The room was large and the bathroom was spacious with good hot water and pressure. The bed was very comfortable.
The Sanae is a 3 star hotel. Though the room is big and the staff are off-handedly pleasant, there were cleaners trolleys left in the hallway and the front entrance looks bleak when you arrive. It is overpriced for what it is. Especially if you consider how noisy it is of an evening with the air traffic.

Best location. Near One Nimman, close to SP chicken & Roast8ry Lab. Large space for the room. Sofa is nice. Tidy & comfort. Can do the weeds at the balcony, private & connivence.
Check out time is 11:00, a little bit earlier. Hot water is not long lasting for the shower. Bathroom is big, but no bath.

Spacious room and amazing location. Within walking distances, there is a massage outlet opposite the hotel, a Michelin guide roasted chicken shop next door, a famous dessert just 200-300m away…
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Wifi was a bit slow during my stay there but not much an issue but might be annoying for those in need.

It's a great hotel, with a very nice staff who leave you in peace but always happy to help. The rooms are great, comfy, nicely furnished, excellent lighting. The common areas such as the elevator waiting areas and the pool could use updating. The location is excellent and I would stay again.

Noise of aircraft taking off is high. You get used to it, but will wake you.

Everything about Sanae Hotel was perfect.
Room was big and spacious and very worth the money paid.
From room quality to the breakfast were great.
Location is also good at Nimman area.
Pool looked quite dirty, maybe that's was nobody was using it.
Property was abit of walk from the nearest convenient store but was not that far :)

good location, a few minutes walk to One NingMan, easily reach to the good restaurants and the night market. The room is very big, and comfortable to stay!

Spacious, nice practical design of the unit. Great value for money. Location is amazing, smack in middle of Nimman yet on a quiet street. Long hours for breakfast is a plus! They’re tasty & generous portion too. Low density, no noisy neighbors during our stay.

Very clean and spacious room. We had a suite with living room. Nice view on the city. Very nice staff
Breakfast was big (full plate) but not very good (especially coffee) but it was not a problem as we preferred to take breakfast in the city

I have stayed here many times and really enjoy the spacious and comfy room. The beds are great. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The location is good for us and quiet.
