Para uma noite rápida, é um lugar bom. A localização é ok e a cama é boa.

O ar condicionado não funcionava. Mesmo indo à recepção 2 vezes, o problema não foi resolvido. Por sorte na rua estava um clima agradável e dormi com a janela aberta.

Great place to stay as a stop over between plans and train. Clean and good accommodation.

Staff were friendly and gave all information needed. A selection of food and drink, including coffee & cocktails available in reception. Clean room and bathroom, a decent size. Despite being on a road the room was very quiet. Short walk to the bus & train station, shops & places to eat.

Bene ma freddo in camera e bagno scomodo

Camera pulita, letti e cuscini comodi, asciugamani puliti. Accoglienza e cortesia del personale in fase di check in e check out.

Bagno scomodo, lavabo troppo basso, riscaldamento spento a metà nottata, intorno alle 3:00 e conseguente freddo in camera. Peccato per questi piccoli inconvenienti

Het ontbijt was grandioos! Heel veel keus en verse producten.

Er was maar 1 punt met stopcontacten in de kamer. De grote handdoeken waren goed, de kleine (voor het haar) waren veel te klein (max 30x20cm). Kamer en beddengoed was niet schoon (vlekken op de lakens en haren van de vorige gast op de grond). En we kregen VOORAF (dus nog voor aankomst) een bericht of we het hotel een 9 of 10 als cijfer wilden geven, een 8 hadden ze niets aan.

Изключително чисто, удобно легло и близка локация до гарата. Много ми хареса! Съотношение цена - качество, просто перфектно!

Има само един контакт в стаята, което беше малко неудобно, поради голям брой устройства за зареждане.

Espace de la chambre très grand. La propreté parfaite. Personnel très à l’écoute. Pres de la gare idéal pour trajet

Le bruit et les chambres peu insonorisées. Nécessité de changer de chambre car la sortie de secours sifflait. Mais personnel très compréhensif qui a réagit de suite et m’a changé de chambre

Great staff and overall very satisfied with the stay. I really liked that they had a small shop at the lounge because it was hard to find a convenience store nearby.

The USB sockets were loose in the room so it was hard to charge electrical devices.

We were very happy with our stay.

Fraaz and the other staff members were very friendly and efficient. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent, very cool. Overall we were very pleased.

The shower was quite small, but otherwise everything was good.

Comfortable and convenient.

This hotel was just a short walking distance from Citta Bassa and very easy to walk to the city centre. It was very good value for money and was spotlessly clean. We didn’t have the breakfast as we were leaving early but it seemed good value for money. The reception area sold many things such as food and alcohol or even the old thing you might have forgotten like toiletries. Check in was easy and because we were very early our bags were stored for us. On returning to the hotel we found our bags had already been moved from storage to our room. The room was basic but perfect for what we were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows some of the best I’ve slept on. Parking at the hotel was great and you could either park underneath or in a near open air car park also owned by the hotel. It was very reasonable at €10 and €5 respectively. The best thing about the hotel was by far the staff. They couldn’t do enough for you and the shining star in a very bright sky was Frazz. He is worth so much more than 10/10. Travelling through Italy in July 2023 and will look to stay at any sister hotels because of this experience.

Great location to the airport, with super helpful & friendly staff!

Staff at the reception were extremely kind and helpful, and the reception was also open late, which was fantastic for us as our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until gone 11pm. The hotel was a couple of stops on the Number 1 bus from the airport, and it was all extremely easy and stress-free. We were checked in quickly and could get straight to our room, which was a lovely side and had a nice bathroom inside. It was a good temperature, very clean and overall we were very happy with our stay here.

The stay was great, and we were only there for 1 night so there's not much that can go wrong in that time! The only thing to note was our room was next to the lift/elevator, so we could hear guests walking through the corridors through the night and morning.

Big disappointment. We have found the apartment not serviced, dirty bed sheets, bathroom not cleaned. We have complained to the owner, he promised 50% refund if we change the bedsheets and clean the bathroom our selfs. We didn't have any other choice, so we agreed. But since then, the owner is not communicating and is still owing us the refund.

Even we stayed just a few hours because in the evening we had to go to the airport, the room was very clean, confortable and the receptionist very helpful.

Hotel close to Bergamo Airport

The hotel was very close to Bergamo airport. It was very clean and comfortable. Parking was close also.

I suggest to have online check in for people arriving late at hotel like our case. The machine was outside and it was cold and rainy to use it. At least there should be more machines for check ins.

Cleanliness and heat in the bedrooms. Cleaning staff very efficient and friendly. Fresh bedlinen,towels etc.

Stains on the carpet. Not enough electric sockets. More English speaking channels on the. T.V. Would have liked a little information pack with a small map of the area.
