We enjoyed a highly successful week. Christian and Valerie gave us a warm welcome (and a generous box of canelés) on our arrival. We had plenty of space for our party of six and all facilities, The local area is full of character and convenient for getting around. Recommended ++

We stayed here for one week in September-6 adults and a 2 year old!! The accommodation worked well for us as there was plenty of space and it is very well equipped. The location was perfect as there was easy access to all forms of public transport enabling us to thoroughly explore the city as well as having a superb day trip to St Emilion.We appreciated having a full range of good local shops only minutes from the house and the market a little further away. Christian was very helpful from start to finish and all enquiries were dealt with very promptly. Thank you

We really enjoyed our trip to Bordeaux, and appreciated Christian’s hospitality. The home easily fit six of us and provided all necessary amenities. We are three couples who really enjoyed our stay. Christian and Valerie were both there to greet us when we arrived. Their home was very stylish and comfortable with everything we needed. There is a lovely enclosed outside area which unfortunately we were not able to use due to the unseasonal weather. We looked forward to getting back to the house each evening after spending time in the city.

Maison très accueillante, bien chauffée, coin cuisine très pratique, tout est à portée de main, maison où il fait bon vivre!

Bien située, parfaitement équipée et disposant d'un grand salon-salle à manger, cette belle maison est parfaite pour un week-end entre amis à Bordeaux. De sympathiques propriétaires à l'écoute et toujours disponibles. N'hésitez pas ! ce maison est top !

We enjoyed very much staying in this house. Even though the floor plan was unusual, we appreciated the flexibility and we enjoyed the living area for making meals and relaxing. The house was well equiped and comfortable. It is close to the train station, but closer yet to two bus routes. We found groceries near by. The house was clean, important for us nonsmokers. There were two problems for us: the stairs were noisy so it was impossible to sneak downstairs in the night or early morning without waking others, and the noise from the street. I wore ear plugs to sleep. The owners were waiting for us to greet us and provide an orientation. They gave us a little welcoming gift of the famous Bordeaux canelé. We felt at home right away.

The house is exactly as described in the position: clean, well furnished, close to the train station and the shuttle and the bus to/for the airport, the city centre and the local market " Les Capucines". The garden is lovely, a good place to relax in the evenings after hours of sightseeing. Christian and his wife were perfect host, they gave us plenty of suggestions and advice and had been ready to help us in case of necessity. At our arrival we found a welcoming box of the typical local sweet " Les Cannellès" offered by Christian! The area is not so fit with restaurants, bars or cafes but it is quiet and calm to sleep at night. I really would recommend this accommodation to everybody !!! Silvia

Great common area with well equipped kitchen and lovely private yard. Owners were wonderfully accommodating and a delight to work with. Very convienient to train station and tram for easy access to all areas of interest. Lovely place for our first visit to Borduex! Thank you.

Maison très bien située et très bien équipée, proche des transports en commun mais dans une rue calme. Notre séjour à été fantastique, je recommande cette location. Accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui n'est pas avare de bons conseils pour profiter de cette belle ville et de ce bel endroit. Bernadette

Merci pour l'excellent accueil. Maison confortable et agréable pour un séjour entre amis. La cour intérieure est très sympa pour petit Dej, repas, apéro (merci de nous avoir offert une bouteille de blanc pétillant de la région, nous l'avons tous fort apprécié). Les chambres sont confortables, celles donnant sur la rue peuvent s'avérer un peu bruyantes. Situation interessante car à 10´ de la Gare St Jean où il est possible de prendre pour l'aéroport : soit la navette rapide (30'), soit la Liane1+ (1h). Le marché des Capucins est également à 10´ où il est possible de se ravitailler en produits de la région mais déguster quelques huîtres ou déjeuner. Très très agréable séjour sur Bordeaux qui est une très belle ville où il semble faire bon vivre. A une prochaine fois peut être pour découvrir la cité du vin.
