Having the ski hill, woods, waterfall and hiking trails close to us was what we wanted, the location was perfect. We were happy to enjoy peace and privacy you can’t get at a resort and hope to return this year. Our host was responsive prior to our stay, the cabin is very nice and had everything we needed to prepare meals, the view was beautiful.

This cabin is exactly what we were looking for and very similar to something we would want to own in the future! It's secluded yet very comfortable, very close to skiing and snowboarding, and there are trails to hike close by. The cabin is well maintained, clean and has beautiful character not to mention the views! We will be back again!!!

Overall stay was great! We were not able to get in the door for about an hour when trying to check in, this was a bit challenging but we were eventually able to get in. The location and area is great !

Really great cabin, everything mentioned in the listing. Great set up with the bedrooms and living area. Dogs loved hanging out in the yard and deck. Easy to find even being out on a gravel road. Was messaged right after checking in which was a nice touch.

This was a cute little place. Great location, communication with Brennen and very clean. We didn’t realize it but there is no TV. It was actually great because it made us do puzzles together! We had so much fun here and made a lot of memories.

We've stayed at 2 other cabins on the mountain, one of which is on the same street as Little Bear, and Little Bear is by far our favorite. Loved the cabin and the location. It had everything we need. So happy that Brennan allows dogs at the cabin, something that is becoming hard to find. The cabin is laid out very nicely with nice furniture and decorations. Very north shore'esque. Glad to support a local property owner and not the north shore vacation house monopoly (not naming names) 😀

Our family had a great stay at the Little Bear Lodge cabin. The cabin is cozy but was a good size for the four of us. The location was very central to the activities we wanted to do (hiking, biking, Lutsen Mountain, visiting Grand Marais, etc.). It's also a very private location back in the woods, which is a plus when you're trying to get away from the city. Check-in was smooth and easy and the amount of communication was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Little Bear Lodge. It was a great place to relax and recharge. We weren’t able to spend as much time outside as we would have liked due to mosquitos this time of year all over the region, so it was nice to have the space to read/cook/play cards.

The cabin is perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a cozy winter stay, perfectly located, and the hosts communicate very well to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We had a wonderful time at the Little Bear Lutsen Lodge. The cabin is well-laid out, super clean, lots of light, great views of the lake and had everything we needed. We had one little hiccup getting in on the first night, but owners responded promptly and everything was smooth sailing after that. We hope to come back!

Loved the privacy of this location and the ability to bring our dog for a peaceful get away to hit up the slopes. This cabin's kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials and made for a perfect, peaceful weekend! The owners are so kind and easy to contact.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed a little bear cabin and the experience is wonderful. The cabin is always clean and so cozy and inviting. Dog friendly which is a huge plus for us! We also enjoyed that the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans as well as a generous drawer of spices! We have now visited in the summer and winter and both seasons were great! We are sure to return!

My wife and I stayed at Little Bear Lodge for our honeymoon. We loved it! Beautiful home in the woods with a great viewing deck of Lake Superior. Short drives to many state parks with great waterfalls. We will definitely be back.
