Located in Pensacola Beach, this attractive condo for £487 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Caribbean Unit 602 is very nicely decorated and offers amazing views of the sugar sand beaches and emerald waters of Navarre Beach. (Includes Premium beach service ,with 2 chairs and one umbrella, table, 1 HR paddle board/kayak.) The master bedroom is located gulf side and has beautiful floor to ceiling window views of the emerald waters with a very calming sitting area as well. From the King size bed you can wake up to the views and sounds of the waves and take in the fresh air. Besides the floor to ceiling window there is also sliding glass door balcony access from the master. The master bath has dual vanity sinks with a jetted tub and shower combination. The 2nd bedroom also has a king size bed with new mattress, all new bedding and a hallway full size bath with enclosed oversized shower. The large 3rd bedroom has a unique queen double bunk bed that kids or adults can enjoy with New mattresses, comforters and bedding. There is also an additional Queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Open the curtains in the 3rd bedroom and view the bay through the huge wall to wall window. "Hang Ten" is very colorful and tastefully set up for an easy flow with floor to ceiling windows with spectacular views from the updated kitchen, dining area or spacious living room. "Hang Ten" sleeps 10 in all comfortable new king or queen mattresses. (No Sleeper sofas). There are 4 flatscreen TVs throughout with premium channels. Also Netflix, Amazon prime and Hulu movie options A desk in the living area gives you a nice space to write a card to someone back home or sit with your laptop or iPad with the high speed internet. Heaven forbid you should have to do a little work while on vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities of home. Stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops throughout. Enjoy your meals or morning coffee from the spacious balcony as the sun rises and sets on the Gulf of Mexico. The views are amazing from the master bedroom, family room, or balcony, which allow you to see unobstructed down the beach from Pensacola to Fort Walton. Watch the birds fly by at eye level, up close from the sixth floor of Hang Ten. You won't be disappointed. The 9 foot ceilings give you that spacious feel and the views will take your breath away. The new owners have done an incredible job upgrading, to make Hang Ten a memorable, comfortable, relaxing experience. We (my wife, our daughter, son-in-law, and their children) enjoyed a good time at the beach. The condo was comfortable for all of us. It was clean and adequately stocked with all the essentials for a week at the beach. We appreciated the adequate seating for all the family for both meals and relaxation. The chair service on the beach was an extra special treat! We will consider this condo should we return to Navarre in the future.

Beachy decor, plenty of seating and spacious, clean. Plenty of closet space and dressers. No problems checking in/out. Beach rental attendant very helpful and friendly. Needs extra washcloths for bathrooms and instructions for T.V. remotes. Would rent unit 602 again.

You could use some more parking area. The night of July 4th we were luck to get the last parking spot and there were people behind us trying to park with parking passes.

This condo was amazing and the view is spectacular!! You will want for nothing in the condo. I LOVED the decor and the color of the walls. Very Relaxing. The only issue we had was the smart tv's were smarter than us. I think we may have even lost the satelite once or twice but we weren't there to watch tv anyway. Overall I would defintely stay here again!!

Needs more towels and washcloths. Kitchen was nice and had plenty of things you would need. Beds were good. Didn't like the washer/dryer in the master bedroom but everything else was good. Seating in the Living Room excellent! Gary and Tonya were great to work with!

We had a great time on our vacation. I would definitely recommend Sparkling View to anyone with a larger family or party. Our party consisted of 3 adult couples and we never felt crammed or on top of each other. The unit was gorgeous and equipped with everything you need to survive a week. The beach and water were absolutely gorgeous our entire trip. We even had friends texting us asking if we were in the Bahamas! The only thing we fought was a couple of rainy days but that's typical. Navarre is a perfect "in between" of seclusion and busy beach. You can make it to any shops with a short drive or beach bum it all day without worrying about crowded beaches.

We were there for a week last April. Everything was clean and in working order. Great area, great master bed and bath, great balcony, great beach, we have a late check in that we had to do our self and it was easy. We will be booking for 2018 and this year just can't go fast enough

We knew it would be pretty, but it was Lovely The view made your throat tight it was so beautiful The house was sparkling clean, oh-so comfortable beds---the kitchen provided with every appliance, even a Keurig and a mini-Cuisinart, which we don't have at home. Gary and Tonya were so attentive and kind to us too, responding within an hour for a minor issue, and rescuing us with a day's extension of our stay on less than one day's notice, when it turned out we would have to stay in Florida one more day.
