Situated in Chincoteague Island, this lovely house for £119 per night is a great option for your next trip. Peter's House is situated in the Piney Island area. It is within 1/2 mile of Maddox Blvd., the road to Assateague Island and the beach. It is very convenient to and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, miniature golf and much more. There is off street parking at the house for three vehicles. The 2 bedroom/1 bath home is centrally air conditioned and is fully furnished with everything necessary for comfortable leisure living. The living room has a double size futon sofa, lounge chairs, and tv. Other items included are dishes, tableware, pots/pans, crab steamer, dish washer, washer/dryer, pillows, and blankets. Bring your own bedding (3 Twin/2 Double) and towels/wash cloths. We ask you to please leave the house in a clean, tidy condition for the next guests to arrive.

The house was very clean and well stocked. Love the screened-in porch and proximity to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Overall a great home. My only gripes would be not enough seating in the living room, not one sharp cooking knife in the house, and the grill is a rusted mess. In fact the grill is so bad I would not even say you have one. Other than that it is perfect!

We had a lovely family stay in Chincoteague’s Piney Island at Peter’s House. The location is perfect particularly if you want easy access to Assateague. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet and great for R & R.

We had a lovely stay. Our one-year-old daughter especially enjoyed the open floor plan and the screened-in porch, which gave her more independence than she enjoys at home! Our visit could have been improved by the availability of wi-fi in the house.

We felt at home! The only downfall was a very limited selection of TV channels and no Wi-Fi. I had my laptop so was able to connect via HDMI to the TV screen and use my phones data to stream TV/movies for the kids. The location can’t be beat, and property management was great to work with!

We have stayed at this property multiple times. The property manager is amazing! The house is extremely clean and close to the beach. Definitely will be booking again!

Place was as expected, simple and clean. Mosquitos were so bad we couldn't go outside or use the porch. Thankfully the property came with its own bottle of DEET. But the entire island was covered in mosquitoes. Apparently the rain caused increased activity. Seamless check in process and attentive property manager.

This house was perfect for a getaway at the beach. It was close to the beach and also close to the restaurants in town. It had everything we needed.and the host was quick to respond to any messages. Check in and check out was hassle free. The only thing that could have improved it is if there was Wifi, but I was able to use my phone as a hotspot to do some work, so no big deal. I would highly recommend this house!

The property was incredibly clean upon arrival. It's nice to see property owners who care about cleanliness. The location was great, within walking distance to a few different shops and restraunts. We seen a lot of wildlife in the neighborhood. Very nice place for a small family. Looking forward to returning.

My family (myself, 2 children, and my parents) loved the location of Peter’s house. It was quiet and peaceful and extremely close to the entrance of Assateague. The home was very well stocked and extremely clean. Nice open layout for a family. Lots of windows and natural light. Screened in back porch kept the bugs away and was wonderful to play board games and sip coffee. Will be booking again.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Peter’s House! Everything was very clean and it was a nice, quiet home base to enjoy Chincoteague and Assateague from. Debbie was very responsive to our questions and we had a very restful vacation.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The home was very tidy and spacious for the 4 of us - and the screened in porch was lovely! There even was wildlife around the home. We saw a fox and lots of deer. It was the perfect location for our vacation. It was a quiet neighborhood after a nice day at the beach. We loved that we could walk or bike to almost everything, too. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything!

What the house May lack in modern items it makes up for in location, relaxation, and affordability. The owner keeps the costs low and we loved this property by how much we paid for the location. Quiet and safe neighborhood! It’s just as described. The property manager was ABSOLUTELY fantastic and professional. We will rent this property again in the future. A few recommendations to upgrade, but it was just what our family needed to unwind and recharge!

The house was very clean, spacious and bright. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. Central air kept the home very comfortable, and we enjoyed using the screen porch to have meals and relax outside (without the bugs!).

Our family really enjoyed our stay! House was family friendly, very clean, and a GREAT location for all of your Chincoteague needs. Our only recommendation would be to make wifi available, my cell service wasn’t great at the home and during the evening we had to rely on DVDs to watch.

This house was perfect for our family of four. There was plenty of space to be together in the living room. The neighborhood was quiet and it was close to everything we wanted to do. Remember your bug spray! When the wind isn't moving through, the neighborhood is packed with mosquitoes.

Absolutely excellent!!! Private beautiful home inside and out!! Very roomy!! We loved the yard!! We loved the porch!! No view of any neighbors in the backyard porch either!! All trees and a little pond behind the bushes!! Gorgeous relaxing view of the back porch!! The home was super duper clean !!! Master bed was comfy!! And I’m a very picky sleeper!! I am very particular of mattress and I slept perfectly!! Extra sleeping on the VERY comfy queen sized Futon in the living room!!! Primate location to the beach!! We will definitely rent this home again for future stays at CI !! Check in and check out was seamless!! Never had to talk to any one to check in or out!! We super cleaned the place before we left!! Wiped everything down with Lysol wipes and even vacuumed all carpets and flooring !! We wanted to leave the place just how we found it!! They offer a cleaning service so you don’t really have to clean and vacuum as much as we did. But we just enjoyed this home so much wanted to leave it as nice for the next family !!

You can't beat the location of this house in a quiet neighborhood near the bridge. The screened-in porch with views of the birds and wetlands was delightful. The house was clean but supplies were minimal--no linens, but also no soap, no spices, etc. TV and DVD player need updating to be useful. Overall a great place for people who mean to spend most of their time enjoying the great outdoors.

Great little property for a family. We loved the location to Assateague. With a 1 year old it was nice to be able to explore the park and return easily for nap time. Comfortable beds, good house layout, easy parking, good neighborhood. Host is quick and attentive.

Great location near restaurants and stores. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. If concerned about dinning indoors at restaurant's it is a great place to enjoy eating take out food. Very clean and clutter free decor. Perfect stay.

My family and I loved this house . It was a perfect distance to the beach . Very quiet and the house was laid out perfectly for our family with 3 kids ! Absolutely loved the screened in porch . The one down fall was there wasn’t WiFi and my kids had to do their school stuff while we were on vacation. But overall , perfect house and minutes away from the beach . Loved seeing the deer in the yard at night .
