Ritorneremo sicuramente

Ottima posizione, struttura molto accogliente, personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo pernottato solo una notte ma ci siamo trovati benissimo.

Apartamentul este spațios și curat, intr-o zona centrala din Bergamo, aproape de locul din care se ia funicularul spre Citta Alta. Locuri de parcare se găsesc mai greu, dar exista varianta parcării contracost la cazare. Bucătăria și baia erau dotate cu toate cele necesare. Săpunul mirosea incredibil de bine. Accesul la spartament a fost facil, la fel și check-in-ul.

Nu am gasit un cearșaf pentru cea de-a doua plapuma și o fata de perna.

Perfect for a few days, centrally located on a quiet, charming cobbled street.

Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Well appointed kitchen and sitting room area. Tastefully decorated. Private and cute little balcony and terrace area. Centrally located but on a quiet and charming side street. Peaceful. Friendly and helpful hosts at check in.

I stayed during the winter and the heating in my room wasn’t working so it was cold for a few hours. The hosts worked quickly and professionally to fix the problem and got an engineer out early evening and got the heating working the same day. So, although this is detailed under ‘what I didn’t like’ the outcome was positive

Wenn man die Geräusche der Klimaanglage nachts abstellt, und die Matratzen besser wären, wäre Top!

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da man von hier alle interessanten Stellen der Stadt sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Auch das Ambiente im Innenhof ist sagenhaft schön. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Parkmöglichkeit für das Auto lag ca. 200 m entfernt. Be- und Entladen vor der Unterkunft schwierig, da die Unterkunft in einer stellenweise stark befahrenen und engen Gasse liegt. Matratzen etwas durchgelegen. Stellenweise sehr starke geräusche in der Nacht. Vermutlich durch die Klimaanlage im Haus. Wir selbst hatten die Klimaanlage nachts aus. Das haben wir auch beim Personal bemängelt. Man wolle danach schauen.

Расположен отлично для пешеходных прогулок по городу и посещения всех основных мест. Легко добраться из аэропорта. Красивые, отлично оборудованные апартаменты в итальянском стиле с широкими балконами-коридорами во внутренний двор. Очень приветливый персонал.

Excellent accommodation in Bergamo

The apartment is extremely large, and has a very beautiful view. It has a very good layout, the rooms and the two (2) bathrooms are bright, all with large enough windows. The apartment is clean, the bedsheets and the towels were extremely white. It has a proper elevator, and we have had access to a paid parking lot. There is an excellent option to have the breakfast at the Perry bar, 2 min. around the corner of the building.

During our stay the nights were a little bit chilly, and there were no blankets available. We have been instructed to use the big towels, which was okayish. Also, it would be better to be able to access the private parking directly from the building, and not by going around on the streets to enter.

Absolutely stunning

Excellent location and such cozy vibes and stunning aesthetic. Absolutely loved my stayed and would definitely recommend it!! It has a self service bar which was an amazing feature. The host was super nice and helpful, very welcoming and clean with instructions. I will definitely recommend it, and if I ever visit Bergamo, I would rebook it.

The apartment was lovely, very modern and clean. Location is great easy walk to old or new town.

Extremely noisy, could not sleep. Like being next door to a train station. Our apartment was road side, I think the other apartments might not be as noisy that aren't road side. Also air conditioning did not work well.

Bergamo is a gem.

Super responsive staff (Marco) to all of our correspondence. Great spot.

The air conditioning cooling temperature could have been better as we had similar wall units that worked much better (cooler air) at 4 other locations we stayed during our travels.

Great spot for visiting lovely Bergamo

Marco and Alberto were delightful and really helpful. The apartment was everything we needed for a short stay. Lovely to have some outside spaces to sit and relax. A ten minute walk down the hill took us to the funicular grim which we could get right to the top of the City's Alta.

Excellent nights sleep. Definitely staying again next time we are in Milan.

Thank you so much for the complementary beverages upon arrival. They were very nice after a late arrival on a very hot day!

It would be helpful to highlight that the key to the parking is by the reception at the apartments. We made the mistake of thinking the remote control for the parking was by the gate. This might help prevent any miscommunication with others.

Nice apartment with 2 bathrooms and lovely terrace

Nice location, close to "funicolare", big apartment with nice terrace and beautiful living room. very nice bathroom. + For extra bathroom that we didnt know about.

It was not this apartment on the pictures when we made our reservation. the cleaning was not great We got to check in about 16:30, although we where there at 15, as it says in the description. Bunkbeds is not nice for adults to sleep in.

Comfortable stay close to the Citta Alta

Lovely, characterful apartment in the lower town. Perfectly suited for our little family (2 adults and 8 month old baby). A study cot and high chair were provided. Very welcoming hosts who also arranged airport transfer. We’ll equipped kitchen (no toaster but everything else is there) and comfortable beds.

The apartment we stayed in was slightly further from the Citta Alta than we thought - it’s all quite uphill with a baby but usually an easy walk, I imagine.

Noisy but a nice place

Overall a very nice apartment with high ceiling and nicely furnished. The host was great - provided us with good and timely directions and a great food guide, the host was very responsive.

I am not sure if it was mentioned anywhere but our apartment was next to a rather busy cobblestone road and it was extremely noisy even with the closed windows, I could not really sleep. Also the shower was a bit moldy.
