Very nice business hotel

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Very easy to reach via train or using a taxi from Haneda.

The room is tiny, but that's a common feat in Tokyo. The key card stopped working after 1hr so we had to ask for it to be reactivated again.

Wants to be seen as fancy but is barely an okay budget hotel

Helpful staff

Noisy room from the trains. Bed was poor, showerhead was difficult to adjust and is more like a garden hose sprayer.

Good if you plan to travel via train.

The hotel itself is nice and conveniently located adjacent to the train station. There is a medium-sized commercial shopping and restaurant complex within a few minutes walk of the hotel. The room was rather large for a Japanese hotel. The breakfast buffet had variety but the selections did not change the two days we ate there.

The location is not convenient for walking around. Plan on taking the train to the major sights, such as Imperial Palace, the Ginza, Mitsubishi Dept store. The Tsukiji Outer Market is a ten minute walk from the hotel.

Nowoczesny, piękny hotel

Przytulny pokój, czysty. Wygodne i duże łóżko, super toaleta, dużo darmowych kosmetyków i przyrządów. Piżama. Śniadania dobre ale ubogie, po 3 dniach już się nudziły. Bardzo miła obsługa. Blisko metro.

Ubogie śniadanie, codziennie prawie to samo.

Hôtel de grand confort situé non loin de la station Hamamatsuchō, donc très pratique pour se rendre à l'aéroport avec le monorail. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux sous forme de buffet. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages avant et après check in -check out.

Beautiful boutique hotel

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Kyoto. Walking distance to terrific eateries and the sights. The staff were amazing and extra helpful and the decor was blend of traditional and modern Kyoto. Such a great place to come home to after a big day sight seeing

Overall it was a convenient place to stay in just for sleeping in between exploring Tokyo.

The hotel was located close to the heart of Tokyo and close to 2 very accessible subway stations Shimbashi and Shiodome. This allowed us to easily travel to where we needed to go via train and back to the hotel

The room felt small for an 18m sq room compared to other 18m sq rooms we stayed in. The washing machine made our clothes smell slightly funky.

Emplacement excellent, hébergement convenable pour des très courts séjours.

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Tokyo et profiter de son JR pass.

Pour ceux qui cherchent aussi un peu d’intimité, tranquillité, cet hôtel n’est pas l’hébergement idéal : chambres mal insonorisées, turnover de passagers important voir excessif et puis cet agencement des chambres avec « des emplettes à faire sois même » sur les articles de toilette, etc, reste bizarre, au moins pour moi. Attention sur l’aspect literie, les oreillers sont en paille de riz et l’ensemble avec le matelas donne un confort du sommeil médiocre. Question d’habitude aussi, j’en conviens. Une note négative pour Booking car, lors de la réservation, on ne nous a proposé le petit déjeuner alors qu’une fois sur place nous avons découvert que ceci aurait été parfaitement possible. Pour moi Booking n’a pas vérifié l’état de lieux de l’établissement.

A must for Ginza explorers.

Great location. Easy metro access, perfect for exploring Ginza neighborhood.

Restaurant closes a bit too early and there wasn’t a bar offering late night drinks, but that’s an entirely cultural issue. I completely understand.

Overall could’ve been a great hotel except for the broken air conditioning

It was a good hotel. Good Location.

One of our 2 rooms had bad air conditioning. Though the staff was trying to address the issue, it took 2 nights for them to offer us a new room. We weren’t able to sleep well for 2 nights. They gave us first a room upgrade but not newly renovated and we transferred there at 3am. We asked them for a newer room for the following g night

Overall the hotel is clean, location is convenient and the staff are friendly.

About a 7-minute walk to the closest JR station, but the Shiodome station is right outside the hotel which can take you to many of the local places. You can take their train straight to Shimbashi JR station if you don’t feel like walking all the way. Also, I felt very stupid when I only had just realized on the last day how close we were to Ginza! You didn’t have to take a train. Just a 10 minute walk and you’re there!

The staff were exceptional and very helpful, however there were some times where the only staff available could not speak good english. It’d be outstanding if there was a receptionist always at the desk that can speak good english. The only other thing would be the beds which weren’t the most comfortable. As well as the pillows, you’d get one full of hard beads and another thats normal and soft.

Great hotel, great location

Huge hotel next to Shiodome station, a business district well-located for sightseeing. Nice rooms on European 4-star level. Definetly a good choice when staying in central Tokyo.

The smell at the breakfast. The buffet was full of variety, still all day the same for 1 week. However, when entering the breakfast area the combined smell of Miso soup and fish was hard not ignore.
