We had a great stay. I didn’t realise how much I would love Copenhagen I would definitely come back.

It was very clean. The staff were lovely and friendly and the room was great. The breakfast was amazing.

I could have done with two proper pillows on the bed

Excellent

The breakfast in the lounge was extraordinary. The afternoon and evening snack service was also very good. All of the staff were amazing. When they found out it was our 50th Anniversary trip they went to great lengths to make our stay over the top. The Concierge service was very helpful.

Everything was good. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Our experience at Tivoli Hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy ambiance. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore Copenhagen, and the breakfast spread was not only delicious but also featured a diverse range of options to suit various preferences. Overall, a delightful stay that exceeded our expectations. Tivoli Hotel is a true haven for kids, where the attentive staff skillfully cater to their needs, creating a delightful experience for the little ones. A heartfelt thank you to the exceptional staff at Tivoli Brasserie for their attentive service and warm hospitality, which added a special touch to our memorable stay at Tivoli Hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tivoli Hotel. From the comfortable room to the fantastic location and delightful breakfast, it exceeded our expectations. The overall experience was simply outstanding. Nothing to complain about, except the wind in Copenhagen during Christmass.

fabulous close to centre and all attractions

this hotel was amazing we were a party of 9 booking 4 rooms and there were no issues whatsoever rooms were exceptional staff were amazing food was excellent breakfast so good we would return

Lyxigt, trevligt och bra läge!

Fick stort dubbelrum trots att jag boka litet enkelrum 😍, bra frukost med trevlig kille som välkomnar på morgonen ;). Väldigt tyst i rummet och stora fönster!

Lite smutsigt kring duschens avlopp annars var ALLT superbra

Outdated rooms, but friendly staff. Air Conditioning was weak.

Exceptional

We had a great time, the hotel was great and the staff were so super nice. It is close to the "centre" and the Tivoli Gardens. Highly recommend this hotel!

Dirty and old. Steer clear.

The location is decent, and there are always taxis waiting to take you to the airport.

The moment we got into our room, we noticed it wasn’t cleaned properly, tufts of hair on the floor, stained pillows, hair pins left in the shower, empty shampoo and conditioner bottles, and the bathroom smelt strongly of sewerage. Not what you want after 18 hour flights. We had paid extra for a superior room with sea and city views, and we the only views we had were of the train track. We asked reception to move us to another clean room with views and they told us, that’s the only views the hotel has, despite what was advertised. The second room was a downgrade, small and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, no views and the bathroom still smelt, granted not as bad as the first bathroom. Feeling extremely ripped off, we sucked it up and just enjoyed Copenhagen. The next morning for breakfast, the buffet options were laughable - cold food, over cooked eggs, no decent coffee, left us again feeling rather ripped off. Oh, and the cherry on top of our stay, upon walking down our ridiculously long corridor to the room, there was a used women’s hygiene product left on the floor in a clear plastic bag (see photo), assuming from “house keeping”, and the phones in the room don’t work, so we couldn’t notify reception. Steer clear! This hotel is an absolute rip off, it’s dirty, old and unkept.

All the little nooks for seating areas. The knowledge of the concierge team. Room temp was great, first hotel that didn't freeze its guests.

No bath tub in a family room. Kids playroom needs more attention. A few toy kitchens and other wooden cars and kitchen equipment etc would have made it absolutely spot on

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable beds and breakfast was very good. The pool was amazing as well as the play room

They don’t clean the rooms everyday for environmental reasons - which is fine! - but they should either at least clear the bins everyday or get bigger bins for the bedrooms

Good enough, but not great

Location was good, 10 min walk from the main train station. It had fun lighting fixtures everywhere. The bed was comfortable.

The room for a family was extremely small, we were tripping over each other's suitcases (no place to put them). Breakfast was fair, but very limited choice for gluten free needs.

bathroom for Copenhagen really good, location brilliant for all location and shops you need to get to our site to see

it was dusty and when we asked for a clean on our 3rd day it did not happen and they had taken the coffee, stirrers out of the room and when we returned to the room in the evening and complaint they quickly just gave us clean towels and that was is it very disappointing for the price we were paying for. We had to get our condemned in the morning and than when we were resting with not disturb sign they tried to get in 2 with us stopping them in the doorway.

Amazing that this hotel has room service from the very nice sushi restaurant onsite. Very convenient and high quality. Hotel in general is very nicely presented and room comfortable

Most of the rooms are in the opposite tower to the breakfast room, and to walk there in the morning the corridor was closed so had to pop outside in the cold.
