everything was great in the hotel but it was a long walk back from the BTS. There was a complimentary service to the train station in a Tuk Tuk but not on the way back.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Small but convenient hotel. Very satisfied with our stay.

The location, but the hotel provides a tuktuk- so we could ride closer to BTS. Cleaning was done everyday, it was very well done. Except the bed sheets was always somehow dirty. Black marks on the sheets and a hole on the pillow case. We got the bed sheets changed 3 times during our stay ( we stayed 5 days). The hotel are in need of new bed sheets or improvement of laundry.

Loved it!

At arrival we got a room upgrade for free so that was amazing! It was a nice hotel with a big, comfortable room. The bed was amazing and we had a huge bathroom. We also loved the free shuttle tuktuk to Nana Plaza. Definitely recommend!

feel like home, nestle in the hustle and bustle street of Nana.

the staff were brilliants (Joshua) and the nighttime staff, the driver. Gym was adequate to get a workout in the morning, great location and tuk tuk to Nana BTS. get the bigger room, worth every penny, not 20SQM, feel like Home.

Pigeon nesting above the aircon and it rained one night very bad, all the toilet roll was wet in the bathroom, following day, it was not replaced.

I had a great time, even if it was a short stay (2days) will be back.

The tuk tuk to Nana plaza

1st room i had was the 20sqm for two nights, would of stayed put, however the smell from the aircon was very strong potent smell of a sauna smell. Did not sleep the first night, 2nd night I updated the room, problem solved.

Pleasant

1) Breakfast was good.

1) The place is far from the main road. And at night time the hotel road becomes scary. 2) Bathroom Shower Gel smell is so so bad. 3) AC cooling is taken so much time. 4) Bathroom Shower get too rusty.

Bad experience

Only the staff was friendly , the breakfast was good

The location of the property isn’t convenient to a family , its in a middle of alley full of bars and prostitution , the AC was leaking which was super bad and ruined out night with noise and our stuff was covered with water , you can hear anything in the road so it was a nightmare for me because I’m a light sleeper .

Water was leaking from the AC. The fitness center and they gym were small so you shouldn’t have high expectations on them

The hotel is right down the road from The famous Plaza but not on the busy end , so very quiet .Nice and clean hotel . They provide with free tuk tuk to main road so you just call them when you return and they come pick you up.

I picked a hotel with a pool because it can be nice to have a few extra sunhours. BUT if you like to chili in a sunchair and then cool down in the pool then you're in for an adventure. The sun is on 7th floor in building 1 and the pool is on ground floor in building 2 ? The sunchairs by the pool never get any sun. Also the massage located inside hotel is a ripoff, they charged me same price for 30 minutes as for 1 hour, same same ... so go somewhere else

Far from nana bts

Clean, good breakfast.

Far from nana bts, near nana plaza which is a red light district. Bed was a spring mattress, anytime one person moved the other person woke up. Doors slammed at all hours of the night.

Superb

The rooms are large, well stocked, comfortable and nicely kept.

It is quite away from Sukumvit and Nana making it a long walk back to the hotel.

the person from reception tried to cheat the first night as he provided the standard room for us and it took 10 mins to prove that we had booked a better room on booking.com. Air conditioner doesn’t work at the gym so it impossible to do any sport there

Good spot on action street for a short stay.

Staff was quick to provide shuttle ride to and from main road.

Had some highway noise staying at newer building. Be cautious of scolding hot water in bathroom.

The putt putt was good as long as you got it most of the time it was never there

It was dirty shower needed to be fixed the pool is small and dirty the surrounding area is dirty hard to find

Superb

good service and nice stuff, they change the room immediately when we require to move to a quiet one. Very clean and comfortable room with a fridge, an oven, and a simple kitchen.

Not easy to find the place in the evening, because it is stuck in an alley. recommend arriving at the hotel during the day by taxi.
